Hired these guys for my parent's house in Stockton, due to the great reviews and they did not disappoint. From the initial phone call, very courteous and respectful; informed me that even if they have to return for inspection they would still only charge one price. Our technician Chris was extremely professional, courteous and respectful. Notified before they came and arrived on time. Answered all questions was very knowledgeable, showed me various photos of termites, what to look for in the future, and pictures of how they treat for termites and took his time during inspection and we never felt rushed. Great job extremely thorough checked every area we asked first and then completely inside and outside the house! Also the other technicians' Sam etc. were wonderful too for inspecting, and answering any questions. We weren't pressured by anyone to get treatment based on the findings and they all did an amazing job. Luckily we didn't have termites and he went out of his way to schedule us for same day so we didn't have to wait another two weeks for just the Attic inspection; due to the space he was able to get someone to fit up there during our scheduled appointment day. Although busy they accommodated us to finish same day, which is appreciated. Definitely will use in the future for any pest control problem. Had another company that wouldn't even come back when we called during COVID claiming the job was too small, even after we had the treatment done by them they're also located in Tracy on the same road. These technicians were not about the money or job size they were wonderful, and honest as well even with just the inspection.
