I had the pleasure of working with Chris with my property. The inspection was complimentary and was completed in a swift manner. I was able to see an outline of my house as well as any evidence of pest or termite damage around my property. These people came out to give me a termite inspection yesterday, they're pretty cocky and arrogant. This guy is trying to sell me on drilling holes all through my concrete to treat termites, it's only required in certain locations not throughout the entire property. Gus contacted me quickly, and we scheduled an appointment. He never asked my address, which I should have noticed, my fault. When he didn't show up, I was annoyed that my morning was lost, but when I researched the history I realized he never confirmed. My fault. So I asked that we reschedule and that we text. Texting was great! Except that he never showed up to the actual appointment. I lost a second morning waiting; he was supposed to be here between 9-11 am. I texted at 9 to check in, but got no response until 11:30 apologizing and telling me they tried calling to confirm the day before. While I did get a call from his number, it was an unrecognized call with no voicemail or text. We were texting, so it seems simple that I'd hear from him that way. So two no-shows, communication is the problem. I have no idea what the actual service is like. I hope others get better...? -- Gosh what a jerk. Normally I don't judge a company based on the worst reviews but arrogant and cocky certainly rings true here. I have more important things to do than argue with crappy companies on yelp, but this guy is simply lying. He failed to show up twice with poor/no communication. To say he missed out on other appointments because of him not showing up is a simple childish lie. read more

Gus and his crew are very good. His communication and timeliness are very sharp and professional, definitely well above what I believe is common nowadays. (With them I've experienced a low flake factor, clear communication, and good work). I still don't understand why spot treating an area is a lot of money compared to tenting an entire house (square foot by square foot tenting appears to be so much cheaper), but that seems to be industry-wide. I'd suggest getting multiple bids on anything that you think is costly enough to merit it. 24 hour has helped me out on a couple properties with pest problems, and they are my first call now currently, for what it's worth. read more

Jonathan showed up right on time. He was retreating a special area for termites. My first termite treatment was in July, but I noticed some more activity. The company stands by their word; they are retreating the area for free. Jonathan also promised to throw in an ant treatment. He is knowledgeable, kind and generous. Chris is amazing. He has helped me deal with my ant problem as well as my termites. He is smart, reliable, gracious and caring. He explains the situation clearly and he presents all options. Made an appointment a week in advance to have an inspection done and hoping they'll do the job the same day. Appointment was set for 2-5PM Thursday and the guy even sent me a text wanting confirmation the day of our appointment. I replied back to confirm our appointment but the guy never showed up or call, instead I got another text at 4PM saying they inspected my property last year and will send me the quote they gave me. First of all you could have check that you been here before when I made the appointment with you a week in advance. Second maybe something new has developed since the last time you were here for the inspection a year ago. I took off work early so I can be home for them to show up but all I got was 2 text and a no show. Thanks a lot for wasting my time. read more

I had initial wrote a review and I was really happy with the service that was provided. Once they did the initial spray and returned after a month to respray things went south for me. I was extremely happy with the service and had been told there was a quarterly spray so I wanted to take Chris up on that offer I reached out and was even given a date and it did not work for me so I reached out later and never got a response back. I called the main number and was told they only do quarterly spray for commercial not residences. Disappointed they went back and forth on what they offer so now i have to find a new company to do business with. Not cool. FYI If it was not effective to do quarterly spray, large professional companies nationwide would not offer it. And side note, I was not offered that explanation over the phone (of it not being effective) Thanks anyways for your response. read more

I called a few companies for quotes and inspections and ultimately decided to go with 24 Hour Termite and I'm so happy I did! They ALWAYS answered the phone promptly and were able to schedule an appointment for inspection immediately. The guys were very thorough and detailed with the inspection and clearly knew what they were doing. They gave me some options, telling me the pros/cons of each, and I never felt like I was being pushed/upsold. I ultimately went with their orange oil treatment, which is made with a mineral salt instead of chemical so it's not toxic.I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future! read more

After looking at reviews for termite inspection for our attic, we decided upon calling 24 Hour Termite and Pest, we were not disappointed. Brandon came out to our home to give us an inspection and was very nice and informative about what was involved. Within the next few days Brandon came back with his assistant Eddie to perform the work and they were both very thorough with the work and were able to show us actually how bad our termite problem was. They gave us a warranty on the work performed and reminded us to make sure set up our follow up inspection at a later date to ensure the our termite problem has been fixed.
