Advance I PM, while their bid was the highest, their initial response time, service offerings and knowledge based responses to my questions and specific needs made Advanced IPM our final choice. This company is licensed and bonded with Workers Compensation Insurance which is extremely important and worth us paying the higher initial service and monthly service fees. Our service provider, Robert, was timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable. On the initial property inspection, he pointed out and identified spider webs, ant beds, and beetles. BASED OFF OF INSPECTION and SCHEDULING . I haven't had a treatment done from them but I called them Sunday to schedule for an inspection to be done because I thought I had bed bugs. They were able to have someone come in Tuesday ! Scheduling the appointment was kind of odd . I called three times before scheduling my appointment ( because I had to check my schedule) but when I called to change the time of my appointment with one of the girls who answered, a couple of minutes later a DIFFERENT GIRL called me back saying that it cut off . That was weird but they were all able to access the same information so we figured everything out. For the actual inspection, ERIC Griffen came and he was EARLY (not too early) ! After my experience with TERMINIX being 2 HOURS LATE I was surprised and happy . He also did a way more THOROUGH inspection than the other company did . He was quick and had a little flashlight but he did his job well and even showed me what he did see , explained information and facts to me , even pulled up images to show me, and went out of his way to check other rooms. He looked like he was really searching for something ! He was very INFORMATIVE and helped me understand what the problem actually was because I didn't have bed bugs. Thanks to him I can actually sleep at night ! I also appreciate the name and logo on their car ! It doesn't scream " Pest Control " to my neighbors. Never pay upfront for the discount not worth it. I had a rat issue in attic seemed to only be a couple not an infestation. My tech offered two programs a one time visit about 300 or 600 for the 5 month program that also included bug spraying and cobweb cleaning. The tech told me the second visit he would seal the two areas of entry and set traps after I paid in full like an idiot. The following week he came but forgot the copper mesh to plug holes and forgot the bug spray but he did set traps in attic. The following week he forgot the wire again checked the traps and said he would come following week. The following week came and went nothing. I called him multiple times and left messages at company. Another week comes by he shows up randomly not on the day we agreed time or courtesy call since you know people have jobs. He sprayed this time and did cobwebs but still no plugging of the holes. Sure it was my fault for not complaining the first red flag but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I mean we are all human, what a mistake. The holes managed to be plugged the 3rd month of treatment after my spouse spoke to what was supposed to be a manager. Long story short my spouse and I kept complaining because the lack of service not only when tech was at our home but when he never showed up. We were told the first month every week 8-10 arrival on Thursday which was a day convenient for his route lol. The first month he was late 2 out of the 3 visits and then started not showing up at all. Then when he would it was randomly and we were thankful he just showed up. After two months of multiple calls to get our tech or any tech out to our house nothing happened. Whenever we called it seemed we were passed around multiple people who weren't in charge or they would let the manager know. Last month of service we have complained so many times it was irritating no calls back nothing. Randomly a tech arrives the last week last month of service he does everything to the nine a complete 180 from what we had. He tells us oh he's no longer with the company. Really isn't that something you should have called to tell all the accounts he was working or supposed to be working on. No just send a newbie in the line of fire. No refunds no apologies no communication whatsoever. Sure the reviews are 5 star for all we know these are the same people who work there who passed us around when we called to complain. I'll never do business with you again and will encourage friends and family to go with any other company and will tell them my great experience with customer service. read more

They have this customer service guarantee where they'll come out between sprayings (every two months) if your pests reinvade, but it's quite difficult to get them to come out. You have to call management because if you book online they'll just say you're not due for service yet. Also, if it's windy, they'll reschedule you because they can't spray, but then sometimes forget to show up. On the bright side, they're inexpensive. read more
