We had a problem with rats and mites under our house. Ivan, with Assure Pest Control saved the day for our family. He came out to our house and immediately found the issue that we were having and took action to solve our problem. We could not figure out why we were getting bit by spiders we couldn't see. We thought we even had bed bugs but what we actually had was Mites from a rat investation from under our house. After Ivan's thourogh investigation he trapped the rates and mice that we had, removed them, sealed off all openings around the foundation of the house, sprayed properly for the mites, and just like that, we were free from the problem that had been terrorizing us for over 3 months. Other pest control companies didn't determine the problem, however, Assure Pest Control did! It is not everyday that you can find someone with this type of expertise, honesty and care for his costomers like Ivan has. I plan to have him back again for any future issues. read more

I called for an inspection of my property. Really hard to get a hold of someone there. Finally, set a date for a tentative inspection as they were busy. I was told, 2:30-6:30pm and they would call if can't make it. Otherwise, can come on a different scheduled date, 2 days later, same time frame. No show on both days. No one to talk to. No call back from company. It was a waste of time as I waited between 2:30-6:30pm on both days. read more

Assure Pest Control are my heroes! We were experiencing awful bites and absolutely couldn't figure out what they were from. Based on a recommendation from a bed bug inspector who found 0 bugs (but suspected tropical rat mites), we reached out to Assure to help us figure out what was going on. Yes, Ivan and his team found rats in our attic but also put in a huge effort to identify the cause of our bites. Seriously above and beyond. The Assure team removed the rats and sealed our house to prevent reentry, and it worked. Once Assure trenched around the perimeter, it took 2 weeks for the mites to disappear. It felt miraculous and we're super grateful for their excellent work. Also, Alexandria is great at managing our ongoing service. I'm so glad we found Assure, highly recommend them. Note: Ivan knows how to deal with rat mites so listen to him when he suggests trenching. We stalled on it for a while but it did the trick! read more
