I'm so glad I chose HomeShield for my pest control services, & equally grateful to have been assigned such a knowledgeable, meticulous technician, Aaron. Aaron performed our initial treatment service & I noticed a difference immediately. He was on time, answered all my questions, & was extremely patient. He came back after 2 weeks to assess the results from the 1st treatment & was just as helpful, extremely polite, & friendly. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction & got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. There was no rush & it wasn't intrusive of our day; Aaron managed the assessment constructively & I felt secure in his work upon completion of the appointment. Thank you so much, Aaron! read more

Great first experience with HomeShield We called HomeShield to deal with an ant problem, and our service tech, Duirjon, made a great first impression. He was professional from start to finish, checked in several times to ask if we had any questions or concerns, and invited me to walk through the work with him so I understood exactly what was treated and where. He even cleared away visible spider webs while he was at it, a small touch we really appreciated. With a dog and young kids at home, I was glad to see how carefully he planned the treatment both inside and outside the house. Pricing was fair, and we signed up for their quarterly service for the next 12 months. Since this was our initial treatment, it's too early to comment on long-term results, but based on this visit I'm confident and expect good outcomes. I'll update this review as the service continues. Thanks, Duirjon! read more

Been using HomeShield Pest Control for a few months now and I've been very satisfied with the service and results so far. I requested quotes from a few different businesses and HomeShield offered the best package. They're quick to respond, send text reminders prior to your appointment, and i've always been able to give them a call if I needed any assistance. Most recently, Matthew came to my home to do treatment and I noticed how detailed he was getting rid of any spiderwebs that may have formed around the exterior of the home. I'd recommend HomeShield! read more

Diurjon came to the house today and did a great job explaining what he did. We have had to call for extra service for ants a few times and home shield sends someone right away at no extra charge read more

I originally became a customer for Home Shield last summer because we had a big ant problem with the new home we had just moved into. They gave me a discount for the first year and I wasn't sure if I would stay as a customer after the first year discount but here I am, still a customer! Most recently Matthew had come over to treat the interior and exterior as the summer ant problem showed up yet again. Less than a week after Matthew spent over an hour doing his thing to get rid of pests, clearing out cobwebs outside, etc. the ant problem has disappeared! I've had a lot of different techs come out over the past 12 months and Matthew is easily the most detailed and took his time to do a thorough job. read more

Great service and response, especially when Duirjon is assigned to us for the day. Prompt and thorough

Terrible service, NOT recommended! We had issues with bug bites in our bedroom for weeks/months and they did treatments and didn't result to be effective, and had us pay for sealing the house without really solving any problems. Paid $2,000 in total with no result and sealing process that used simple materials and did not cost more than $50 had I done it myself. Their final suggestion was to start their subscription, when they didn't even solve any problem. I had to figure it out myself in the end. TERRIBLE company!! read more

Best pest control company I've ever experienced. They take great care to be punctual, communicative via text, effective and reasonable in pricing with no annoying upselling. Their technicians are polite and friendly without being obtrusive. once recently, I was not able to reach the company by phone to postpone treatment because I needed to be out in the backyard with small children. When the technician showed up, he was completely understanding and kind. The treatment was rescheduled for the following week with no fuss or charge. That's service! read more

Matthew was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work he was going to do. He also took the extra step to handle some specific spot treatments I requested. He inspected and treated not only the house perimeter around the foundation, but also inspected the yard and garage and treated certain areas of concern. These quarterly treatments have been very helpful in eliminating insect pests. read more

Matthew from HomeShield treated my home last week and did an amazing job! He arrived on time and took the time to explain everything. He was careful by wearing foot covers on his shoes when in the house and was very thorough. I had started to see a few cockroaches in my garage over the last few weeks and a couple inside the home which was freaking me out. It's a few days later now and thus far I've not seen a single roach again. Quick service: they were able to come over to treat the house the day after I called them. I would highly recommend them and they are reasonably priced. Very happy with their service! read more

Recently had a treatment with Matthew from HomeShield. Great treatment and really took care of every corner of my house.

Was really pleased with her professionalism and clarity and expectations. I recommend these guys to anybody I interviewed roughly 8 different companies. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They came back a week later after the wasps were clearly upset they were still coming out and they re-sprayed for me and they offered to do it again in the event. I still have them. I'm very pleased with our service. read more

Matthew and Homeshield doing a great job for us! Prompt and effective as well as attention to detail.

Homeshield has done an excellent job keeping our pests in check and insects. As an example, our previous pest control services used 4 bait boxes for mice and rats. Homeshield deployed the correct amount of boxes, which was 13! Their technicians know what they are doing, with call outs to Matthew and Carlos. This makes a huge difference with the outcome! read more
