I was looking to buy a property in the OC and found Elias with 5 stars. Honestly, I'm pretty skeptical about that stuff but I needed the inspection ASAP and he was the first to reply and schedule. Sadly, he scheduled the wrong day and my agent went to the property and basically wasted the trip there since we had to reschedule to the next day. For me this wasn't a big deal since I didn't go out myself, but I felt bad that my agent wasted his time. Elias was very apologetic and even bought my agent a gift card as an apology. He totally owned up to his mistake and for me that speaks volumes about a person. The actual inspection was pretty good as far as I can tell, I'm not an expert on these kinds of things but the report was very detailed and had a lot of photos. He flew a drone up to the roof to take a look and even pointed out minor details like staining on the carpet that I honestly didn't catch when I saw the property myself. Seems like he used infrared to check for water leaks when inspecting the plumbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. In terms of pricing, he was one of the more expensive options but given the level of customer service he provided and the quality of the report I would say it's worth it. Overall, the experience with Elias was very positive and if I ever need inspection services again, he'll be the first I call. read more

We hired Elias to do our home inspection based on reviews we found on yelp and we're glad we did. He was professional, available under short notice, and responsive to all our questions/texts. The day of he was prompt and gave a brief overview explaining what he was going to do. He did a very thorough job with the inspection taking 2-3 hours and at the end he went over the bigger issues he found. Later that night he sent over the report and did an in-depth review of every little thing that needed attention on the roof, under the house, and in each a room and included a description/reason of concern along with pictures! He also checked our sewer line!!! He did such a great job they we were able to show it to the seller and justify getting credit. Approximately halfway through his inspection, we arrived at the home and received an overview of the process. We opted for a sewer inspection, as homeowners are responsible for repairs until their sewer line meets the city main line, which in this case, was halfway onto the public street. His report was received early the following morning. It was well-written and contained detailed photographs of all inspections, along with suggestions for repairs. We reviewed it with our realtor and consulted with an architect regarding structural integrity concerns. Going through a home purchase for the first time can be quite daunting especially with your home inspection and who you can trust. Elias was very prompt, responsive and truly caring. During the inspection, he was more than willing to answer any questions and provided some tips and assistance to fix any issues. He had a great understanding of all aspects of the house, from the type of soil to the specific issues with the attic. We ran into an issue where we could not access the main sewer line due to a check valve, so he helped dig out the dirt to gain access, going above and beyond what was expected of him.
