I rarely leave a review regardless of the service, but i have been receiving great service from Jesse for a long time and felt it was time I boast about his company and his professionalism. One of the things that stood out right away was how he didn't come across pushy or rushed. He answered all my questions and explained what he was going to do without looking annoyed. He also took the time to look around my property and noted areas we can address to minimize the likelihood of having further issues later. Jesse now has our home on a regular service schedule as a preventative measure. Best of all, we no longer have the issues with rats, ants and spiders. I have known Jesse for quite a few years now!! I was first introduced to him when he was with Western. We were having a VERY bad ant and spider problem and he happened to be servicing a home a couple doors down. I signed up and Jesse starting taking care of our home and all our bug problems vanished. I was always impressed with how much care he took going around the complete yard and he ALWAYS checked to see if there were any specific areas of concerns etc. His visits to our home were usually about 30 minutes ...sometimes perhaps a little more. After he had left Western, the very first time we were serviced, the technician was literally here less than 5 minutes. I thought perhaps he forgot to spray the back...but when I called him, he stated he was finished....it only takes a few minutes to spray a house. I immediately canceled my service and have been trying to take care of the bug issue myself, however, the over-the-counter stuff.....while it works.....I would have to spray about every 2 weeks to get the same results I had with Jesse. Recently I came across his Company and name once again and I'm honestly here to tell you.....I couldn't be happier that he now has his own business!! NO ONE sprays and takes care of things like Jesse does!!!!! Today was his first visit and I think he was literally here over an hour going through ALL the bushes around the home....I even heard him moving things around on the front porch etc. He's kind of like yard care guys......there are some that blow and go and others that actually take pride in their business and their work.
