Sugar Cone Chalet's new roof is done! I want to acknowledge Roberto at Arrowhead Roofing for…read moregetting us done a week ahead of schedule & for doing a phenomenal job! Unfortunately during inspection, we learned this roof was at the end of its 20 year life. Luckily we upgraded our general inspection to spend extra time on the roof & found a lot of issues before things could have gotten much worse. His wonderful crew cleaned the gutters, installed an ice & water shield membrane on the entire roof, a new 30lb underlayment, added cdx plywood to make the slope transition smooth, fixed a ton of random issues and used magnets on our entire property to make sure there werent any leftover nails or screws that would hurt our kids or dogs. I double checked and couldnt find any. This winter will be much cozier with the extra insulation we upgraded to with this new roof. Nothing like having a brand new roof over your head. As I say that, I cant help but feel sad for friends & people in FL as they start the slow process of rebuilding their homes and finding shelter. We have so much to be grateful for and dont take it for granted. Many ppl complain businesses but I wanted to recognize AR for job well done! I highly recommend Roberto and his crew. There are a lot of roofers out there but we wanted to support someone local in Twin Peaks, and we are so glad we did!

Overall it was a poor initial experience even before I could even be a customer but they do have a choice that I can't be.

His pricing ended up being lower than all the other numbers I got, but what really stood out was the speed. Two days later, his crew pulled into my driveway to fix the damaged area. They got straight to work and completed what we asked for, nothing more I can add other than they did the job the way we needed.

Copp Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof replacement! I had interviewed numerous companies and…read moreroofers over a few years but only Copp gave me the peace of mind (A+ BBB rating, insured, bonded, Contractor's License, photos of completed jobs) I was after. I regularly spoke with Connor about the job, who answered all my questions and concerns and sent over several proposals while I decided on the best option. My house had 3 layers of shingle going back to 1941 that needed to be demoed (meant adding the additional slats, plywood, moisture barrier, drip edge flashing, any vents, HVAC flashing sealant etc.) so it was a big re-roof. But they nailed it (no pun intended)! Connor always responds and always answers any questions right away. They even removed and re-attached my gutters and cleaned them! I decided on GAF Hickory and love the color! Super professional, beautiful results, highly recommended!

There's a reason this roofing company has 5 perfect stars on Yelp. Yelp rarely lets me down, and it…read morehas helped me yet again. Shout out to Lorenzo and his company. I had an appointment with him to see why my roof was leaking near my skylights -- right on top of my bed, mind you. :( Lorenzo was always prompt in calling me back and texting me. He was also on time for our appointment, which is rare these days. Very courteous and professional. You can tell this guy cares -- another rarity in today's world. Even my kitty cat liked him. My kitty usually hides when someone new is in the house, but she went right up to him and gave him hugs and kisses. And I KNOW she senses things we humans can't. Lorenzo went up on top of my roof and assessed the situation. Beware: there are plenty of businesses that give you quotes from photos only, then charge you way more when it's time to do the job. Lorenzo gave me a full written assessment and explanation of the situation and what exactly needs to be done, with parts, costs, and total time for completion. Forever grateful for people like Lorenzo and honest businesses like his.

Kurt came to inspect within days and gave us a fairly competitive price amongst other quotes up the mountain. The job was completed within 3 days and his team did a great job keeping the property clean and making the project easy for us since we can't always be at the property -- besides being onsite during a roofing project is stressful and loud. Process went from quoting, asking between which brand of composite (our choice of material) and color, scheduling project dates, and permit application. Went up on the roof after the project was done and everything looks great. He easily invoiced us and we received permit certificate from SB for our records.
