This company came to do an inspection on our house and listed very inaccurate issues which resulted in us losing our buyers. Our home is in amazing shape and we have redone everything. There were issues noted that were not even on our property! And they spent over 29 minutes running water in a drain with no flooding and then noted in the report that there is a potential for flooding! And then walked all over my house with wet, dirty shoes leaving foot prints all over my floor. I would NOT recommend hiring this company! read more

At the end of the inspection, he ran through a slide show of all the photos that he took and provided in depth and insightful explanations for each item. He stated that we would have the inspection report the next day, which was a Saturday, so I really didn't expect to receive it until Monday. But true to his word, we received the report Saturday afternoon...all 74 pages of it. Like the inspection itself, the report covered every point with a photo and explanation.
