I called Integrity, and Clarence answered right away (no waiting or callbacks!). He was able to come out the very next day for an in person evaluation. Clarence was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my (many!) questions. His pricing was very fair, and I decided I wanted to use their services same day if possible. And we did! He had everything he needed right in his truck which I appreciated. He immediately got to work setting traps, placing commercial-grade black boxes, clearing cobwebs, and spraying for bugs. Even better, they use kid- and pet-friendly practices, which gave me peace of mind as a mom. The next day, after we caught two rats overnight, I called again to ask if it was possible for more traps. AJ answered the phone quickly and was just as helpful--they arranged for more traps to be delivered the very next day and even offered same-day disposal if we needed it. Not only is the service top-notch and incredibly responsive, but it's also a small local business--which makes supporting them feel even better. Their pricing is also the best I found in the Temecula/Murrieta area. We were also so impressed that we signed up for their quarterly pest control services during the initial evaluation on the spot. While the staff at Homeshield Pest Control have always been pleasant and I appreciate their use of…read morenatural treatments, I've been extremely disappointed with their lack of support in resolving our ongoing mice problem. Over the past two years, we've spent a significant amount of money with Homeshield to replace attic insulation and treat our home for rodent mites caused by repeated mouse infestations. Our insulation warranty was supposed to include service to prevent mice from re-entering the attic, yet new openings continue to appear and remain unaddressed. Each time an inspection is done, it takes weeks to schedule a follow-up appointment to actually seal the openings. Recently, after hearing mice again--now with a newborn in our home--we contacted Homeshield immediately. A technician quickly confirmed there were openings near our A/C line that needed to be patched, but for two weeks we were told they couldn't schedule the repair because the technician hadn't submitted the required diagram. When an appointment was finally scheduled, no repair was done--only additional traps were placed in the attic. After escalating the issue, we were told a manager could come re-inspect the home, but not until nearly a month after the initial report. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of follow-through and the amount of time I've had to spend chasing updates. We are simply not receiving the service promised under our insulation warranty and monthly maintenance plan, and we will likely be switching vendors soon. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Homeshield Pest Control.
