We were in need of a reliable pest control service after recently moving back into our home that we had been renovating over the past ~8 months. It is a large square footage single story on a very large lot in Tracy, so we had been seeing our fair share of spiders, earwigs--the usual suspects. We were previously with a different pest control company in town at our prior home, and while they did a good job, their rates year over year would consistently rise to the point where it wasn't feasible. I found Pro Active Pest Control on Yelp and immediately noticed their exceptional rating with lots of reviews. When calling, I spoke with Raymond who walked me through their services and was able to quote me right over the phone. Their pricing was extremely competitive and Raymond had me scheduled for service within the next day. The technicians arrived within the timeframe they said they would and gave a courtesy call that they were 20 minutes out. They were cordial, took the time to review the property and a few spider "hot spots" and immediately got to work. If I had one minor gripe, it was that we anticipated to have our interior treated as well on this initial service visit; but it wasn't communicated that we (pets and humans) would need to be out of the house for about ~2 hours after the interior service was completed in order for them to do it. That unfortunately didn't make sense for us that day, but they said to just call them at any point to schedule the interior treatment when it made for sense for our schedule. All in all, very accommodating, great price, and while we're only 24 hours in, I have yet to see any critters that we were getting pretty frequently around the property, so I feel great about becoming a Pro Active customer! What can I say about ProActive techs that I haven't said before. They are professionals, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Jordan texted me saying he can be early is that's alright, since I was already up, said yes. He came checked the outside perimeter, looked into the crawl space and went up to the attic and no trace of any rodent(s) activities.
