So the seems like about avg pricing maybe on the lower side of a monthly service... There staff are very friendly and professional as well, I think ive only had one issue, and the staff made took care of it and made it better. We have had prolly 3 Technicians so far, complained about the 2nd because we starting having him more , but I saw him skip my main fence, complained about it, and they sent other guy, Devin. We Really Appreciate Devin, and his work. he is very professional but very friendly.. I welcome Devin back anytime, if any thing I request it.. lol, we really like him and his service, All in all i really like Next Gen Pest Control , and you should try them out im sure you will be happy with there work, and service....

This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. I am given advanced notice of the scheduled visits with an opportunity to reschedule if needed, and on the day of the appointment, I am contacted by the technician to let me know that he is on his way. Ryan, and the other technicians assigned to my account, take great care not to harm any vegetables or fruit trees in my yard when spraying the perimeter. Ryan provides extra touches like removing cobwebs around my doors, windows and light fixtures. I highly recommend the services of Next Generation and especially Ryan!

They communicated well throughout the whole process. After the Inspection, they also did some of the repair work needed and fumigation. Their work was great and really well priced. The owner personally came and explained everything they were about to do. They worked with my limited schedule and always made sure we were happy. The quote we received for fixing the findings didn't include the paint but the owner Stephen went out of his way and went to the store to get our paint color matched and gifted us a free bucket of paint in that color.
