What I really appreciated about him was that he was honest and didn't try to sell me additional services given my budget. He helped solve the problem we were having and I'm grateful it's been taken care of at a reasonable price. They were not thorough about checking everywhere. After coming a number of times, rat/mice poop continued to appear. When we requested them to block more holes they did not do so. Now, we've had to bring another pest company in. Very disappointing. read more

I was really looking forward to working with this company. They have great reviews and overall people seem to be pretty satisfied with their service! Unfortunately, I won't be able to confirm this excellence. I tried to schedule with this company and was greeted with a very friendly individual who assured me they could work with my crazy schedule, and get me the inspection + service I needed to address the bug issue I was having at my house. We had a mutual scheduling issue and the technician was reschedule for a different time. The upcoming Monday morning. When he showed up, he wouldn't even come into my house to look at my problem areas. Thankfully he looked around the back, provided me some insight on the bugs we did see, but the told me even though they do inspection and then service, he was unable to do so today. And would come back on Thursday this week. Only for me to open my email and find a message from their office manager which stated they would not service my house until Monday. Apparently, technicians are not able to manage their own schedule. Again, this isn't my situation. I can't be expected to manage a company's inability to manage communication issues within. So after 3 attempts with this place, I still was unable to get my issues treated. I'm also incredibly disappointed that instead of calling and making sure a date worked for me or confirming the time the technician set for me, they just slapped me with a date and the sent me an email. I understand things come up! We all have crazy schedules and emergencies, but this isn't what I'd want my business to be known for. Promising a service that they're unable to deliver, communication issues and lacking personability and empathy. Especially in a service field. I hope others have an easier time finding an exterminator who's willing to deliver and assist making their hope a safe and welcoming place to live. read more

Charles was such a nice man and so informative. He explained to our tenant that the flies were attracted to her Hydrangea which gives off an attractive smell to flies. He also said that he just came from another customer with the exact same Hydrangeas and flies. He agreed that she tried a great spray and he warned her that it might happen each year at this time. Charles came back out with a ladder that could reach up to the top of the second story. He brought his equipment and the screen needed to block off the hole that the birds had created to get into the attic. Very professional, very polite and did a great job. I won't decrease the stars for Charles because he was perfect. My only problem with all of this is that going up a ladder two stories and not having a tool belt to put his equipment in is dangerous. Both of his hands were full and he's trying to climb a 24 ft ladder. Very disappointed in the company not ensuring that their employees had what they needed to safely do this job. read more

I requested service because we have a raccoon problem and the best, licensed animal control technician came to assess the situation. Charles came, climbed up on our roof and gave me a report of what he found. Thankfully there was no evidence of raccoons damaging our roof but after I showed him videos of the raccoons's nightly visit, Charles recommended a trap and we agreed to placing one on our property. Cameron arrived on time for the free inspection to address a recent ant and spider problem. He's knowledgeable and professional about all things bugs and critters. Since I have a dog who has seizures, he was extra cautious about chemical exposure. Cameron admitted when he wasn't sure, made calls to get more info, and really put me at ease. He went over several different options balancing the dog's safety with effective pest control and explained the pros and cons of each so I could make a well-informed decision. Cameron was also very respectful of timing so that he could treat at time when the dog is out of the house to be extra cautious. I was disappointed in the inspection for Bird netting service All Pests provided. The service men seemed to be very knowledgeable on the phone, but once out at my property, didn't use a ladder to fully inspect the roof. I had to show the service man photos from my phone specific areas of concern not visible from the ground. I believe the sub company All Pest would contract out to should be the ones doing the inspection and giving the estimate. With all thats been said I believe the estimate cost was much too high. All Pests may be a great company for other pest issues, but not for me. read more

Charles came today for an inspection of a possible raccoon infestation/nesting in two pillars (that are, surprisingly, open at the top, thus giving critters access) in the walkway leading up to the front door. He did a great job of inspecting everything, taking two short videos and photos to show me what was going on (luckily the raccoons were not nesting inside!), and explained from the marks and scratches how they had been going in and out of the pillars for quite some time. He was patient, professional, and precise, and courteous. He also explained how they release the raccoons after trapping them and showed me the cage, etc. explaining the process - even though, fortunately, I don't have to trap the critters in my case. In short, he inspired confidence in his expertise, demonstrated it via his professionalism and knowledge, and left a positive impression of himself AND All Pests, as a community-based, local, small business (which I am always looking to support when I can). A+ rating according to me! Also, Charles inspection saved me considerable hassle and cost, by confirming that the raccoons were not actually nesting *inside* the pillars, which was greatly appreciated! BTW, I initially spoke to Ryan yesterday, and he heard my issue and was immediately able to schedule Charles to come by today ()05/21/25) afternoon, which was also very nice. read more

First off all I have to say is wow! My mother's house in Oakland had a really bad spider problem. Andrew and Ryan were great to work with. We had a lot of spider webs and they took the time to remove them all from the house and even from our fence! We had a couple other quotes but chose all pests because they waived the initial price.
