Bought a house with a $3,000 plumbing issue that Inspection Pros totally missed. I realize that they are not expert plumbers but there is a sewage ejection system in a closet under a lid they did not even look at or let me know existed. The bathroom it powers was out of order right after we moved in. When professional plumbers came to fix it they immediately noted the lid of the system was rusted out and later found the motor was busted. If Inspection Pros were actually pros they would have recognized this system existed and tipped me off that I might want a professional plumber to look at it before I purchase the home. Instead they pocketed their $1,000 inspection fee and left me with a $3,000 plumbing bill. They even told me this was one of the cleanest inspections they had done. We just had Garett come out to inspect an older home and after moving in we found out there were MANY issues that were missed and some are outright dangerous to our health! 1. The hvac unit was illegally installed outside of the house. Anyone walking by that vent would be breathing in carbon monoxide. (cost us $6k to fix) 2. we found ASBESTOS inside our air conditioning vents. I have little kids and we have been BREATHING IN ASBESTOS for a month or so now! (the cost is our HEALTH and our kids health!) 3. Chimney had major water damage and repairs at least $4k in damage that was never discovered! Total loss of at least $10k in damage plus health issues after the fact. There is no amount of money that is worth the health and safety of our family after finding asbestos in the air vents. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go with him! read more

We are in the process of purchasing a new house. The Guys from Inspection Pros showed up to the appointment before the appointment time. There were very professional and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and the process. After they completed their work, they briefly verbally explained the highlights of their findings and submitted their report within 24 hours. The report they submitted was very detailed.
