Not that great ! They do not remove webs like they say. When mentioned there was a lot of webs that were super thick in my patio area they said well it's spider season . I'm like no kidding that's why I have this service . The next day I had black widows thriving . The poison must not be that strong because the black widows did not die and the webs were never removed . read more

I had ants everywhere overnight, and after a few days I realized my store bought traps were not effective & I needed professional help. Gene from BJ's Consumer's Choice came out & thoroughly examined the problem. He spent so much time searching for the source of the problem and explaining how the product worked, I felt he valued me as a customer over his own time spent. I highly recommend this pest control company! read more

You did say you contract it out but not until you came out. I was told by the office staff that only supervisors handle this problem. You did not give us the name of a company. When I got off the phone with you after telling me that was a bed bug I then asked what we do. You said to wait until I saw another one. When I called with that information and left a message I never heard back from you. Also, thank you for coming out free of charge, but we had been customers for several years and you did not tell me that you didn't treat for bed bugs until you came out. I didn't realize when we had you for all this time that you weren't full service. This was a very stressful time and I don't feel this situation was handled well. read more

We have used BJ's for pest control for years at our rentals. They've had a change of staff with some not so good replacements, however today we were truly impressed with Pablo. Pablo called to let me know when he was on his way, when he arrived at the house we did a walk around and discussed treatment, then he did a very thorough spraying both inside and outside. He asked about what type of busgs and where we're seeing the bugs. I feel like he went above and beyond to get the job done. Five gold star's for BJ's and Pablo. Thank you Pablo read more

Their office is very dishonest, this is of course my experience I canceled my service about 6 months ago and just got a phone call that said the technician has been trying to get ahold of me to do the service with no response so I'm being charged for these months with no Pest Control, The kicker on this one is the technician Eduardo is my neighbor the office said he has been trying to get ahold of me to do the service and I see him every day or at least two or three times a week and we just say hello nothing about any service, Yes my friends that means they are lying to me I never have been on Yelp before but I went and found it because I think it was necessary to let the rest of the public know these people call on the phone and lie, By the way I have a new service today anyways read more

I have had such great service! Anthony did a wonderful job!! I look forward to him coming back :) Thanks Anthony read more

Great company, very personable and professional! Technician Raul H. was very good at explaining what he was doing step by step before, during, and after his estimate and when he began treatment after I hired him to complete treatment for an ant problem I was experiencing in my home. I was concerned about cost, because other pest control companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg, but this company is so refreshingly reasonable!!! I am very satisfied, and will recommend this company to all friends neighbors and relatives Raul even had my 6mo old daughter smiling, Thanks Raul & Consumers Choice!! read more

I just had my home serviced by Anthony Gordon and feel that this is the best service that I have received lately. He is a very kind and knowledgeable gentleman and explained what was done and what to expect from today's service. I highly recommend Consumer's Choice Pest Control. I have been with them for about 20 years and would not change companies due to cost, friendly knowledgeable technicians, and great service. Give them a call! read more

I have been with Consumer's Choice Pest Control for 12 years now. They service both my home and rental properties in Tracy. I have had several different pest control companies but have never had such detailed service. Each visit they knock down webs, do very thorough spraying and are so careful to avoid play equipment. Our technician is very knowledgeable and I have referred them to many, many friends. I always use Yelp for business recommendations and would highly recommend this company! read more

This is the best pest control company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I have had many questions in the past and they have always taken time out of their busy schedule to answer my questions and not make me feel like I was bothering them. I cannot say enough good about this company I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control. read more

This place take advantage of seniors. They came out and my mom paid one time 190.00 for ant extermination. They said if we still saw ants in 5 days they would come back and spray again. After that we would need to sign up for there bimonthly plan. My mom called to bring the exterminators back and they said she needed t enroll in the plan. Really! You didn't do your job the first time! Don't go here avoid. Stick with Clark or someone that isn't trying to rip off the elderly. read more

I called them at about 1:30 because of an ant infestation and they had someone out shortly after 2 and were able to get started on solving our issue. I know this is brief, but 2 thumbs up for the quick response and professional service. read more

my review covers this companies lack of performance for more than 1 year. read others complaints about this company not notifing you when they will come out and do the service because they want $5 for them to notify you. my experience was that i left the gate open on the date they were supposed to do the service, they did not show up at all. the next day the gate was locked, they showed up, serviced the front yard and charged me the whole amount because they couldnt get in the back yard. you showed up to a standing appointment on the wrong day and charged me the full amount. the only reason i knew this happened was because my son was home. they did send someone out to finish the job, but how many times was half the job completed. I pay good money on time for this service, i cant go anywhere in my yard without ants spiders and bugs, and this is after the service. i keep cans of raid by the doors to take care of these issues all while paying this company for extermination of pests. they say call us if you see pest after service and they will come out, my thought is if you do it right the 1st time you wont have to come back I have a video of the exterminator professional walk into the back yard and start spraying around a shed when ants are on the patio, and after just having my yard serviced im out spraying the yard myself. so i call and tell the lady im cancelling my service. i had a 1 year contract and im over that period. she asked why i was canceling and i didnt want to say your service is terrible, so i said i just want to cancel. she said i have to write a written statement as to why i was canceling my service and send it to the company in accordance with the contract.. they didnt see the part in the contract that they would exterminate the pest in exchange for payment. this is just my experience, some people probably wouldnt even notice the spiders and bugs because the never go into the yard, this is after just paying to have the bugs exterminated i hope you have a better experience if you chose to use this company. so after this review i will type a written cancellation to consumers choice. read more

We just had Consumer Choice come for an estimate, so this review is not about their service but about a ridiculous policy they have. They don't notify you when they're coming, but we keep our gate locked, so we would have to have them send us a postcard and that costs $5. When asked if they can just call, he said no, they don't call. So you're paying $5 to send a postcard. No thanks. Their policy indicates poor customer service to me.The pest control we've used always called the day before they came so we would have the gate unlocked, but I don't want to continue spraying into the walls of my house so we are looking to change. The search continues. read more

Very impressed with the pest tech that came out and he spent a lot of time taking care of our spiders outside and in the garage. Very reasonable pricing and so far very professional. Very happy and signed up with them.. read more

Professional and excellent work. We went from a ton of spiders to 0 spiders in the house for over a year now.
