I have used them for a few years to spray my parent's house in another state. They scheduled an appointment to come out on a day that I would be there. I waited half of the day for the tech to come out. It was scheduled from 8-9am. No one showed up yet charged my credit card $100. An increase from the previous visits of $80. I have emailed and texted them and have yet to receive a response. This is awful customer service! read more

I was in need of a pest control to spray my home bi- monthly. I called and spoke to the owner, David, and got rates. Called back a week later to move forward with services and no answer so I left a voicemail however David never returned my call. I called again and spoke to David several days later and was told he'd call me Tuesday to schedule the time for Wednesday to begin services however, again David did not call. Prime time had great rates for spraying and David was friendly; however, it seems that they're not a reliable service given their lack of follow through on returning calls for services. read more

I read all the reviews and I am so happy to say this company is great! I first spoke with David the owner and he was very polite and nice and set an appointment for me. Joey came to my house today September 4, 2020 because I had a wasp nests and some kind of rat droppings. Joey is the most polite person and he listened to everything I said and did exactly what I asked him to do. I was so happy with him and I signed up for bi monthly service. He was very sensitive to my needs as I am on oxygen 24 hours a day. I got a discount on today's work because I signed up for the plan and it was very reasonable. He was here for an hour. The review for this company is waaay overdue! The owner of this company is not only courteous and efficient but the service they provide is amazing! I first came across this business about a year ago when I was in dire need of a solution to a roach infested home we recently purchased (mind you this home we got at a deal due to it being a rental property for years). As the tenants vacated we were left with an immense worry of the amount of infestation to this home. Being unfamiliar with pest control we didn't know what to do! Luckily I came across this company who assured me they were the company to go to! They offer awesome customer service and the pest control directive they take works wonders! We had a huge earwig problem. Prime Time was recommended by several people so we gave them a try. Boy, are we glad we did! After listening to our concerns, Joey sprayed our front and back yards, including the eaves for flying insects. He was incredibly polite and efficient. Their guarantee is great as well. I give one star for friendly woman on phone who set up the appt to have my wasps sprayed today. After waiting over an hour past the appointment time and leaving a message on their voicemail, i was called back after hours to be told they ran out of wasp spray and could not return until the following Monday. Have been a customer for just about a year now on a bi monthly schedule. They are going above and beyond my expectations of customer service. First off one of their technicians named Joey is awesome! Answers all and any questions you have very knowledgeable with this line of work. The communication with the company is outstanding I receive a call when they are on their way and have never been stood up or had a late appointment. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner today and he too is just like his employees. They are family owned and operated and you can tell as they know that customers come first and that build a good PR with the consumer is #1. I found just one tiny mouse in the house and was worried there might be more. I called Prime Time Pest and they came out promptly. They offered to set up a few traps (2 different kinds) throughout the house to see if we had a pest problem or not. They were super professional and very knowledgeable about the advice they gave us for our particular situation. The price was very reasonable! Luckily we ended up not having a pest problem but if I ever need another pest related services again I will most definitely be calling them. I highly recommend this company! read more

I do not recommend this pest control company to anyone seeking services. I had a bad experience recently that started with the tech. We had an agreed upon time frame (between 2 and 3pm) for the tech to respond to my house. The tech proceeded to call me and ask if he could come by earlier than 2pm (which was perfectly okay with me for him to just ask). When I told the tech I would not be home until 2pm and he could not come earlier, he attempted to reschedule, stating his route was done and I was his last call. I told him that was not acceptable because I had already been scheduled for 2pm and he should be there at that time. When he told me his boss would not allow it, I asked for his boss's number. I proceeded to call his boss, who continued with the same attitude. He began to explain all kinds of irrelevant information that did not pertain to me. He told me he paid his employees hourly and he didn't really want them sitting around doing nothing waiting to complete a call (At my house). After further discussion, and after I told him I was just going to find a new company to spray for bugs at my house, he finally agreed to send a tech. When we were getting ready to hang up the phone, the owner ended the call with, "Don't be late." Are you kidding me? What kind of service is this? When I explained my experience with my new pest control company, he was disgusted and stated he would never treat a customer that way. If I was you (future customers), I would find another company. read more

When I first signed up with this company I was very satisfied with the services and then we moved out of hemet. First the owner tried raising my rate saying my yard was bigger when it isn't even close to the size of my old home, then they came in nov. (They come bi-monthly) and I got a call in Dec saying my appt was that week so I stopped the young woman and said wait, you just came last month (maybe they are hurting for money since the owner is a jerk) and she agreed that yes they did come in nov. So come Feb I didn't hear anything from them so I tried to call multiple times to schedule an appt and nobody answered. Today they called me to schedule my appt for this Friday, however, I had already hired another company due to no call and no answer from prime time. When I told the owner that during his called he proceeded to scold me and tell me I did not in fact call him and I must have the wrong number. I read the number to him that I have and he said well what I can tell you is everytime we schedule with you, you reschedule and I said excuse me??? I rarely reschedule! I called him rude and hung up. How dare him as a business owner treat his customers that way! I never paid late and I was always respectful! I will never recommend them to anyone, EVER! read more
