First mistake I made, was not calling ECONO WEST first. The company I called kept beating around…read morethe my 78 year old mother was at home alone with no AC. The temps were 105+ degrees this week and the company couldn't get the job done. They literally told me to call another company so I called ECONO WEST. Dan came and immediately grabbed the necessary parts to be fixed and took them back to the shop right away but He was having trouble removing the fan at the shop, due to it being a 36year old part. That didn't , he took matters into his own hands and was trying to work on this part with his own equipment in his garage at his home. Dan was able to get a fan onto the new motor and installed it in a very timely manner to get the AC back up and running.
