Issues with mice & chipmunks getting into the build-up which has a work bench, storage & laundry. I'm so tired of finding droppings and cleaning it up. You have to leave a message on the machine but they are prompt in returning calls. The price seems fair, if rodents end up gone & I don't have to deal with it. Paul was courteous & thorough. Even though the issue is in the build-up he checked the entire house & plugged some holes on first level to make certain don't have issues. Paul explained the plan & follow up visits. We just moved into a rental home that had been vacant for some time, upon moving in we noticed American Coachroaches, we had a prior company come out and tell us "American roaches don't live inside". We have been so high maintenance for Hatch since we just moved to the mountain from LA. Hatch has been there for us at every concerning phone call we have made and has amazing customer service. We had an ant and spider problem (not great for a crawling one year old) but Hatch took care of it. I have only seen one little spider since their visit and it was averaging one a day AT LEAST). Then we had a mouse die in our air duct (which smelled so bad!!) and they sent someone out right away to take care of it. They even went under the house and removed all the dead ones they found and put new traps as well. We do the eco friendly spray and we never smelled anything chemically but we have seen results! We will be using them as long as we live here! read more

I recently ran into a rodent problem that was quite urgent. I had tried another pest control company but the issue only got worse. I was referred to Hatch and I cannot believe how happy I already am. They were able to get to my home in only 3 days. They were so thorough, found issues that have certainly been ongoing for years, that my other pest control company never found. The find problems and offer to solve the, such as finding holes behind stoves, or sinks, fireplaces, etc, and offer to repair them so I don't have to look for someone else. We came up to our home in Green Valley Lake on a Saturday only to find it had been invaded by an endless number of carpenter ants. I looked on Yelp, not really thinking that we'd be able to find someone on such short notice on a weekend. Steve was very prompt in getting us on the schedule.
