Who is not very friendly and lackadaisical. He started showing up whenever he wanted not abiding by the contract. I talked to him, to no avail. I finally called to cancel service. He immediately called back to argue with me that that no one was home. I told him no one was supposed to be home because he wasn't supposed to be there. He admitted it was in the contract that he was supposed to be there on the first Friday of the month but said it was hard or difficult sometimes. He was very argumentative. Constantly interrupting he went on to put it on me saying he'd been there two other times and no one answered the door, but once again it was on days when he was not supposed to be there. He was also cheap with the amount of product he used and just sprayed here and there not a consistent coverage.
