I'm like no kidding that's why I have this service . The next day I had black widows thriving . You did say you contract it out but not until you came out. I was told by the office staff that only supervisors handle this problem. You did not give us the name of a company. When I got off the phone with you after telling me that was a bed bug I then asked what we do. You said to wait until I saw another one. When I called with that information and left a message I never heard back from you. Also, thank you for coming out free of charge, but we had been customers for several years and you did not tell me that you didn't treat for bed bugs until you came out. I didn't realize when we had you for all this time that you weren't full service. This was a very stressful time and I don't feel this situation was handled well. read more

We have used BJ's for pest control for years at our rentals. They've had a change of staff with some not so good replacements, however today we were truly impressed with Pablo. Pablo called to let me know when he was on his way, when he arrived at the house we did a walk around and discussed treatment, then he did a very thorough spraying both inside and outside. Their office is very dishonest, this is of course my experience I canceled my service about 6 months ago and just got a phone call that said the technician has been trying to get ahold of me to do the service with no response so I'm being charged for these months with no Pest Control, The kicker on this one is the technician Eduardo is my neighbor the office said he has been trying to get ahold of me to do the service and I see him every day or at least two or three times a week and we just say hello nothing about any service, Yes my friends that means they are lying to me I never have been on Yelp before but I went and found it because I think it was necessary to let the rest of the public know these people call on the phone and lie, By the way I have a new service today anyways read more

Technician Raul H. was very good at explaining what he was doing step by step before, during, and after his estimate and when he began treatment after I hired him to complete treatment for an ant problem I was experiencing in my home. This place take advantage of seniors. They came out and my mom paid one time 190.00 for ant extermination. They said if we still saw ants in 5 days they would come back and spray again. After that we would need to sign up for there bimonthly plan. My mom called to bring the exterminators back and they said she needed t enroll in the plan. Really! You didn't do your job the first time! Don't go here avoid. Stick with Clark or someone that isn't trying to rip off the elderly. read more

my review covers this companies lack of performance for more than 1 year. read others complaints about this company not notifing you when they will come out and do the service because they want $5 for them to notify you. my experience was that i left the gate open on the date they were supposed to do the service, they did not show up at all. the next day the gate was locked, they showed up, serviced the front yard and charged me the whole amount because they couldnt get in the back yard. you showed up to a standing appointment on the wrong day and charged me the full amount. the only reason i knew this happened was because my son was home. they did send someone out to finish the job, but how many times was half the job completed. I pay good money on time for this service, i cant go anywhere in my yard without ants spiders and bugs, and this is after the service. i keep cans of raid by the doors to take care of these issues all while paying this company for extermination of pests. they say call us if you see pest after service and they will come out, my thought is if you do it right the 1st time you wont have to come back I have a video of the exterminator professional walk into the back yard and start spraying around a shed when ants are on the patio, and after just having my yard serviced im out spraying the yard myself. so i call and tell the lady im cancelling my service. i had a 1 year contract and im over that period. she asked why i was canceling and i didnt want to say your service is terrible, so i said i just want to cancel. she said i have to write a written statement as to why i was canceling my service and send it to the company in accordance with the contract.. they didnt see the part in the contract that they would exterminate the pest in exchange for payment. this is just my experience, some people probably wouldnt even notice the spiders and bugs because the never go into the yard, this is after just paying to have the bugs exterminated i hope you have a better experience if you chose to use this company. so after this review i will type a written cancellation to consumers choice. read more

We just had Consumer Choice come for an estimate, so this review is not about their service but about a ridiculous policy they have. They don't notify you when they're coming, but we keep our gate locked, so we would have to have them send us a postcard and that costs $5. When asked if they can just call, he said no, they don't call. So you're paying $5 to send a postcard. No thanks. Their policy indicates poor customer service to me.The pest control we've used always called the day before they came so we would have the gate unlocked, but I don't want to continue spraying into the walls of my house so we are looking to change.
