We texted Gus late yesterday afternoon and he scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He showed up on time and took a look at our problem and said we didn't have termites. It's nice to run into an honest person who didn't try to make money off us saying we had termites when we didn't. read more

We initially started working with 24 hour termite to get a home inspection in 2019, and then again reached out this year. Both times they were incredibly responsive and professional. They were able to accommodate short timelines And provided expert recommendations. When they came to do the service, were prompt and completed the work quickly. Would definitely recommend! read more

Gus was very responsive via text and very helpful! Quick, efficient, & professional. Would recommend to anyone who needs their services!

July 6th, 2019 I was panicked and needed a professional termite exterminator. Through yelp I sent out messages to three companies. 24 hr. Termite and Pest responded in 25 minutes and gave me a 2 hour window on July 8th. I stressed that I need a company that did what they said. The reply was, I came to the right place. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up on time and gave me two choices. I made my decision and the treatment will be carried out the next day. I did not need to write this review, but when the owner of the company was quick to respond and kept his promise of being on time. I know they care about their customers and their reputation BTW, my house is a yacht. read more

24 Hour Termite is as good as it gets in this business - As a landlord I am always having random issues with pests and especially termites being near the coast in LA. These guys get the job done right and WAY more importantly they stand by their work and come back to fix anything as needed, even later down the road. It's great knowing I have Gus & Alex in my contacts and they definitely have my back when I need them. Thanks guys! read more

Thank you for treating the termite at our newly purchased house. Jonathan inspected the house and was very knowledgeable and explaining to us. We called them to treat the termite found at the fence. Gave us a warranty on the treatment and a free pest spray around the house. Highly recommended. read more

We contacted 24-hour termite to service our newly purchased home and the technician was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. My wife and I are so glad to have 24-hour termite service in our home and we appreciate the heads up before arrival and after service update from the technician. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who is looking for such service in the Lancaster area. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Chris with my property. The inspection was complimentary and was completed in a swift manner. I was able to see an outline of my house as well as any evidence of pest or termite damage around my property. Chris also explained with ease the types of services 24 Hour Termite & Pest offers (traditional fumigation, Bora Care, and subterranean soil treatments) as well as the pros and cons to each of the treatments. I was impressed with the professionalism so much that I decided not to shop around with other companies that offer similar services. I decided to go with some preventative treatments (subterranean treatment under my foundation crawl space). I was able to secure a time slot that fit both of our schedules. When the treatment was applied, it was completed within an hour. I received a digital copy of a full summary of services completed. I will be using the company for any future needs and highly recommend as well as commend Chris and the team. Greatly appreciate the speedy service and look forward to working with you all again. read more

Gus has taken care of me like family! Great service, communication and follow-up treatments. Horrible costumer service and they do not stick to their word if I could rate negative stars I would!!!! Yes it was booked with you guys but thank goodness there are honest companies out there willing to stick to their word. read more

I contacted 24 Hour Termite to have a termite inspection done on my house in order to complete my refinance. True to their name, they had an appointment available within 24 hours. Their communication was great and prompt, price was excellent & I got a written report to hand over to my mortgage company. I am a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide. read more

I would give this company 10 stars if i could. I am a local realtor and can honestly say this is by far the best termite company I have ever dealt with. From the moment Gus answered the phone I knew I had found my new termite company. I called late in the day and was able to have an inspection the next morning by 9am. The inspector Chris was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable! I scheduled the work and had my termite clearance the same evening. The price was beyond reasonable! Thank you 24 hour termite... read more

These people came out to give me a termite inspection yesterday, they're pretty cocky and arrogant. This guy is trying to sell me on drilling holes all through my concrete to treat termites, it's only required in certain locations not throughout the entire property. Also, this guy didn't even get the job yet and was putting STICKERS on my property without permission! Never put any type of advertising on anyone's property without permission! read more

Thank you so much to you guys! You've done an incredible work at our place. Chris, you got a talent man! You're not just a professional at what you doing but a great human being! Love your business and looking forward to keep working with you guys Best of luck! read more

Gave me a two-hour window in which they would come to the property. They didn't turn up and didn't return my call. Update - they say they didn't make an appointment with them but I specifically spoke to them, have them my details and wrote down their contacts. Plus I called them and left this company a v-mail on the day and didn't get a call back. read more

My fiancé and I needed someone to come out for a squirrel in our attic and had called all the big name companies. No one could come out for a few days but Gus was able to fit us into the schedule the very next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and very friendly! He worked very quickly and we will definitely be calling them again if we have any problems in the future! God bless. read more

Gus came and inspected the property as agreed, we received the report the same day , he arrived on time as promised . I would recommend him and will keep his number for all termite inspections I have in the near future. read more

Gus contacted me quickly, and we scheduled an appointment. He never asked my address, which I should have noticed, my fault. When he didn't show up, I was annoyed that my morning was lost, but when I researched the history I realized he never confirmed. My fault. So I asked that we reschedule and that we text. Texting was great! Except that he never showed up to the actual appointment. I lost a second morning waiting; he was supposed to be here between 9-11 am. I texted at 9 to check in, but got no response until 11:30 apologizing and telling me they tried calling to confirm the day before. While I did get a call from his number, it was an unrecognized call with no voicemail or text. We were texting, so it seems simple that I'd hear from him that way. So two no-shows, communication is the problem. I have no idea what the actual service is like. I hope others get better...? -- Gosh what a jerk. Normally I don't judge a company based on the worst reviews but arrogant and cocky certainly rings true here. I have more important things to do than argue with crappy companies on yelp, but this guy is simply lying. He failed to show up twice with poor/no communication. To say he missed out on other appointments because of him not showing up is a simple childish lie. read more

