I wanted to share my experience with Next Generation Pest Control,, I have had problems in the past with other pest controls services, and or too much.. Its been a while since I signed up, and Im glad we did. Its roughly $50 a month, $99 for two months basically, well thats how they charge it. So the seems like about avg pricing maybe on the lower side of a monthly service... There staff are very friendly and professional as well, I think ive only had one issue, and the staff made took care of it and made it better. We have had prolly 3 Technicians so far, complained about the 2nd because we starting having him more , but I saw him skip my main fence, complained about it, and they sent other guy, Devin. We Really Appreciate Devin, and his work. he is very professional but very friendly.. I welcome Devin back anytime, if any thing I request it.. lol, we really like him and his service, All in all i really like Next Gen Pest Control , and you should try them out im sure you will be happy with there work, and service.... read more

We contacted this company with a rodent problem. An urban orchard, our backyard, plus both neighbors receiving preventative treatments send an army of hungry vermin our way. This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. Very pleased with the results thus far and I can recommend this Pest company highly as great value and results. read more

Had the service for since about 2020 and actually left a great google review (needs to be changed). We pay once per year for the extra discount. This placed USED TO BE top notch service. Veteran owned and the techs WERE fantastic. Used to have incredible friendly communication before and after treatment. They were so thorough and respectful of your home. Not anymore by long shot. Went from being friendly, totally thorough, to completely rude and incomplete services. Devin*, in particular. In addition, whoever is doing account management needs to reach out to the yearly pay customers close to renew time. We pay ONE TIME per year every year, look at the history. Without communication from the tech or office, we were due for renew, they "serviced" the house and said we were now past due. Our card was charged for the single-pay service (higher than yearly rate) without our consent. We never gave anyone authorization to charge our credit card without our permission. UNACCEPTABLE to reach in a customers wallet like that. Just got my "past due" you owe us $XX for the last "service" text. I'm going to go ahead and pay for the service completed without communication of renewal notice, and be done with them. It's really a shame because they once had a great thing going. read more

Mitchell was great! He called us when he was on his way to give us an estimate of what time he would arrive. He was on time and very courteous upon arrival. He looked around our home, inside and out, very thoroughly. He identified the insects we were having a problem with and gave us pointers on how to stop them from reproducing. He later called us to let us know our neighbors were having the same problem, so we could be a little more assured these bugs were a recent bloom coming from the outside. He took his time with us and was very professional. We were very pleased with his assessment. read more

I had gophers in my backyard so I hired Next Generation to apply a two-pronged approach to stop the destruction of my yard. First attempt wasn't successful so they came back and tried again free of charge. No sign of gopher activity since! Very happy with the info they provided and customer service to make sure the problem was solved. read more

I ended my service after consistently paying $99 every two months, expecting thorough care for my yard. Unfortunately, I found that the service was always rushed with a 5-minute spray in the front yard, and the backyard was often overlooked entirely. While I appreciate Ryan's efforts and professionalism, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I got bit by a spider a couple of weeks back, which prompted their team to pay attention to spider webs. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. read more

