Mike is personable, competent, tidy, and reasonably priced. Our primary concern were scratching noises in the attic. He was honest to say if we didn't seal off the roof openings, his services would be futile. So we hired his recommended roof guy, but for the job done, we felt he was not reasonably priced. But this is about Mike and Kil-a-Pest. The very first week, Mike trapped and removed the pests whenever we'd call him and continued to check traps on subsequent visits. We hadn't had an exterminator in years, so we were not surprised when some ants found their way into the kitchen after Mike sprayed for the first time. But we haven't seen any since the second spray. Plus, Mike said if we removed all items from kitchen cupboards, he could do a more thorough job - but we didn't have time to do that. Mike responded very quickly to my initial phone call and was able to work me into his schedule seamlessly. He showed up when he said he would and provided incredible quality and professional services. Additionally, he recommended another contractor for some much needed roof repairs which was greatly appreciated. Lastly, Mike identified an issue with a previous unnoticed bee hive in an area of my roof I hadn't paid much attention to and eradicated the problem. I want others to know what a great person you are Mike. It started about six months ago when you came to our home to destroy some critters on our property. Job well done. Well this week we saw we had a hole in the AC line and you had added some putty near the line to block critters entrance. I ask you to come and check it since we could not get the ac to cool the house. You checked and there was a hole and the Freon had leaked out and no cool air. Came out on a Sunday gave an over view of what chemicals/sprays he was going to use and since I'm pregnant, have a toddler and my husband has asthma he was very clear that we stay out of the house for 5 hours.
