Clarence was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my (many!) questions. His pricing was very fair, and I decided I wanted to use their services same day if possible. And we did! He had everything he needed right in his truck which I appreciated. He immediately got to work setting traps, placing commercial-grade black boxes, clearing cobwebs, and spraying for bugs.
