I have used Morrison Hone Inspection multiple times for my home inspections. My clients have always appreciated my referral for several reasons 1. From the start - Jasmine in the office does a great job with making my clients comfortable and heard. She schedules their inspections at very convenient and needed times. First impressions are everything and they really do a great job with handling clients with care 2. Work performance- Ali and David are very thorough and they do take their time. No rushing. They cover and inspect every detail of the home. They will then answer all questions the client may have during their detailed summary period (at the end of the inspection, when all findings are found) 3. Value - I have noticed that they offer a great service at a good price and offer add ons if needed, for a tiny more. What I love about Morrison is that they do offer termite inspections while they're performing the home inspection Overall- 10/10. They listen to the clients and don't fluff their work. I have worked with a few providers that pat themselves on the back too much and fluff their own..Morrison keeps it real and to the point. And their reports are very easy to understand and reference. read more

David has done two hole inspections for me and he and his team are solid. Our realtor was impressed about the amount of time that he spent on our inspections. From the roof to the crawl space, they are able to pint out any faults or concerns with photos. Amazing attention to any condition issues and the communication in front of sellers with advice, I approve of his work. Don't buy a home without him to look at it; it'll save you! read more

Customer Service 5 stars Professional 5 stars Responsiveness 5 stars Have used Morrison Home Inspection service many times and the inspection we went through today was excellent, so decided to give them a 5-stars review they deserved. Customer service & responsiveness- 5 stars Someone always pick up when you call. Even if they missed a call, they will get back to you right away. This time Alex was the person who assist us in scheduling. She was very nice/efficient/super patience even when we had to call back and forth to confirm the time of the appointment. She also reminded us that utility, gas, water have to be on for the inspection to avoid possible delay to the inspection. Couldn't find a thing complaint about her. Professionalism - 5 stars Justice was the inspector for us. He was very thorough and patient. He paid attention to all details and answered all the questions we have. Justice also provided detailed inspection report noting all the potential problems and had pictures in the report for illustration. He was very effective as well, he provided us with a report within 24 hours after the inspection. With today's hot market, having to receive the inspection report is crucial as buyers are not having too many days on investigation contingency. My overall experience with Morrison Inspection is excellent. Thanks to its dedicated employees!! read more

David and his team at Morrision Plus Property Inspections are my go-to inspectors. I've been practicing real estate in the San Gabriel Valley for the past decade and I have nothing but positive things to say about his team. David and Ali have performed several home inspections for my clients and I have been impressed every time with their thoroughness and ability to communicate effectively about what is going well / not so well with the home they are inspecting. Their service is great in that they offer a sewer scope and even schedule a trusted termite company to meet them during the inspection, which makes my job much easier during time sensitive inspection contingencies! Their pricing is also great which is another reason why I will continue to recommend them. read more

I meet David a few years ago when he did a home inspection for one of my clients. I was immediately impressed. David and his team are by far the best home inspectors I have ever used. As a realtor I rely on a good inspector to protect my clients as well as educate them about the home they are buying. David always takes his time and goes over everything with the future home owners to ensure they know exactly the condition of the home they are buying. After going through numerous home inspection companies I can tell you David and his team are unmatched. read more

I just had an inspection done by David. This is my 2nd home and never had an inspection to compare to until now. My 1st home inspector was great but David went above and beyond my expectations! Not only was he thorough, he provided a lot of information and estimates of how much things would cost to repair. This helped me out as a potential buyer so I didn't have to call around. He's almost like a one stop shop! Highly recommend! read more

Nothing short of amazing. I have dealt with many home inspections/companies for my clients (and myself) over the last 12 years but never has there been one as great as Morrison inspections. Dave and Jasmine are fantastic. They responded to every call and text immediately. But that was only the beginning. 1. I had an incredibly detailed inspection report emailed to me 18 hours after the inspection! Past inspectors turnaround time was a minimum of 4 days. 18 hours was astounding. My client was astounded. 2. Without a doubt the most comprehensive and detailed inspection report ever. Past reports averaged anywhere from 13 to 25 pages in length maximum. Morrison's report was 90 pages and very detailed! My client again was amazed. 3. Almost all inspections do not go on the roof or crawlspace. Morrison inspectors did both. If it is accessible and safe to do, they do it! 4. Finally, the cost. They charge the same or less than other companies who do much less. In fact, I noted that I paid the same amount back in 2010 for an inspection of my 900 square foot condo as Morrison charged my client for an inspection of a 3500 square foot property (with 2 dwellings.) My condo inspector would not inspect the roof and his report was 10 pages long. I cannot recommend Morrison Inspections enough. They will be the ONLY company I use from now on. I forgot to mention that included is a free termite inspection and that company also provided a detailed report...all included in the quoted price. I dont know how you do it...but please keep doing it. read more