I am thoroughly impressed by Eroldo's efficiency and work. I unfortunately wasn't able to be home when he did the work but by the time was home he was already finished and cleaned the entire area infested with bird droppings. The spikes look great and were placed exactly where I thought the birds are perching. With such a fantastic job, I feel much more at ease and hopeful that the birds will not return. Have been a customer for over 3 years now. They are helpful in identifying problem areas, even installed bird proofing on the solar panels. Service is every other month, but are happy to come out if there is a random ant infestation. Excellent communication before and after service. We have been using Next Generation for almost 2 years now since we bought our home in French Camp. When dealing with the ladies in the office they are always helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. Oce you become a customer, it is easy as they will text/email you when it is time for your next service so you never have to worry about remembering! FYI, the on hold music is the highlight of my day. :) Our current technician, Daniel, is awesome. They will give you a 2 hour window, and Daniel will text me when he is about 20 minutes out. This is very helpful as I have ducks and geese running around my yard so I have to go lock them up. When Daniel arrives, he is very professional, friendly, patient, he listens and pay attentions. I will walk around with him to show him anything new that has come up or as a reminder about spraying around my coop and fruit trees. He is very easy to communicate with and when he leaves he texts me so I can lock my gate behind him. I really have appreciated having Next Generation as our pest control company. They are easy to work with, do a great job and if ever there is a problem they come out back out and make it right. They warranty their work and take credit cards for easy payment. Like another reviewer mentioned below, the service has gone downhill. In my case, after they decided to switch out the technician. I'm really disappointed in the level of communication and service with Adonis. After Erica and Karina left, I've continued to have many FRIENDLY services and great communication from Cory (looks like he recently left too), Mitchell, Ryan. Ryan def goes the extra mile, for example he would even go as far as spraying in my garbage bins to keep the bugs out and even one time I noticed that he helped put my garbage bin away when he noticed I had forgotten it in the sidewalk during trash day, like where do you find more people like that?! Anyway the main problem that I had was that Adonis missed treating the left side of my house (amongst other things like not being gentle with my plants and dragging the hose across it and getting them stuck between + speeding through the treatment in exactly 4 minutes) . In fact, he missed that side again after reporting the complaint to the office. Luckily I caught it in time on camera before he left and told him. It's okay to make mistakes and miss a spot especially if you're not a regular tech but if someone points something out, especially during re-treatment you don't have to respond back annoyed. There was no "my apologies or no problem I'll get it done! :) " in comparison to Ryan who was notorious for making you feel like you weren't asking for too much. Ryan would even let you know when he was done and if I needed anything else. Adonis just left without saying anything. It doesn't seem like he enjoys treating my property now that there's an extra steps involved. Unless they wanna swap me back Ryan or anyone else, this second experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm really considering cancelling my subscription soon. I've been with them for 4 years and am grandfathered into a good price but what's the point if I'm not receiving the same level of service from when I signed up? I rather pay more for that top level service and most of all technicians that I can trust. read more

If I could give ten stars I would! I had the most.terrible experience recently with an infestation of bed bugs. I searched Yelp and reached out immediately upon learning what my problem was. Next Generation Pest Control responded quickly and were so conscientious and sympathetic as to what I was experiencing emotionally as well as physically. Run far away from this company. They are lying, cheating scumbags. They NEVER show up on time not even within the timeframe they themselves give you. They NEVER answer the phones or return voicemails and emails. They charge you for the service BEFORE they actually service your property. Why would you charge me for something you haven't even done yet?? And to make things worse their technicians lie and say they showed up and already serviced the property even though they never showed up. I stayed home one Saturday waiting for the technician to show up. He never showed up, they still charged me and they didn't answer their phones for that entire day. I called every 20 minutes, left voicemails and sent an email also. Now I'm just waiting for someone to get back to me and try to feed me some lie about what happened. read more

I bought a new box spring to replace my broken 12 year old broken one. Mattress Firm delivery guy delivered and supposed to haul away the old one. Delivery guy said I have bed bugs in the old box spring and will not haul it away. I was in panic mode. I called Next Generation Pest control and they were here in 1.5 hours. Mitchell came and inspected the old box spring, my bed, the mattress and the entire bedroom. There were no signs of bed bugs! I showed him what the delivery guy showed me and he said it was a dead carpet bug and nothing to worry about. Mitchell did not find any signs of carpet bugs in the mattress or bed. He put me at ease because I was already thinking of buying a new mattress, turning my house upside down to steam clean, canceling Christmas because guests were sleeping over and in my head I had a bed bug infestation! Mitchell was my hero of the day. He did not charge me anything. He did not try to sell me any pest treatment because he said I don't need one. He recommended vacuuming my bed and mattress but no need for treatment. He is an honest guy and won't try to sell you anything you do not need. Thank you. Mitchell, you are awesome! read more

I hit up a bunch of companies on here last week to see about getting a quote for termite prevention after finding termites in a tree that blew over after the windy storm. All the companies responded like robots and asked for information I had already given in the questionnaire for the quote. I didn't want to talk to someone on the phone, I wanted a quote or at least a quote for inspection. Unlike some others, the inspection was free. The price was less than we thought it would be and they came out the same week to take care of the problem. They asked if we needed a pet friendly treatment which is appreciated since we have 2 dogs.
