Ryan, and the other technicians assigned to my account, take great care not to harm any vegetables or fruit trees in my yard when spraying the perimeter. They communicated well throughout the whole process. After the Inspection, they also did some of the repair work needed and fumigation. Their work was great and really well priced. The owner personally came and explained everything they were about to do. They worked with my limited schedule and always made sure we were happy. The quote we received for fixing the findings didn't include the paint but the owner Stephen went out of his way and went to the store to get our paint color matched and gifted us a free bucket of paint in that color. Just as importantly, she communicated with me throughout the process, explained what she was doing, and made sure I understood the next steps. She also reassured me that if the pests decide they didn't get the eviction notice the first time, we can contact Pro Active and they'll come back for an additional treatment at no charge. That kind of follow-through says a lot about a company. I was also seriously impressed with their customer portal. After the service, I could see Tina's technician bio, photographs documenting exactly where she treated, the products/chemicals used, and a detailed record of the work performed. I LOVE this level of transparency. It's not simply, "Yep, we were there--here's your invoice." They actually document the work and provide proof of what was done. As someone who appreciates accountability and good documentation, this is exactly how a professional service company should operate. Tina was treating wasps and the nest when they apparently decided they had some objections to the extermination process and started coming after her. Watching her run for safety and then get right back to work was both hilarious and a reminder that pest control isn't exactly a risk-free profession. They responded almost instantly which was appreciated. Atan was able to come out the following week to take a look and treat the tree the same day. I appreciated the thoroughness with the provided photos since I wasn't able to be home at the time. Sorting out payment with the office was a bit of a back and forth inconvenience but we eventually got it sorted out. All in all, I would highly recommend for the communication aspect and their ability to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Looking forward to not having to wash the cars so often!
