I don't know if the spray works cuz I can't reach bobs I've called them 5 times in the last week all during business hours nvr got a answer

I live in a foot hill and found that it is very hard to find a living human to do any kind of work. I reached out to Bob community pest control via Yelp. He responded very quickly. His tech rep, Steve, very polite and kind, was able to come the following day to my house. We have mice problem. Steve set mice trap and looked for evidence of the unwanted little creatures. called this place because it was a local smaller business and I wanted to give my business to a small town business and they came out the gentleman was very nice he sprayed the inside and the outside of my house he told me I have 30 days and they would come back if I seen any more ants I did see more ants so I called they came out and did a respray on the outside of the house I wasn't home so I wasn't able to let them in to do the inside a week later I found even more ants in the back part of my house in my bathroom and my closet there's absolutely no food in my bathroom or my closet so I don't know why there's ants there I called them back to ask them what should I do I was told that they would talk to technician and call me back I waited a week and they didn't call me back so I called back in at that point they told me there's nothing they can do I'd have to repay the $150 to have him come back out again now why would I pay another $150 to have them come out and do something that they didn't even clear up the first time they did it I didn't expect for them to come out for free but I expected a discount an apology something as I still have the ants that I called for originally I will no longer be giving my service to them and I suggest you don't either I called terminix and they're going to handle the problem read more

The service from the technician was good but the lady in the office was very rude, arguing with me on phone. She needs some customer service classes and learn to explain everything in detail about the process and their service. Very rude I'll say again! read more

We were able to get someone to help us out with our spider issue the very next day and, that's why we are giving 5 stars. Cancelled service after a yr.contract. 2 nd to last month paid cash as i was always instrjcted to do. The last month i was told.i never paid though i had a receipt and thier system was rolling over what ever that means my monthly bill went from 33 to 68 and the last month i was over charged 102. I paid amd cancelled service. This was n aug Today i get a call saying i owe 102 and i havent had service due to non payment. I said no i do t have service cause i paid in full and cancelled service after yr contract was up. I have my receipts and i will be raking thjs to better bussiness Either company is illiterate in financing or just plain crooks read more

I called for a treatment for a small beetle I was seeing around my home. Was asked for my customer number. Gave it. Alfred (I think was his name) exclaimed "WOW. You've been a customer for a long time. How can I help?" Told him my problem. My service provider comes around the 6-7 of the month. Ten days later, I'm finding beetle bodies all over the place. They are pretty affordable and the man they sent out was very nice but I wasn't happy that my landlord called for them to come get rid of bees that were coming in my house through the chimney fireplace and they came so unprepared. I had to go around to my neighbors asking to borrow a ladder because the man didn't have one. it was ridiculous. The man said the could try his hardest to spray down the chimney from afar. Luckly it looked like the swarm was already gone. I moved from that house 3 months later so I don't know if they came back or not. read more

I am surprised by the service I just received from Albert at Bob's Pest Control. My wife called to see how much the bill was, when Albert informed us that we owed from a service date from last year. This was interesting because in all the times I have spoken to someone in the office they never mentioned this. Upon further investigation My wife realized we were out of state during the time the service was done. Since we keep the backyard gate locked I knew their was no way they could get in; my wife informed Albert of this. We figured they had probably done the front yard and we offered to pay half. When I called, Albert was rude and even cussed at me! I asked to speak to a manager and Albert stated the manager was sitting right next to him and heard the way he spoke to me. I then asked to speak to the owner, he stated, "the owner wouldn't want to talk to you!" I cancelled my service and do not recommend them! read more

just recently had a bug infestation. after price checking a few places, i decided to go with bob's community pest control because of two reviews on yelp. Only one other place was slightly cheaper in merced but they were quick to tell me no guarantees which I understand but a business that has to tell people that when they first pick up the phone gives me a bad feeling. Bill was the guy they sent. Extremely nice guy, checked the whole house. Gave me an reasonable estimate (300-400 hundred, which is amazing compared to the 1200 quoted by clarks) and was very much honest with me. They scheduled me in within the next week and were meticulous. Two weeks after that they came and checked to see how bad the infestation was. They did another spray just to be on the safe side at no cost (most other places charge again or add it to the price). A month in and my place is very much bug free. Highly Recommended read more

I've been meaning to write this review since the day I received the service. I called Bob's Community Pest Control because of the Yelp reviews. Right from the start, I was told in detail what my service included. I didn't have to ask or assume. Very friendly - very professional - very knowledgeable. With the start of summer, I wanted piece of mind that I wouldn't have to deal with any creepy crawlers around my house. Why wouldn't you want to pay a few bucks a month not to deal with them? I had them at least spray the outside and inside the garage, until I get my carpets clean in a few weeks. Then I'll have the inside sprayed. When I arrive home on the day of the spray, (I can't remember the person's name-but I'm going to find out) but noticed he brought my trash cans in from the morning pick up. I also had a metal PG&E panel on the outside that he re-attached. He cleaned off all the webs from under the roof area and left a few treats for my dog. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and kindness, along with great service. read more
