He's friendly, responsive, and always makes scheduling easy. Hector is the technician who services our home, and he's fantastic. He always shows up on time, is professional and personable, and does a really thorough job. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work, and I always feel confident that everything has been taken care of after he leaves. It's hard to find companies these days that consistently provide this level of service, but Frontline has earned my trust. Great people, great communication, and great results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pest control company. They've definitely earned my five-star review!

He was informative and knowledgeable and even offered to come the next day. Ended up booking a Monday morning appointment and it was a pleasure meeting Luis. The price was very reasonable and he also wrote out an extensive report about what services he provided. Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. As always, he did an incredibly thorough walkthrough and took the time to share knowledgeable insights on termites (and roaches) and exactly what to keep an eye out for. What really sets Gallant apart is their 4-year warranty. Knowing they actually stand behind their work for the long haul gives us total peace of mind--it proves their work is truly bug-proof. Highly recommend Duane and the Gallant team if you want honest, quality service.

Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. The technicians have been professional and courteous, but the results have not met my expectations. I had hoped follow-up visits would fully resolve the problem. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.

TL;DR: Great pricing, excellent customer service. Thank you Encite!…read more Early this year we had some termite issues in the home we had just purchased. I did my rounds in attaining quotes from the big termite companies, they were very expensive and told us we had other pest issues we would have to take care of when initially we just called for termite/fumigation. Ultimately I got a recommendation for Encite. At our first meeting Mike was honest and straight forward and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, we knew we had to take our business to them. Mike confirmed what we assumed already about the other companies that they had lied to us about issues just to upsell their services. Since the fumigation we have had no issues and have since become quarterly pest control customers with Encite. Adam has been attentive to any issues we have with pest, we used to have a lot of ant issues and we no longer have those large ant infestations we would normally always expect after rain or in the summer.
