Biggest scam ever! They only protect against the same bugs you could kill with a $20 bottle of Ortho from Home Depot. I hired them for their bi-monthly service, and even though the poison should last up to a year I got termites in 3 months and now have to pay $5,000 to get rid of the termites. read more

I called Proper Care Pest control to come spray for bugs and I'm glad I did. They did a great job as they were friendly, polite, listened to my needs, and went right to work. They sprayed in all the cracks and crevices and I see no more bugs (alive) anyway at all. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to eliminate bugs. I had called and reduced our pest control from monthly to every other month. I told the customer service person that I would call every other month for service. I had her confirm twice. Well, like clockwork they dinged my account for the following month WITHOUT my consent. I was livid. When I called the customer service person said she ran it because I was in their system as month to month. I am not. She apologized and said it would be refunded. I'm not working because of the virus stay at home order. Every penny counts. Taking money without permission is stealing. My money was taken without permission, therefore stolen. I'm a senior citizen and low income and off work because of the Covid-19 issues. Shame on your proper pest. Your customer service is horrid. read more

Salvadore from Proper Care did an extremely thorough inspection. He took photographs of problem areas to show me. They are licensed to do WDO inspection and repair. (Wood Destroying Organisms) I scheduled their preventative treatment for the following day. He returned with an assistant and did the exterior treatment first and then went under the house with the long application hose fed to him by his assistant. Salvadore sprayed all necessary areas under the house. The only minor inconvenience was having to leave the front door open about an inch to allow the red spray hose to be brought in. I got a local company to fumigate my properties and never showed up. When I called they said we'll send some group employees" when they eventually showed up they smelled like illegal narcotics and some laughing about everything. After they "fumigate " some tendinitis complaint about even more insects popping out. I called but they said the owner or manger isn't in and when I canceled the payment the owner goes berserk calling like crazy, or going to the screaming for the property manger to anyone of tenets.
