Because there's a note on my door to ring my doorbell so I wouldn't miss them. I looked outside at 1:30 and saw the truck parked in front of the office which makes me think they actually went into the office to let them know they were done I would imagine they wouldn't just up and leave without contacting someone or getting a signature but regardless that's a different issue... Now I have to do the whole thing over again in a month and I have to wait an additional month to get this crap handle because of the failure of both my apartment complex and this company and getting this treatment done. I want to make sure they don't get paid for doing the job they didn't do because my manager is about to drop off chemicals for me to do it myself and then I got to wait until the next month for them to do it all over again but this time I'm not going to go to the time and expense of clearing everything out they can basically baseboards in and outside... TBH, I could probably do a better job anyway! So if you're looking for a company that is reliable, this isn't it. If you're looking for a company to do a good job, since they failed to show up they didn't do a good job either.
