My husband and I own a cleaning business and were servicing a property in Groveland at the same time Nick Chase Pest Control was there. We've been cleaning for over 15 years and sometimes have uncomfortable encounters with other service companies that arrive at the same time, the attitude can sometimes be "get out of my way and don't bother me" especially if the home owners aren't there. I'm happy to say that this was not the case with their employee Rod! He was so helpful! We didn't bring the right extension pole to web the high ceilings so Rod offered for us to use his. He even made sure to warn us about the risk of cleaning up after rodents, making sure we were aware of the need to wear masks and have the proper equipment and protection. He took the time to tell us about a useful website too for purchasing quality tools for the job. Overall we were impressed with how thoughtful and considerate he was. Nick and Cody did an amazing job on my extreme bat issues. I have may rooflines for the bats to hide in and was unsuccessfully using another pest control company that referred Nick Chase pest control and I am so thankful. The knowledge that Nick has is over the top. It's obvious he loves what he does and it shows in his work. I have canceled 4 accounts with the other pest control company to have him do the work as I was not receiving calls back or any customer service from the previous company. Nick came to our home today, which was in DIER need of a good spraying. He showed up on time and with a smile! (He worked with our schedule and came on a Sunday!) He explained his process thoroughly, and being as we have three children in the home and a dog, we appreciated knowing they were safe during the process. He agreed to only do the outside of the home so we didn't need to leave, and is going to make an additional trip to our home to do the inside when it's more convenient for the family (again, going out of his way and giving excellent customer service) he spent a long time on the outside and was clearly very thorough in his process.
