Promises are nice. Getting the service you pay for is better. I tried to give Eco Guard a second chance. I tried to tell myself things happen when I pay for months and don't get service scheduled. I genuinely wish this company could stick to a schedule and communicate. Unfortunately that has just not been my experience for most of the two times I have hired them. Unless I call them a month ahead to pick a day over the phone I may not get service. Even when I politely request that all my appointments be in the morning and there is a mote on my account, it still doesn't happen. They will sure take your money, but you might not get service at all, and if you do it may not be the same day or time you requested. I will miss the eco guard techs. I have been a customer for about six months. I'm very happy with the service. The monthly payment plan helps split up my payments. I initially signed up due to several large spiders seen in my house. However, shortly after I signed up, I encountered a wasp issue inside the attic. EcoGuard sent out a technician the next business day and took care of the issue. Updating my review after the owner's response -- and honestly, it's clear they're not being truthful. We never agreed to any fee "three months ago," and the fact they're only bringing this up now is a huge red flag. If the owner claims we did agree, then please reply here with a screenshot of what I supposedly agreed to. All of our communication was through text, so it wasn't "over the phone" or anything like that. And if they want to claim it was a call, then they should release the recorded audio. Also, my original 5-star review was basically for Devon (you can see that in the review details). I was never fully comfortable with the company itself because of their reputation and the number of fake-looking reviews, which is why I ultimately didn't move forward with them. One more thing: when I changed my review to 1 star after what happened, they immediately started begging me to remove it. (I attached the evidence here as well- they called and messaged from different numbers asking to remove the review also admitting that they are sorry that free inspection message did not forwarded correctly) .That only adds to the red flags. My advice: stay away. And when you check their reviews, focus on the real, active reviewers -- not the obvious fake ones. read more

The guy who spoke with me said they could come today Monday, 21 2026 early becuase he said no one could be in our business for two hours after treatment for roaches in our commerical laundry. I said we can open at 10:00am he agreed and said the person would arrive between 7 and 8 am. I arrived about 6:50 am and waited till 8:30am I called and some lady told me the tech that was suppose to be at my location is work on another job and would get there as soon as he could. I told her not to bother as we have lost two hours of business and I have waisted two hours of my life. I asked here to refund my deposit she told me the card was not charged. We intially had a quarterly service schedule, but decided to move to a monthly schedule instead. There was a bit on confusion, as I had understood the costs differently. I saw on my account, I was getting charged more than expected. I called their office, and after getting transferred 3x, we were able to come to a conclusion.
