This is such a fabulous company! And the product works! The technicians are very polite, knowledgeable, and kind. They listen to what the customer needs and deliver. I've been very happy with this service. I have two cats and a dog and am grateful my animals are kept in mind and kept safe from toxins. I am especially impressed with the communication from this company. I communicate with them through text messages and I usually get a response right away. They do touch up services between routine servicing if needed. I've also compared pricing and I know I'm getting the most bang for my buck. My technician's name is Charles and he is a really stand-up guy. I am also very pleased that the spray has helped me get a spider infestation under control as it also addresses eggs. I just recently moved into a new construction home. I started seeing tiny black bugs around my house. I found out they were springtails and they are coming because of all the construction going on around my house. My old pest company does not take care of springtails. My husband and I were looking for a really good/effective pest control service in Modesto, and we are so glad we found Allpro Pest Services! We actually found them through the ad in the Modesto Monthly Services Book. We used the 35$ start up service. We've met two technicians so far from their company, and both of them were very professional, polite, and nice. They are also very knowledgeable of the different types of pests and whats effective to prevent them. What makes this company stand out from the previous pest control companies me and my husband previously used is that Allpro keeps you updated to make sure everything is going well! Whether through email, or phone call, they want to make sure that you are well taken care of! Also, when my husband and I started up our service with them because the bugs were getting a bit too much, they were able to come the SAME DAY. That meant a lot for me because as a family with 3 kids, time is so hard to plan. I called AllPro when I couldn't go through my front door because of the wasps flying around and up into a nest under the eves and the two huge wolf spiders carry egg sacs on my welcome mat. I sent a message on here and someone called me back right away. They told me about their services and prices which I thought were very reasonable. I hate bugs or critters of any kind! Allpro service is fantastic,they got rid of the black widow spiders and pincher bugs I had. I even found a carpet bee which is really ugly and gave it to my technician Charles and he told me what this was and he check to make sure there was not any more. This company notify me the day before and reminds me to secure my pets and unlock the gates. This company spays the front and back and even the lawns. My husband initially called to get a quote for a one time service, the lady answered and was helpful. She mentioned something about a monthly service but that's it. Booked our appt pretty fast and They arrived early and helped us understand our problem, but what stood out is he also helped us pick a service that wasn't monthly! We chose bi-monthly and are pretty happy we just don't understand why the lady didn't offer that service to us but anyway no big deal. Moved to the area, didn't know anything about the critters that would be scurrying about. Put the request for services into Yelp, within a half hour the called, and 2 hours later they were onsite to do a evaluation. They were able to tell me about the critters that were in the area and specifically what was in my neighborhood. I did get multiple offers on service and they were the lowest, offered the most service and just seemed ready to do it. Now my decision wasn't solely based on price, you get what you pay for, but it was based on all the interaction without any pressure of signing up. We were new to the area and had ants like crazy in our house when there was no food at all. We seen roaches outside and in the garage ... and had spiders in one of our bathrooms. Where we lived before pest control was not something you needed but here with the hot weather there are many more bugs to worry about! We tried doing a spray on our own but we're not successful. After one visit from all too we noticed results right away. Within a week we had zero ants in the house , spiders slow started disappearing and roaches were turning up dead outside and in our garage and we started to rarely see any. I originally wrote a long and detailed review about our family's horrific, traumatic bed bug nightmare after 2 boys came over to play nerf guns with my son. One announced with a smile that his house had bed bugs, and I, not knowing much about the bugs, let the kids run around the house - and expose our home. This is the much shorter version of my review. My son started getting eaten alive with hundreds of bites/welts about 1 month after the boys came over. After at I conducted least 35 hours of internet research and asked lots of questions of Adam, I ended up choosing Allpro, which did a GREAT job eradicating the bugs using the right heat treatment. The treatment lasted for a year. Then, oh no, the bugs came back! Was it because we were re-exposed to them? We did buy a used dresser after the treatment. Was that where they came from? At school, my son threw his backpack on the ground into a pile of backpacks when he played basketball. We went to 2 movies during the year. We went to probably 20 restaurants, took 4 airplane flights, and sat in some airports. We stayed in a few hotel rooms. All of these are ways we could have gotten "reinfected." Anyplace there are people, couches, padded chairs, beds, nightstands, library books, etc., you can pick up bed bugs. So yes, I think Adam and his team did a great job. Yes, I'd recommend Allpro to anyone. However, in my experience, unfortunately, no method is completely permanent. 2018 update: This experience happened in 2015 and 2016. We had the problem for a total of 6 weeks (2015) and thankfully, after we moved (2016) and did not carry any of my son's stuff into the new house, but put everything (bedding, bed, pillow, dresser, shelves, clothing, socks, shoes, curtains, etc.) outside in the backyard to cook in the hot sun for a month (and also cooked his boxes in the hot garage for a long time), then threw everything from the backyard away, the problem is finally gone. read more

Adam, you are my hero... I emailed Allpro a few evenings ago and was pleasantly surprised when they phoned back the next morning. I spoke with Adam on the phone and he easily explained the services they offered and what I could expect. For $65 bucks they would come out and take down the spider webs and then spray for all creepy crawlers. The very next day I recieved a call saying he was on his way and he arrived, again explaining what was going to be done and what I could expect. At all times he was professional, knowledgable, and helpful. He killed all the spiders ( which were numerous ) took down all the webs and even took down the wasps nests that were along my eaves.
