Chaparosa was great and gave me two competitive quotes in a timely manner and the customer service was great!

On 2/26/2025 I requested service to remove our roof top swamp cooler do to leakage around the vent inside the house from the rain. My husband is legally low vision blind with fluctuating brain injury and I didn't want him to try and climb the ladder anymore onto the roof, because he fell and fractured his back this past November. Chaparosa Roofing is very professional there sales person Mike Kane got back to me the same day and emailed me a contract to sign. The next day there office assistant called and we scheduled for March 4, 2025 conducive to our schedule. The workers were running behind, but the office called promptly to let us know and we rescheduled for the same day just at a later time. The job consisted of removing the swamp cooler, remove and dispose of shingles, underlayment in surrounding area to prepare for proper tie in, cap pluming and electrical lines to code, install plywood to fill hole, install synthetic underlayment above sheeting, install new shingles to over underlayment (best matching color) and clean up job site. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them as I am now in this review. For my peace of mind and my stubborn husband safety it was the best $1500 dollars we ever spent. read more

Chaparosa what an awesome company. My roof got damaged from the Hillary tropical storm that came into California but was a hurricane before it arrive. I called chaparosa they came out and gave me an estimate Jeremy was right on and I told him it was going to be an insurance claim told me no problem. Do all of this they were so patient with me because it took a while to get the check from my insurance company. They came the day to do a tear down of my roof 3 days later they were done complete with the New roof between that they did repairs to the damaged roof too. And yes even the owner of the company was on my roof helping out too. Once again thank you Chaparosa for a wonderful experience from your company and keep up the great work. Went on line to request an appointment to have my "flat roof" above my garage fixed. They scheduled my appointment two weeks out and when they arrived, they said they don't repair decks and immediately left. Two months later I was called because they didn't have notes of the appointment. I told them what happened and she said "We do work on flat roofs". Needed to get a small leak around a vent pipe for my water heater repaired. They showed up on time and the technician made the repair quickly and noticed another vent with some cracks in the sealant on another vent and repaired that as well. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I would give them a galaxies worth. They showed up on time gave me a reasonable bid for a complete reroof. Their quote was easy to understand and well prepared. Once I signed the contract they immediately started the process of obtaining the permits. A few days after the county issued the permit Chaparosa called me to schedule the work. In 3 days they removed two layers of asphalt shingles, replaced some sheathing, applied hot asphalt over the patio, and completely reroofed my house. The workers were friendly, they never tried to upsell anything and cleaned up very well after each day. My roof looks great and after two very rainy days I have zero leaks. We have been in need of a roof for sometime now and finally decided to pull the trigger. Our roof is very large and very steep and several other roofing companies turned the job down due to the size and steepness of the roof. Mark and Don and their team were great, it was a huge job and they completed it in the time promised. We were are super impressed with the finished product and the attention to detail. We we are also impressed with the cleaning up they did each day, we were very worried about damaging our landscaping but they took extra care to preserve and protect that. We knew our roof was old, but not until the last rain storm did we really understand how much it needed to be replaced. Ha isn't that how it always works. Anyway, Super fast to get back to us about coming and looking at the roof to see exactly what needed to be done and keeping us filled in with everything that needed to be done and timeframe. We had an issue with our solar company not being able to return our calls or emails about coming and taking off the solar for our roof to get done and they worked with us by keeping in contact to make sure they were able to get us in whenever we heard back from our Solar Company. We let them know right away when our solar was off and they came at their next opening and had our job done in three days from complete removal to complete new roofing. All of the guys on the job were always super kind super respectful and full of information if we had any questions. One of the guys even had treats for our dogs! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get roof repairs or a complete new roof like we did. read more
