I am given advanced notice of the scheduled visits with an opportunity to reschedule if needed, and on the day of the appointment, I am contacted by the technician to let me know that he is on his way. Ryan, and the other technicians assigned to my account, take great care not to harm any vegetables or fruit trees in my yard when spraying the perimeter.
