I would like to give a big shoutout to Mr. Jordan. I am going through refinancing and not only did he come out once, he came out twice for a re-inspection. He was very attentive and understood what I was going through. He was able to accommodate me on such short notice both times and I had my reports completed very quickly. I will definitely be using him again for any future home inspections. read more

I do not review much as I do believe in just going with the flow. Jordan was so helpful I was compelled enough to write this. Let me explain my situation. I wanted to place an offer on a property I knew would have competition. I called Jordan to ask if he had time for an inspection of the property and asked if he could perform one next day. He accepted and was there right on time. To add more to this, he showed up without me being there. This is a REALLY hard thing to do when working with someone the first time. He worked diligently until I arrived and was quick to introduce me the areas he thought were to note. He estimates that normal inspection times are typically 3 hours. He showed up at 3pm and did not leave until nearly 6:45. I appreciate the extra time (45min) he took to explain to me the highlights of the property. Would I recommend , YES. Very professional, and very nice. read more

Jordan is friendly, reliable, thorough and trustworthy. He was able to get to the property and inspect on short notice. His report is very informative and made it easy for me to read with the legend provided for the services rendered. My biggest concern was the roof and Jordan was able to give a thorough inspection. I am happy with the work he did. Thanks Jordan! read more

Jordan is a pleasant inspector who takes his time to educate his clients about the prospective home. Unfortunately he did not perform an inspection of the shed roof because we found the following damage after moving in (see images) - and this was not discussed in the inspection report or during our walk through. Jordan reports that he performs roof inspections however his drone was not working on the day and yet he documented and charged for a full and thorough inspection. read more

Recently had a home inspected with Jordan. He was professional, on time, super knowledgeable and thorough. I'm really glad I found Pro Inspections! Jordan actually inspected 2 houses for us. The first one, he alerted us to a moisture problem in the wall that could not be easily fixed. Really glad he was there to find that issue for us. As someone who is highly allergic to mold, this was a deal breaker for me. Very glad I dodged that bullet. The second house was much sturdier but, like any house, it had its issues. I was not able to be present for the inspection, but I did have questions about the report. I called Jordan from work to list my concerns and he was very patient and thorough about explaining everything to me. Would recommend highly! read more

Jordan is very professional and responsible inspector that I met and dealt with. His inspection fee is very reasonable compared with other inspection companies. His service is super more efficient and faster, when we have any questions to ask him, he can respond us promptly and give us very good suggestions to fix the issues from home inspection. He is very good inspector, definitely we will keep to use his service for all our properties. read more

From the beginning, Jordan showed great service. He replied to my quote inquiry quickly and made it possible to be available on short notice. He was extremely thorough with the home inspection, which both my husband and I really appreciated. Purchasing a victorian era small home can make any one nervous. He took his time to explain everything, both the good and the bad with great detail. He took his time in making non biased opinions and considerations, always careful in not trying to impose himself in our decision making. And although it turned out to be 4hr inspection, we feel very at easy with his findings. 5 star review for sure. read more

Punctual and very thorough inspection. Plan on using for future inspections.

I am so grateful we found Pro Inspections! As first time homebuyers, we were nervous when choosing a company. The Yelp reviews led us to call and I can't express how happy we are! Jordan answered and scheduled an inspection for us within 2 days. Jordan was so friendly and extremely personable. The inspection took about 2 hours and he did an extremely thorough job. He explained very minor issues and even gave his advice on minor fixes. He did great at explaining things to us as he went, especially when we didn't know what something was. He got his report to us within 48 hours, as promised, and it was even more thorough than our conversation the day of the inspection! I'm a first-time home buyer, so I'm being a bit picky about who I work with throughout this process. After interviewing 8 home inspectors in my area I decided to go with Neil, because he seemed to care about earning my business more than the others. He patiently answered all of my questions, whereas some inspectors were trying to rush me through the call. He even gave me some insight as to what else I should be asking inspectors to ensure that I end up with a real professional. Finally he quoted me at a fair price, about the same as most other inspectors expected. On the day of the inspection, Neil arrived early and had already finished inspecting the exterior of the home by the time I got there. He didn't mind that my husband and I each brought our parents along to help us navigate through this process. He gladly answered questions from all 6 of us, and even walked me through things like how to adjust the water heater. Neil was very thorough with his inspection, taking pictures and notes in each room. When he was finished, he sat in a circle with all of us and explained everything in detail, which he absolutely did not have to do since his report is already extremely detailed. His typed report was available on his website that same evening. I'm extremely satisfied with Neil's work. I feel much more confident about starting the negotiation process with the sellers thanks to his detailed report with pictures and all. I highly recommend using Neil for your home inspection needs. read more

