I called this business few months back. My parents tenants needed their assistance with roaches. He quoted me and scheduled me. I thought it was a great price. He went and sprayed. Paid over phone. He mailed me receipt. He returned 2 weeks later for more treatment. The tenant told me that she noticed that there were way more dead roaches than a previous pest control company i went through months before. So I was in desperate need of some help to get rid of rats in my garage. I did not think I could get anyone to come out today being New Years Eve and that it was raining. Abe is Great! We had a bad ant problem and had tried everything to get rid of them. A neighbor of ours referred him. He came out sprayed the inside and outside of our home and in a few days we never seen an ant or any other pest again. He comes out every month cleans the spiderwebs off our house and sprays. I have you got to say that I am exceptionally impressed with this business and business owner! Abe came this morning, and although I was late he waited for me. He was patient and kind and explained everything concerning the need in my home. He gave me advice and instruction and the opportunity to decline service and do it myself. He understood my concern for finances and was willing to provide the knowledge so I could attempt to deal with my rodent problem myself. His prices are so reasonable that I opted to go ahead with Elite Pest Control rather than continue to live with rats and mice. I contacted Elite to request that they come out for a consultation for a particular pest problem we are having. I spoke to a gentleman named Dave, (the owner I believe) who although he did not provide services for my particular problem, was more than willing to take his time to ask me some questions about what my needs were and proceeded to give me a couple of names of companies who he knew would do a good job, from his own personal knowledge of them. He took a good 10 minutes of his time giving me pointers in finding the right service and did so quite willingly. Someone who is willing to give of their time when there is no real immediate incentive for them is hard to find nowadays.
