David met us out at the property site and had already done an inspection of the tile roof by sending up a drone. We were very impressed needless to say and from there it just got better, he thoroughly went through the house pointing out many issues with plumbing leaks, faulty pool equipment, missing GFCI, outlet covers etc. Bottom line we decided not to purchase that particular property thanks to his thorough inspection and knowledge. David came over to inspect our home for us. We are considering selling and we wanted to make sure there weren't any concerns that needed addressing. (I know you can get that when buyers hire someone but I didn't want any expensive surprise showing up that might deter a buyer) He showed up on time and was wearing a mask. He was very nice and respectful. The whole inspection took about 1 1/2-2 hours and he was very thorough! He took good quality photos and used infra red photos to check on appliances and heating/cooling systems. At the end he emails me a detailed report of all the findings and has each item color coded based on importance. That is a huge plus for me! I like visuals that stand out and the color coding and pictures really helped. He does make notes on there what licensed professional should be hired to look at said item. He also said if there were any questions or if something needed more explaining I was welcome to call back and ask. Being on site with him for the inspection means that you get information that would not necessarily show up in a written report, and much more understandable, as you can ask questions and get very understandable answers. The information of what I can fix myself, or understand what others might charge for work, saves me time, money, and hassle, and is like getting a discount coupon worth the cost of the inspection.
