I had a great experience with Frank and the team at Anarumo Inspections. Frank was extremely thorough throughout the inspection process and took the time to walk me through the entire property, explaining his findings in a clear and easy-to-understand way. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just point out issues--he helped me understand their significance and even provided rough estimates for potential repair costs, which was incredibly helpful as a homebuyer. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions gave me confidence in making an informed decision. I highly recommend Frank and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and customer-focused home inspector. read more

Hire with caution. While Frank Anarumo's reports look thorough on paper with plenty of standard disclaimers, he missed a major hole in our roof valley and a hidden unsafe electrical box in the attic. When confronted with evidence from licensed contractors post-purchase, he hid behind boilerplate clauses stating he only does 'visual inspections' and that it was our fault for not hiring secondary specialists for things he completely failed to flag. Save your money and find an inspector who takes accountability for what they miss. read more

Frank at Anarumo Inspection Services did the inspection on our first home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was thorough, professional, and took his time -- no rushing through it. He answered every question we had, and as first-time buyers we had plenty. Beyond being good at the job, Frank was just a genuinely nice person to work with, which mattered a lot during such a big moment for us. Really glad we went with them. Thank you, Frank! read more

We just completed an inspection with Frank from Anarumo Inspections and it was a really good experience. He was on time, came in and started his work immediately. He made sure to text me prior to the appointment to confirm the time, and instructed us on how to prepare for the inspection. It sounds like a standard process but you'll be amazed at how many inspectors don't do this. I appreciate when someone is this communicative! Super satisfied with the service read more

Outstanding from start to finish.... Robert arrived before us and started with the inspection, he's professional, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. At the end took his time to go over everything, explain his findings, and answered our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable with his findings helping us make our decision whether to stay or walk away from the property. He provided us with a clear detailed written report and photos within minutes. Wonderful service, start to finish. They gave us a thorough inspection report for a 7 day escrow. We highly recommend this team.

Frank is professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. We secured an appointment quickly via their website and received an expedient email confirmation. With several service options to choose from, we had peace of mind that all our needs were covered. We were able to be present during the inspection to ask questions, and Frank even gave us a helpful overview of his findings on-site. To top it off, the services were very reasonably priced. No need to go anywhere else for your home inspection needs! read more

We used Frank for a home inspection on a house we were in escrow for. He showed up on time and was very professional in his manner and extremely thorough in his inspections. The house was a flip so he knew what to look for when conducting his inspection. He conducted meticulous inspections for termites, checked electrical outlets/panels, checked windows for sealant, performed a sewer scope (found major occlusion), checked the crawl spaces (attic and foundational), and checked out our HVAC. He knows his stuff! He did a thorough run through of every thing he found and immediately sent us the report digitally. If you want peace of mind when it comes to home inspections, then Frank and his team are your people. He also has a pest company which we also used to treat the termites. read more

I received an email from Anarumo Inspection Services. They provided a link and an invitation to write a review. I am providing a review, but I am doing so on a platform of my choice. I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse. The house needs a complete renovation. Regardless, the realtor suggested that I have the house inspected. I took that suggestion. The cost for the "visual inspection" was $505.03. I am underwhelmed with the work product (inspection report). To be frank, the report provided almost no information regarding the condition of the property that I didn't already know. Do not misunderstand me: If you are buying a house, townhouse or condo--get a building inspection. But in this instance, the report was a wasted exercise. If I knew then what I know now, I would have passed on this inspection and saved myself $500. read more

Provided a thorough report with pictures. Explained all details during the day of the inspection. Explanation was easy to understand. Was available to be booked and saw our property immediately. Booking service was easy, no hassle. Finished work at a timely manner. Service acquired was worth the cost. Would recommend to other home owners as well. read more

Frank was amazing and I couldn't recommend anyone else. Frank was able to quickly come out to our property as we were purchasing a new home and had a short escrow period. Frank was able to quickly come out and did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the home and even found a number of issues that a normal, nonprofessional person wouldn't have been able to notice. Once the inspection was done, Frank sent is an extremely detailed report that walked us through all of his findings as well as a long list of things that needed to be addressed or looked into in order to have our home come up to code. Frank was also available afterwards to answer any questions we may have and was extremely friendly and processional. I would recommend Anarumo inspection services to anyone! read more

Convenient scheduling and leaves no stone unturned. Highly recommend Frank for any of your inspection services!

This is an update years later. I left a long update previous of everything I've later discovered and was missed. I've removed it due to personal reasons that have nothing to do with the review itself, it was up for years so I think it's done it's job. What I will replace it is this. I would not use the services again. There was a legal matter that affirmed the heavily missed issues during the inspection. This didn't involve anarumo but their inspection report was called into the matter and disputed by several professionals, including an architect. I reached out to Frank who insinuated that Jeff, the inspector, was let go and no longer works there. He said he would return my call and look into. He never did. I emailed him a few times and no response. read more

I had Frank do my home inspection on a house I was buying. Scheduling was super fast and easy over the phone. Frank showed up on time and got to work inspecting the house right away. He checked in with me every 20 minutes with issues or nothing to report. I got the general inspection as well as chimney and sewer inspection. I had the report as well as videos from the sewer and chimney back that night. I would not hesitate to use Frank again. They service a very large area so if you have a home far from Corona just give them a call to see what the options are. read more

Frank is a consummate professional from the first point of contact. Signing up for different inspection options for my new home was a breeze. Frank did a thorough inspection (basic, termite, mold, sewer, fireplaces) and his feedback gave us clear assessment about the situation of our new home and the work needed to restore it to prime condition. Frank answered our questions patiently, gave us great insights on the seriousness of specific issues he had pointed out and even offered to connect us to professionals who could help us with the repairs. Very grateful - he helped us have confidence in our buying choice. I recommend him wholeheartedly for anyone who needs a health check up of their prospective new home! read more

Frank came out to do the inspection on a home that we were in escrow in, and from the start he was very friendly and open to any questions that we had. He was very thorough and explained everything in his report and did it in a way that was easy to understand and follow. He was able to alleviate a lot of the fears we had in the things that he did find that were not up to par as well. Frank gave suggestions to issues that were DIY-able and issues that were probably not. I was pleased that he offered to take on any more questions even after the initial inspection was finished as well. Very professional and very friendly! I would definitely hire him again in the future. read more

Seldom does an experience exceed your expectations, but this was the case with Frank Anarumo. From the moment I called the company, Linda could not have been more attentive or accommodating in scheduling a thorough home inspection. Frank arrived and stayed overtime to go through a complicated house, and answer everyone of my questions. After talking with him, it was clear he is preeminent in his field. He goes to many continuing education courses and is considered an expert in the area. The house had previously been inspected by another inspection company, and Frank found all kinds of important things the other company never mentioned. He has a very deep well of knowledge. I had my inspection report ready the same day. After the fact, he answered all of my questions very patiently days later. He did everything he could do to expedite mold and termite tests as we were working on a deadline. My real estate agent said he was the most thorough home inspector she's ever seen and she has been in the business for 40 years. If you're able to book him for your home inspection, consider it your good fortune! I highly recommend him and his company. Total professionals. read more
