There staff are very friendly and professional as well, I think ive only had one issue, and the staff made took care of it and made it better. We have had prolly 3 Technicians so far, complained about the 2nd because we starting having him more , but I saw him skip my main fence, complained about it, and they sent other guy, Devin. We Really Appreciate Devin, and his work. he is very professional but very friendly.. I welcome Devin back anytime, if any thing I request it.. lol, we really like him and his service, All in all i really like Next Gen Pest Control , and you should try them out im sure you will be happy with there work, and service....

This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind.
