I was paying for every other month, indoors and outdoors. We get ants and spiders really bad around the outside. They haven't been out since June called and they canceled without telling us. Been with them for years. Then to top it off I had to remove my card on file because I got tired of no shows and getting charged or them only doing 10% of the property especially when I decline the inside due to baby and pets. The owner came out and comped a service then canceled after. I've had a bunch of issues with this company. I'm just annoyed because it's insulting to have them do such a half a** job then they have the audacity to cancel with no notice. That's fine though we will stay local like we should have. read more

This would have been a five star review. However the owner of this business is more concerned with money than customer service. While the termite inspecting and tenting went well, repairs, especially the flooring, fell very short. I was very shocked to see the flooring in my newly remodeled kitchen only partially done and mismatched. We were promised a perfect match of the existing flooring. This was not the case. I was shocked to see what we were supposed to accept. The flooring was incomplete on both sides of the kitchen. My husband tried calling repeatedly to see why the floor was not finished and in the wrong color. His messages were never answered. Finally, he decided to drive down to the office and see if he could speak with the owner in person. He was told that our original laminate was no longer available so they put in what they thought was the closest match. Since when does tan match dark grey? Our kitchen has been redone with shades of grey not tan. Also this tan laminate was not even extended to the end of the kitchen on both sides. It was missing four planks on one side and three on the other. My husband negotiated with the owner who said that he would not pay for any additional laminate, but he would pay for the labor. True, he did send one worker to put in the laminate, however my 62 year old diabetic husband was expected to go to Home Depot and load up and deliver the laminate to our house. Where is the customer service in that? At first, the entire floor was going to be replaced with a dark grey laminate which we paid for. Unfortunately, the worker told us that it was too thick and would not work in our kitchen. My husband and I loaded up our SUV so my husband could return it to Home Depot. Unfortunately, during the loading my husband ended up spraining his arm, yet he still managed to get the laminate returned to Home Depot for a refund. The only alternative that we were given was to accept the tan laminate that they had chosen for us. My husband had to purchase this laminate and deliver it to our house, yet again, so the workman could install it. Some compromise! We were expected to pay for laminate that we didn't want just so it would be extended to both edges. So now we have tan laminate in a grey newly remodeled kitchen. It seems like the customer should be able to choose the laminate that is put in their home. Also who wants the laminate in their kitchen not to be finished to all ends of the kitchen? It just looks sloppy. At least it reaches the end of the kitchen on both sides now after a lot of hassle. Maybe they should include the cost of enough laminate to extend to all edges of the kitchen in their estimate. Also having the customers approve the color beforehand would be a real plus. I am sure this would assure much happier and satisfied customers. Too late for me though. If I had to do it over again, I would not hire this company. We are simply too old to deal with this stuff! read more

Absolutely horrible service and despicable quality. I had to pay these guys three times to get a pest clearance report, they gave me a clearance and said there was no more dry rot. Another company came out after them and found a whole lot of dry rot, which they said was very visible. The other company also found beetles under the house, they told me there was no way someone could have missed the beetles if they were actually under the house doing their job. So basically I was charged three times from Reliable Termite and they weren't doing there job at all. If they did do their job, they just are extremely bad at what they do. Not to mention, they didn't give me an estimate with the initial report, it took almost a couple weeks to get that, which they tried to blame on a third party, of course. I have been in real estate a very long time, all pest companies get the report and bid back to me same day or next day at most. I have never dealt with such a horrible Pest Company, EVER! If you are in a real estate transaction, I definitely would not use this company. If you are not in a real estate transaction, I definitely would not use this company. I have dealt with numerous pest companies and have never had such a horrible experience. Unfortunately the system doesn't let me give 0 stars, which is what they truly deserve. read more

We used them to do our home inspection prior to buying our home. Their inspection showed no termites on 4/3/30 . The house in fact had termites. They said there is nothing they can due but offer to tent it for $2000 or spot treat for $350 and pay $30 a month for their termite service. We went with another company to do the Fumigation they were cheaper and why would I give a company more money to fix a problem they said I did not have. read more

Had RTS come to our house for a second quote and was told an employee of theirs would call to schedule an appointment for measurements in case we wanted to tent the house. Never got a call nor scheduled anything so we went on vacation and while on vacation some guy shows up but obviously no one answered the door. So this guy just let himself into the back yard when again NOTHING was scheduled and no one had permission to enter the property! (Have cameras and had a dog sitter on site that day). I am in debt to Reliable. We are selling our home, during this whole COVID-19 mess, and needed a competitive bid on a $3K pest inspection report. Reliable came in $1K cheaper, but not because they meant to cut corners, rather, they called BS on some of the original termite inspection report. Of course, that was kind of why I wanted a competitive bid and second opinion. Now, the inspector gave me solid advice, however, and rather than scare off our buyer with a "cheaper" fix, his advice was to maybe go forward with the original, which we did. Had a horrible experience with RTS. Paid for Initial service, tech came out and did nothing with the cob webs that had accumulated on our house, then he sprayed a chemical that was so strong we had to leave the home for a few hours. Second service came and again no real effort on removing the cob webs, and sprayed the same chemical. The house smelled for hours after. And we still had spiders. I contacted the company and said I was not happy, the owner came out and acknowledged that the cob webs had not been removed. When I inquired about a refund for the second service I was told no. I ended the relationship immediately with the company and cannot recommend them and the poor quality of the service. read more
