Juan Morales and Edgar Olivares spent nearly three hours carefully evaluating the property. Just as importantly, they took the time to explain their findings and patiently answer all of our questions, making sure we fully understood the condition of the home and any areas requiring immediate attention. For context, the inspection was for a two-story single-family home in La Crescenta with a finished/converted garage. We also included sewer system inspection at the same time. The inspection report was exceptionally organized, detailed, and easy to understand, allowing us to quickly prioritize the findings and make informed decisions. Booking was quick and seamless, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. Juan and Edgar set a new standard for what we expect from a home inspection. We highly recommend them and their company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and professional home inspection team.

I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. I took her to small claims court and won, but she's not paying. I wanted to put a lien on her property but she doesn't appear to own any property. This wasn't even everything. She missed the fact that the oven didn't work, and her report said the house had 3 bedrooms when it had 4. If you want confirmation I have everything documented and I'm happy to share. I have now read Lisa's response, and as you guys probably know, it's silly. Yes, she told me about various issues with the house BUT DID NOT BOTHER TELLING ME THAT 2 ROOMS HAD NO ELECTRICITY!! And she fails to acknowledge that I TOOK HER TO SMALL CLAIMS AND WON!! (By the way, this is a GREAT house. I bought it for $750k and it was appraised at $920k just a year later.) And now she's not paying the Judgment that was duly issued against her. I am working with an investigator who will be putting a lien on her bank account so I'll get paid eventually, but you should all know the hassle I'm going thru just to get paid. You should all know that not only is her work horrible, her ethics are a mess. Who the hell fails to pay a Judgment??!!

DAMN!!! I first learned about Staci when I was selling my house (the buyer hired Staci). When I…read moreread the report I was like if we stay here there is sooo much stuff to fix (which in my opinion you WOULD want to know as a homeowner to prevent potential costly disasters). I also learned a ton of info from Staci's detailed report. And I kept it in the back of my mind. So when I recently went to purchase a home I hired Staci. Staci really is a detective just like the logo. I went through the house and the builder tried to gaslight me and say things I pointed out were "normal". And then Staci's report came in and found so much more stuff than I saw but also confirmed the small things I noticed. Staci is very responsive and worked with my schedule. And the report came back a few days later. I'm not sure how Staci can give that much detail so quickly. There is no way AI could EVER take over Staci's job. Ha. Not only did Staci's report find major issues, it is also comprehensive with helpful information like knowing what my roof is made of, how often to have it repaired and how long it should last. Staci should be teaching those master classes that's how detail oriented they are. When I purchased my previous house we hired 1 inspector, then a 2nd inspector to make sure everything got fixed and to see if a second person would catch anything else wrong with the house. Now that Staci found all these issues with the house I'm going to do the same thing to make sure everything is fixed. However, we are definitely hiring Staci for the 2nd inspection too. My husband even said "we are hiring Staci again right?" I told him not only are we hiring Staci again, we need to keep hiring Staci just to figure out things we are missing on upkeep of the house. All I have to say is that if you want to actually know what you are getting in the purchase of a home...ONLY hire Staci!!!!!

Jon inspected two homes for us. The first one was a problem home and thanks to his report we passed on it. He was always punctual, professional and incredibly detail oriented. Both times, he spent well over five hours inspecting the homes, and never gave any hint that things needed to be wrapped up so he could leave. He REALLY took his time and nothing avoided his scrutiny. He pointed out every problem no matter how small (including cosmetic stuff like botched painting) and took the time to explain to the builder (who was there during the inspection of the 2nd home) how some of the issues could be addressed. Not gonna lie, our real estate agent and the seller were super annoyed because the process took so long (most inspections take less than 2 hours) but we didn't care because we knew Jon had our best interest at heart. The inspection itself was incredibly educational. We walked along with him and he explained everything to us. His knowledge of codes and regulations will blow your socks off. And If you're a first time home buyer I recommend doing the same as you'll receive a wealth of information. Jon is definitely not the cheapest inspector but he is well worth it. His service doesn't stop when the inspection is complete. He will pick up all your calls and give you advice on repairs and review estimates for you.
