I have been with Demny for a few years. I had a big Corp and wanted to change to a small family run Co. They have always been good but this time I needed some special attention. We had these tiny mosquitos called ankle biter or Noseeums ( spelling ). Dennys came out and did a special spray inside and out which killed them for about a week and then the little bastards came back. Funny thing was the they hardly bit me but my Italian wife was like a smorgasbord and to add insult to injury she is allergic I called Mitch, the owner and expressed my concerns and immediately not only positively responded but actually came out himself to spray. A few days went by and they came back. Mitch sent a person out SAME DAY. They finally were eradicated and haven't been back since. It's one thing to do the job that you were hired for but the real test is when a company steps out of the box as Denny did and hung in there until they were gone. Kudos for the work ethic. Always friendly, prompt service where they treat you like family. We've used Denny's Pest Control for the last 10 years and have never been asked to sign a contract, but get contract type prices. When we first used them, we were on 3 1/2 acres and had a fire ant, black widow, and brown spider infestation. They took their time and sprayed under my couches and a 10 ft radius around my house. They didn't charge us extra. I had them come back for a two spray to make sure any new bugs who hatched were dead too. read more

We have never been happier with the results we got after Billy from Denny's Pest Control sprayed our home for ants 2 weeks ago! Our ant problem stopped immediately and we haven't seen any more since! What a blessing! Billy came back out today for the follow-up spraying and it's like visiting with a friend while he's here. We also had him spray for spiders as well after finding multiple black widow nests in the entrance to the crawl space under our home. I can't possibly recommend them any higher than my words here can describe! I called Denny very last minute last week to see if they could squeeze me in for an inside and outside spray before family came in from out of town! I knew it was a long shot and lately during this "post-Covid" season, trying to get any service appointments to my home has been a nightmare! Not only did Denny respond and say YES, they sent over two technicians who were so quick, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Again, lately, everywhere I go, it seems that businesses are short handed, service is horrible and employees behave as though they HATE their jobs. These Denny guys couldn't have been more of a contrast: very polite, respectful and they treated me as we used to be treated in the olden days: like they APPRECIATED my business! If it was possible to rate this company with zero stars, I definitely would've chosen that option. I used this company back in 2015 they did excellent work and were very professional at that time. On Friday June 24th Noah the new order of the Dennys pest control that service my area, came treat our new home. During the treatment my husband became concern about the way the home was being sprayed. He witnessed Noah spraying our shower and other areas in a reckless manner. In the shower for example, it was sprayed in a upward motion causing several of our items to be sprayed with the pesticide. Once we made Noah aware of the concerns. He stated " I've been doing this for many years, it typically stays put where I spray. Uncomfortable with that response. I contacted the original owner Mitch at Dennys pest control. I voiced my concern a was greeted with very a unprofessional manner. First he explained the products used and the comparison to windex bought in stores. It wasn't until we discussed having someone else treat the home in a few months, the conversation went in a total different direction. I was very hurt given the fact I've used them years prior and even referred people in the past. Mitch became upset once told we were not told about a two week follow up price and that we were quoted a different amount every couple of months when they are to treat our home. We had absolutely no agreement about the higher amount because their amounts are very reasonable. He stated " I know my son and we do the same amount across the board it's on our website. " Maybe you heard something different". When we told him that he providing us a discount. He stated I definitely would not have provided you a discount. The purpose of our call was just to see if someone else can treat our home for the next treatment. After a 27 minute call with the owner I will definitely never use their service again! He was extremely abrasive and unprofessional. Very offended that his son was charging a different amount for his part of the business. We were supposed received a call back but never did. The prices maybe lower than other company but the professionalism and customer service is truly terrible. If you do use this company please pay attention how they spray your home and beware the customer service is very poor. read more

We have been enjoying an ant-free summer for the second year in a row thanks to the Denny bug guys. I reluctantly agreed with my wife to hire a pest control company but she has a literal ant phobia and I thought I was doing a pretty good job of keeping the little beggars under control on my own- not so. This is now our third year with Denny's and we haven't seen an ant in the house since we started - amazing! Every year our ant problem was getting worse until one summer we felt we were in danger of being run out of our home :-) But now we are ant free - thanks guys! I was very dissatisfied with the service. I had the initial spraying and continued to have spiders and ants. I was told have a second spraying and within one week the bugs remained. I was told again it takes 2-3 weeks for the chemicals to work, but now I have more ants than ever. I called to inform Denny's about my concern and was told they have a 30 day guarantee. How can this be when it took 2-3 weeks to kick in???? So I have one week to inform them there was a problem? I was offered nothing to help alleviate the problem. I would have hoped for another spray to stop the ants and spiders, but was told no pest control service offers a warranty over 30 days and good luck finding a better service. Needless to say I am very unhappy and will never use them again. I should have stayed with Bulls Eye Pest control as I never had a problem, they sprayed one time and I had no bugs of any kind for one year!!! However, this time I was cheap and went with the cheaper service, but I learned my lesson never again. Denny's is small company and they do not care about their customers and are very unprofessional.