From the first encounter over the phone, Jordan showed exceptional customer service, making himself available for an inspection within two days. Jordan spent approximately 3 hours thoroughly inspecting and explaining every major and minor issue. He is very personable and generally knowledgeable in many areas from termite damage to seismic bolting. He completed and delivered a detailed report within 2 days of the inspection, which to our good fortune, allowed us to walk away from a lemon. I look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you Jordan! read more

Very satisfied with Jordan's work. He was able to come out fast and got me the report quickly. He stayed over 3 hours and looked the house over from head to toe. He gave us some good pointers on how to fix a few things. He's personable and very smart. He even offered us a discount on our next inspection of our new home. read more

He did a good job and even stayed much later than any of us had planned! The homeowner we were buying from alleged he damaged the pool, which he immediately had a pool guy come out and look at it on his dime. He told the sellers realtor he would obviously fix whatever was damaged, no worries at all. Great business man and stands behind his work! Sadly, some obvious, pretty easy, things were missed-including the fact a couple outlets do not work, the lights on the exterior of the house do not shut off, an interior ceiling fan doesn't work, to name a few. Not deal breakers, but it's definitely leading to several hundred out of our pocket to repair things that were not located. Again, not a deal breaker-by a tad frustrating. read more

Jordan was outstanding from the start. I was able to revive a quote for a house inspection within a few minutes of reaching out to him. Scheduling the inspection was a breeze and he was courteous during the process. I was there during the entire inspection which allowed me to speak with Jordan and get his understanding on different areas and he was happy to amasser all of my questions. I believe I may have asked so many questions that it pushed the inspection a bit longer. In the end Jordan issued a very thorough report and several pictures that helped me understand the report. I would recommend Jordan as an inspector. read more

It is easy to make appointments for home inspections with Jordan. His rate is reasonable, and he came over on Sunday, when most of the companies only offer only weekday appointments. He tells you what he knows and make recommendations for areas need specialized reviews, such as decorative fireplace etc. I would highly recommend Jordan. read more

Found Neil on the last minute. The guy that I normally use couldn't make in on the weekend so I start searching around to see who is able to come on Saturday (and this was on Thursday). Property is located in Riverside. Very accommodating! He squeeze me in as his 'last client for the day' before heading for mini vacation. I was expecting his report to be done maybe Monday? Nope -- he got it done pretty quick. The appointment was at 1.30pm on Saturday -- by night time, he already done with the report (and I am not his only client for that day). Report is easy to read-- he separated the items into 3 different ways, low to moderate to high (major things that he concerns the most). I was able to get the request for repair form done by Saturday night! Awesome job, Mr Neil! We do not like waste time when it comes to closing transaction. Once you open escrow, it feels like there is no time to waste =). Have a great time in the river! See you on the next project!!! read more

Neil was great to work with. He responded to my quote request very quickly and was flexible to get us on his calendar very quickly. He was very thorough and took time to show and explain his findings to us in advance of his report. Our home being only 3 years old, there wasn't much to find. One item he flagged as a problem turned out not to be (safety glass window in the bathroom) but better safe than sorry. I am glad he raised what might have been a dangerous mistake by the homebuilder. read more
