All my major concerns and areas I had with the pests I have been dealing with have been addressed and thoroughly looked into. The level of detail he went into and explaining what he would do was relieving to hear. He even found the wasp nest I didn't know was even there! The value and quality of the work performed is one I would recommend to anyone. The ONLY concern I would say I have is that I ask to be given a call ahead of time so I can make sure my dog is inside at the time they arrive. While she all bark and no bite, I would just like to make it easier for the technician sent out. Other than that I am looking forward to continuing business with Pro Active Pest Control.

They responded almost instantly which was appreciated. Atan was able to come out the following week to take a look and treat the tree the same day. I appreciated the thoroughness with the provided photos since I wasn't able to be home at the time. Sorting out payment with the office was a bit of a back and forth inconvenience but we eventually got it sorted out. All in all, I would highly recommend for the communication aspect and their ability to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Looking forward to not having to wash the cars so often!

We have had prolly 3 Technicians so far, complained about the 2nd because we starting having him more , but I saw him skip my main fence, complained about it, and they sent other guy, Devin. The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed--none of which were bothering me in the first place--I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Eliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

We tried using store bought repellent but went through 3 cans which didn't even make a dent. We called Powell and Pastran Pest Management and thankfully Philip was able to come out the same day. He did a consultation and came back later in the day to do the treatment. I appreciated that he was transparent and told us that this is the most he has ever seen in a backyard and that it likely will take more than one session due to the amount of beetles we had. After the first session, it did make a huge difference where we stop seeing them come into the house as much and a decrease in the ones in the backyard. After the second treatment, we stopped seeing them crawling around in the backyard patio area. We even saw a decrease in spider webs. They will perform a third treatment for the beetles just to make sure they are kept at bay. We are extremely happy with their service and looking forward to having them regularly do treatments as we often have ants and spiders as little visitors in our house throughout the year. There was more than enough room to either move the bed properly, ask if a ladder was available, or simply arrive with the correct equipment in the first place. Using a customer's bed as a tool was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Professionalism is not just about completing a job it's also about respecting someone's home, cleanliness, and basic courtesy while inside it.

He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Ian is the owner of the company. From my experience with him in this short while , I've learned he is a family man with astounding integrity. Second, I did not contact this company Cal-View Property Inspections casually or without cause. I reached out because there were serious ongoing concerns in my home, involving exposed walls, abnormal air quality, and conditions that affected my family's health and safety. At the time, children were living in the home, and the wall area had remained exposed for an extended period. The inspection was not the cause of the problem. It was conducted because I needed answers about conditions that already existed inside the unit. The inspection helped confirm that mold concerns were present in the air and on surfaces within the home, including in my daughter's bedroom. After the inspection, I pursued code enforcement. That process resulted in multiple code violations being identified, and repairs were required. My family was displaced as a result of the condition of the home, not because of anything this company created. The statements suggesting improper motive or lack of professionalism do not reflect my experience. I hired this company because I needed an independent assessment, and from my experience they were professional, responsive, and helpful during an extremely stressful situation. This company did not create the conditions in my home. They documented them. I am grateful I contacted them.

A week ago, I had an ant attack in my kitchen and the ants were all over my pantry, floors and countertops. I called McLaren and told them about my problem. I was worried that the ants will invade my entire home. Don was fast to respond and put baits for the ants. After a few hours the ants disappeared. I hired this company for termite inspection and service, which was done in June 2015 in Stockton…read morefor my parents. Ray Carrier, the owner, rushed through inspection didn't inspect the attic, refused to look in the cabinets in the bathroom although they were unobstructed stating he knows what to check for, also the walls due to wallpaper like most of the kitchen, skipped the living room due to paneling, under the bathroom sinks or inside bedroom closets although they were cleared yet he said peaking his head up in the attic there was dry rot, but never entered it. Looked at part of the kitchen, we offered to move any stuff obstructing view but he didn't want to return for that inspection. We agreed to do a perimeter treatment, and after we signed the paperwork for treatment then he said he could look at a few more areas that were obstructed which my parents moved away from the wall, but still only looked a few places not all. I was disappointed since they moved everything so his view wasn't obstructed. The original estimate was $4,270 which was outrageously high reduced to $1700, also $125 for inspection, and considering he didn't do everything he stated he would because he felt it was not necessary then it was reduced. My parents would have paid anything to get rid of the termites so they would have paid the higher price since we were not as knowledgeable then, but I didn't like that he skipped the bathroom wall cabinet and several other areas or claimed they were inspected on the report, but they weren't. He also blamed my parents that they didn't want him to inspect those areas I saw were not inspected on the copy he sent, but that's not true they didn't because he stated it wasn't necessary, and didn't send us an updated copy. He only spot treated a few bedrooms and didn't do everything he told us he would, he arrived late for treatment with another technician, rushed that because he was late and came during the hottest time of day, but my parents at this point just wanted it finished. He was unprofessional when I or my parents asked questions, he made it seem like he's the expert, we didn't have an option, this is because this is the best way to treat them or I was bothering him by asking anything because he's busy. We called them back during covid for the bathroom wall cabinet, which didn't have wall paper when he did the initial inspection, which he refused to check at that time. We saw active termites on the floor in there and he stated he would not return for such a small job, which surprised me that he was more about the money than the customer. He seemed nice at the end of the job when he got paid, and said if anything happens we can call them, and gave us his card, based on that I thought we could contact them. We ended up taking care of the problem ourselves, including spraying the perimeter of the house and garage. We did a perimeter service with this company using IMAX Pro, premise foam and bate traps; had all our windows, gutters, stucco, and concrete redone per his recommendation that work was done by Lowes after termite treatment was complete. We checked the areas of wall he refused to check when they removed and replaced our windows. My father also checked the attic himself afterwards. I provided photos so you know we are a legitimate customer. So when we thought we may have termites again this year, since he refused our business before I cannot recommend this company...we went with another company I'm so glad we did and I suggest you do the same.
