This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. We had a beetle and larvae problem where there were thousands crawling around our backyard and some…read moresneaking into our house! We tried using store bought repellent but went through 3 cans which didn't even make a dent. We called Powell and Pastran Pest Management and thankfully Philip was able to come out the same day. He did a consultation and came back later in the day to do the treatment. I appreciated that he was transparent and told us that this is the most he has ever seen in a backyard and that it likely will take more than one session due to the amount of beetles we had. After the first session, it did make a huge difference where we stop seeing them come into the house as much and a decrease in the ones in the backyard. After the second treatment, we stopped seeing them crawling around in the backyard patio area. We even saw a decrease in spider webs. They will perform a third treatment for the beetles just to make sure they are kept at bay. We are extremely happy with their service and looking forward to having them regularly do treatments as we often have ants and spiders as little visitors in our house throughout the year.
