My roof started leaking Jan 29, 2026 (after several days of torrential rain). Called Chaparosa Roofing. They took my information right away, confirmed with a text message, and sent a site surveyor out that afternoon. A day later I received an estimate and was able to approve via email. The repair team showed up Friday morning. Roof fixed. I was then able to pay online by way of QuickBooks. I can only imagine how busy this company was with all that rain, but they resolved my issue very quickly. Thank you Rachel, Steven, Rita, Shane, and Chris. read more

Chaparosa did an excellent job on my reroof. The quality was exceptional and the price was very competitive.

Professional service! They came within a decent time frame and addressed the issues i needed them to.

I had a roof leak repaired by another company that was not around when the leak came back. I called Chaparosa Roofing. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem (poor original construction around my chimney and even worse fix by the previous roofer). Two days later they came out, completed the repair and provided a complete roof maintenance. Prompt, professional and clean. They showed me all the problems and what was done to complete the repair correctly. Great company and staff! Professional work at a fair price. Well done! read more

On 2/26/2025 I requested service to remove our roof top swamp cooler do to leakage around the vent inside the house from the rain. My husband is legally low vision blind with fluctuating brain injury and I didn't want him to try and climb the ladder anymore onto the roof, because he fell and fractured his back this past November. Chaparosa Roofing is very professional there sales person Mike Kane got back to me the same day and emailed me a contract to sign. The next day there office assistant called and we scheduled for March 4, 2025 conducive to our schedule. The workers were running behind, but the office called promptly to let us know and we rescheduled for the same day just at a later time. The job consisted of removing the swamp cooler, remove and dispose of shingles, underlayment in surrounding area to prepare for proper tie in, cap pluming and electrical lines to code, install plywood to fill hole, install synthetic underlayment above sheeting, install new shingles to over underlayment (best matching color) and clean up job site. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them as I am now in this review. For my peace of mind and my stubborn husband safety it was the best $1500 dollars we ever spent. read more

I just received UNSOLICITED correspondence from this "company" stating they were "in the neighborhood and noticed signs of wear on the roof that COULD lead to significant damage if left unchecked". Interesting as we REROOFED four years ago. HOW MANY ELDERLY FELL FOR THEIR SCARE TACTICS??? THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. BEST TO AVOID! read more

Went on line to request an appointment to have my "flat roof" above my garage fixed. They scheduled my appointment two weeks out and when they arrived, they said they don't repair decks and immediately left. Two months later I was called because they didn't have notes of the appointment. I told them what happened and she said "We do work on flat roofs". I responded by providing pictures of the roof to the number she gave me. I never received any response back or even a referral to a business that would work on my flat roof. Very unprofessional read more

Their communication was good, but their scope of work and materials missed the mark. We had to decide on elsewhere.

Chaparosa Roofing became our knight in shining armor. The pricing was more than fair for both the new roof and gutters. The customer service was unparalleled and even with a major hiccup the company was on top of making things right in so far as what they could control. I would highly recommend this company. read more

This is a perfect example of outstanding customer service and genuine care for the community. Mike from Chaparosa Roofing came by to inspect my roof, and after a thorough investigation, we discovered that the leak wasn't caused by the roof at all--it was actually due to my sprinkler system. I had previously called three other companies, all of whom were ready to work on my roof without identifying the real issue. I highly recommend Chaparosa Roofing, especially Mike, for their honesty and expertise! read more

Needed to get a small leak around a vent pipe for my water heater repaired. They showed up on time and the technician made the repair quickly and noticed another vent with some cracks in the sealant on another vent and repaired that as well. I wish it was less costly, but that's true with everything nowadays - the price was fair for the work done. Nothing bad to say about the company or their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Didn't use their service. But they were responsive, prompt, and honest. Contract them with confidence.

Very over priced X3 and they will not itemized estimate. Your just get a blotted price. Don't waste your time

I had a horrible prior experience with mold and moisture a couple of years ago that ended up costing me over $40,000 to fix so when I saw a few drops of water from my vent I freaked out. I was referred to Chaparosa Roofing by AC + my heating and air people. Sean came out the next morning and fixed the problem in minutes free of charge! Such a blessing. read more

I met the sales reps of Chaparosa roofing at the home and garden show a few months back. I got their information and gave them a call and within a day they had Jeremy come out to give me an estimate. Once I decided to hire them to do my roofing job, they set everything up and put me on the schedule and were out to do the repair within a month during the winter season. The crew was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond, making sure that they were respectful of my property, and cleaned it up before they left. The job was completed in day with just a few things to finish up the following morning. We needed to have our roof replaced after the wind had damaged the tiles on our old one. They were so awesome! I had already contacted 3 other roofers who were either unprofessional, unresponsive, or untrustworthy. One guy said he wanted me to handle the permits. Shawn came out promptly and did an inspection, answered all my questions, provided me with all my options, and followed up with a professional written estimate that itemized exactly what I would get and what I would pay. I was able to choose the shingles and color and it was included in the contract. I can't say enough about how great this company is to work with. Thank you Chaparosa Roofing. read more

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I would give them a galaxies worth. They showed up on time gave me a reasonable bid for a complete reroof. Their quote was easy to understand and well prepared. Once I signed the contract they immediately started the process of obtaining the permits. A few days after the county issued the permit Chaparosa called me to schedule the work. In 3 days they removed two layers of asphalt shingles, replaced some sheathing, applied hot asphalt over the patio, and completely reroofed my house. The workers were friendly, they never tried to upsell anything and cleaned up very well after each day. My roof looks great and after two very rainy days I have zero leaks. Chaparosa always answered their phones and email. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair. read more
