Jeremy saved me hundreds of dollars on a repair by honestly telling me it was something I could…read morehandle myself. Another local plumber had quoted me a much higher price, but Jeremy took the time to answer my call and even reviewed a video another plumber had sent me. Within minutes, he explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare these days. When Jeremy provides a service, you're paying for a true expert in his trade--but he's not the type to dig into your pockets unnecessarily. Trust me when I say he's one of the good ones.

I called these guys out for an estimate a few weeks ago for what what I considered 'minor' repairs…read moreat my house also considering I had all the parts needed. The estimate was ridiculously high, which was dissapointing because I used to use their services previously in the past. Plumbers like barbers nowadays are pricing themselves out of jobs. I called another company and got the work completed for a fraction of the cost and I spent more time talking with the plumber after the work was completed than the time it took for my repairs to be completed. From this experience alone I will not use The Plumbers services again and my refrigerator magnet with their contact info is going in the trash!

Julio was amazing, not just prompt to take care of an emergency but very professional as well…read more I drove from LA to my rental property in Lancaster with limited time and an emergency. Julio, was able to swing by within the hour to take a look at my clean out that was overflowing. I hired Econo West to replace some parts in my heating unit while we were in the middle of a…read morekitchen renovation. Unfortunately, after the repair, one of the parts they worked on caused a significant water leak that resulted in substantial water damage to my home. To their credit, Econo West came back out and corrected the issue with the heater. The bigger problem came a few weeks later when mold began appearing in the walls affected by the water damage. I spoke directly with the owner and went back and forth with him about the situation. Rather than taking responsibility for the mold damage, I was told that I couldn't prove their leak caused it and that the mold could have already been there before the water damage occurred. The owner also wanted to speak with my contractor because he was concerned that we were trying to get an excessive amount of money out of the situation. Ultimately, I had the damaged areas repaired as part of my renovation and decided not to pursue the matter any further. Had I not been doing renovations, I might have pursued it more, but at that point, the time and stress involved simply weren't worth it to me. I'm leaving this review because I think potential customers should know about my experience. Mistakes happen, and I appreciated that Econo West returned to fix the heater issue. What disappointed me was how the resulting damage was handled afterward. When a repair causes a major water leak, I believe a company should stand behind not only the repair itself, but also reasonably address the damage that resulted from it, especially when it has the potential to cause damage to someone's health. Unfortunately, based on how my situation was handled, I would not use Econo West again. Edit: In response to the comment below, the drywall was not replaced behind the cabinets like you said. In fact, it was my contractor that completed that job. The fix you guys made stopped above the cabinet and the mold was found behind the cabinet, directly below the work completed by your team. I have pictures if you would like to see for yourself. This was all discussed previously with the owner. If what you said in your reply is in the notes, then they are falsified.
