Winning a bid on a home is exhausting and thinking about the home inspection is just as stressful. However, Jordan did a terrific job of showing and explaining various findings throughout the inspection. He also prioritize urgent repairs with those less urgent, which put me at ease. Jordan also had a very easy to read report, he included pictures of all his findings which was helpful to my agent when requesting repairs. In fact my agent commented on it. In my favor, my home was in pretty good shape, but it would be without Jordan's insight that would solidify my purchase. Thanks Jordan! read more

Neil was quick to respond to all communications and was available to inspect our potential home on a day which worked for us. I was able to be at the house during his inspection and Neil walked me through any questions I had of his findings. He provided his Home Inspection Report the same day as the home inspection too! The final price matched what I was quoted before hiring Neil. Highly recommend! read more

We had Neil come out an inspect a new home on 7/26. He was on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We needed some handholding and he was happy to oblige. He pointed out many things that we couldn't see (like the bathroom tile had been applied directly to the drywall in the bathroom) and advised of all the issues that come with water damage. He caught a plethora of items and listed 99% of them under the correct category of defective or safety. Neil did not "go easy" on the house and I feel like he had our best interest as new homeowners in mind. Because of him, we are withdrawing our offer on a house that would have cost us over $20k in repairs to get the siding, bathrooms, kitchen, property drainage, electrical outlets and supporting posts repaired or redone. read more

I found Neil through Yelp and after reading all the reviews and checking his credentials I recommended them to my clients who are purchasing a home in Riverside. Neil answered his phone right away and I was able to schedule the home inspection on the day and time I requested. On the day of the inspection he was on time and was extremely professional. He conducted the inspection and at the end gave my clients and I a thorough explanation of his findings. I will definitely use his services again and will recommend him to my clients, friends and family. Thanks Neil ! read more

Neil has now inspected two homes for us and leaves no stone unturned! As we are now selling our first home that Neil inspected, our buyer's inspector found nothing 6 years later! Neil found numerous issues that our seller resolved back when we bought house #1 in 2011. On house #2, Neil again found numerous safety issues that our seller will be taking care of for us. This man will keep you and your family safe and, in my opinion, at a price I would never flinch at. Very reasonably priced, super detailed report, brilliantly organized lists, and Neil is a natural teacher to his customers about any of a home's issues. read more

Neil was a perfectionist and extra detail-oriented. He will come five minutes early and complete the roof inspection and then make you laugh throughout the process. He will show you tricks on how to save money on simple things. The report he wrote for the home I may (or may not) purchase was very thorough with excellent pictures and written descriptions of defects. As a contractor's daughter, I know this report will save me thousands of dollars due to safety concerns, building code violations, and improper construction. Thanks, Neil! read more

Neil was awesome, he made the home inspection process easy. He was real nice from the moment I called him on the phone. We were in a rush to get someone to come out to do a home inspection before the weekend. I found Neil on Yelp, called him up, and luckly he was available the next day. He came on time with all his tech gears, professional, and thorough. He had many recommendations that need to be addressed and it was a so easy to get the report from his website that same night. You can truely see his passion for the work that he does, thanks Neil! read more

So this is my first home inspection ever so this probably isn't good for me because I highly doubt all home inspectors are like Neil. It was an excellent experience!! Neil was extremely thorough, professional and very knowledgeable of the codes for construction, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning. This was not Neil's first rodeo like it was mine and he made me feel comfortable from the start. I was 5 minutes early and he was already there and inspecting what he could from the outside. Neil genuinely cared about what he was doing and cared about me and my family's safety in this house. And for these reasons is why Neil is very highly recommended by me. All inspectors need to be made from his mold. Thank you Neil!! read more

Did two inspections with Jordan back to back. Appreciated the work and time he put in reviewing the first home which was mess. We were there for three hours since the house had many issues and he answered our questions along the way. Very knowledgeable and patient with clients. Second home took less time for him to review (had minor issues) and we got the report quicker, the next day. I highly recommend Jordan for his professionalism and his straightforwardness about the issues with both homes. read more

I would highly recommend Jordan. The property I am looking at buying has a 1950s home along with a studio apartment that was converted from another use. Both buildings are complicated and have not been well maintained. I was extremely impressed with Jordan. He provided and very thorough and very readable report on the buildings. He also spent time on site to verbally present his initial findings and concerns to me. After the report was delivered, he make himself available to answer follow up questions. I feel that I received outstanding overall value for the cost. read more

I highly recommend Neil, all these reviews have proven to be true. He's very thorough, professional and affordable. My husband was super impressed by the detail of his report. My brother is currently in escrow and I have already recommended Neil to him. read more

Being a first time home buyer i really don't know what to expect and am always fearful of the worst! Neil came out and inspected the property we are looking to purchase, he was friendly and easy going and explained all the issues with the home in a very understandable and 'less stressful' way. He was able to narrow in on what the major issues were and also filter out the little ones that were easy fixes so as not to overwhelm you with all the details, which can be really scary for someone who has never stepped into a home depot! read more

Jordan was able to set up an appointment for me within two days. The day of the inspection he was very thorough and continued to review his findings as he found anything that would require attention or anything that could potentially be an issue later on down the line. As a first time home buyer and not knowing what to expect with a home inspection he put out minds at ease. Would highly recommend him for any future home inspections read more

Neil is as good as it gets for escrow home inspection. Shows up early, very complete, checks out every detail including climbing on top of the roof and crawling the entire crawl space. Also very organized at talking with the seller's realtor to discuss some of his concerns with the house. Neil is also just a personable and awesome guy to talk with. Couldn't have asked for a better inspector. Plus his prices are super reasonable. read more