Gus and his crew are very good. His communication and timeliness are very sharp and professional, definitely well above what I believe is common nowadays. (With them I've experienced a low flake factor, clear communication, and good work). I still don't understand why spot treating an area is a lot of money compared to tenting an entire house (square foot by square foot tenting appears to be so much cheaper), but that seems to be industry-wide. I'd suggest getting multiple bids on anything that you think is costly enough to merit it. 24 hour has helped me out on a couple properties with pest problems, and they are my first call now currently, for what it's worth. read more

Chris was awesome! My fiance and I had a hundred baby spiders in our condo and Chris was super professional, friendly, and got the job done! He even gave us his personal number afterward incase we had follow up questions, and to make sure that the problem was gone the next day. I would definitely recommend 24 Hour Termite, and I will for sure use them again if needed! read more

Gustavo is the best! Incredibly thorough (without taking too long), prompt, professional. Communication was excellent and he was a pleasure to deal with (especially considering this particularly fun issue of termites). Get Gus to be your guy! Thanks!! read more

Jonathan showed up right on time. He was retreating a special area for termites. My first termite treatment was in July, but I noticed some more activity. The company stands by their word; they are retreating the area for free. Jonathan also promised to throw in an ant treatment. He is knowledgeable, kind and generous. Chris is amazing. He has helped me deal with my ant problem as well as my termites. He is smart, reliable, gracious and caring. He explains the situation clearly and he presents all options. I feel better knowing that I can contact him when the critters emerge. I hope the boss gives him a big raise as he certainly gives the company a fabulous reputation. I have recommended Chris and his company to my neighbors who are struggling with ants. read more

Made an appointment a week in advance to have an inspection done and hoping they'll do the job the same day. Appointment was set for 2-5PM Thursday and the guy even sent me a text wanting confirmation the day of our appointment. I replied back to confirm our appointment but the guy never showed up or call, instead I got another text at 4PM saying they inspected my property last year and will send me the quote they gave me. First of all you could have check that you been here before when I made the appointment with you a week in advance. Second maybe something new has developed since the last time you were here for the inspection a year ago. I took off work early so I can be home for them to show up but all I got was 2 text and a no show. Thanks a lot for wasting my time. read more

These guys came out right away. Gave a fair price and fixed the problem. Super easy and explained everything and communication was solid all the way. Hopefully don't need to call them again but i will if need be! read more

I had initial wrote a review and I was really happy with the service that was provided. Once they did the initial spray and returned after a month to respray things went south for me. I was extremely happy with the service and had been told there was a quarterly spray so I wanted to take Chris up on that offer I reached out and was even given a date and it did not work for me so I reached out later and never got a response back. I called the main number and was told they only do quarterly spray for commercial not residences. Disappointed they went back and forth on what they offer so now i have to find a new company to do business with. Not cool. FYI If it was not effective to do quarterly spray, large professional companies nationwide would not offer it. And side note, I was not offered that explanation over the phone (of it not being effective) Thanks anyways for your response. read more

Gus is a really nice guy, very professional and honest, someone you feel you can trust. He did the tenting for my house and give me two-year warranty. The price is pretty reasonable. I would recommend 24 hour termite to anyone who needs the service in the neighborhood. read more

Excellent service - Gus really helped me out last minute when I was moving into an older building and wanted extra protection. Super quick, super efficient, and good value. The guys showed up on time and gave a clear description of what the service would entail

Chris P. is fantastic. He made the entire inspection, tenting, and then transfer of warranty of the work to the new owner (we sold the house) simple and easy. He also took the time to educate us on the termite process. He was easily reachable by phone and always returned messages, showed-up on time, and extremely professional. The work of the tenting team was excellent. Overall highly recommend company and especially Chris - ASK FOR HIM. read more

I called a few companies for quotes and inspections and ultimately decided to go with 24 Hour Termite and I'm so happy I did! They ALWAYS answered the phone promptly and were able to schedule an appointment for inspection immediately. The guys were very thorough and detailed with the inspection and clearly knew what they were doing. They gave me some options, telling me the pros/cons of each, and I never felt like I was being pushed/upsold. I ultimately went with their orange oil treatment, which is made with a mineral salt instead of chemical so it's not toxic.I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future! read more

Gus and his crew did a great job respecting my property with the tenting and fumigation. Gus is punctual and takes time to inspect, to give an honest assessment of the infestation and to present the options for treatment. I never felt pressured or forced into any purchase of service. I also appreciate getting a full explanation of the preparations for the tenting. And this treatment comes with 3 yr. maintenance agreement - pretty good for $1550.(one story 1,000 sq. ft. bungalow) read more

I just got termite treatment from these guys and they were great! I got estimates from multiple companies and basically got scare tactics and hard sells from all of them, except 24 Hour Termite. They came to my home, checked out it, and gave me an honest assessment and a fair price. They didn't try to oversell me on service or products I didn't need -- just fixed the problem that I had and gave me piece of mind with a 2-year warranty. They also came out and did the service almost immediately. It only took about an hour and was pretty non-intrusive. After dealing with a lot of unscrupulous companies for home repair, maintenance, and pest control work, I'm just thrilled to have found someone I can trust. read more

After looking at reviews for termite inspection for our attic, we decided upon calling 24 Hour Termite and Pest, we were not disappointed. Brandon came out to our home to give us an inspection and was very nice and informative about what was involved. Within the next few days Brandon came back with his assistant Eddie to perform the work and they were both very thorough with the work and were able to show us actually how bad our termite problem was. They gave us a warranty on the work performed and reminded us to make sure set up our follow up inspection at a later date to ensure the our termite problem has been fixed. Will use them again in the future if we have any additional pest problems. read more
