Freddie and his team are the real deal! I had requested a quote to repair my Raingutters and sent Freddie pictures of my existing Raingutters. He explained to me how they are just too old and they really needed to be replaced. His price was so reasonable I could not pass it up. Freddie and his assistant Jeremy rolled in the next morning and replaced my gutters with the most efficiency I have ever seen. They did a beautiful job replacing my old gutters with 80 feet of new seamless gutters with leaf guards attached. I had told Freddie that my 90' downspout were OK but after testing the system, they leaked horribly. He gave me a very reasonable price again to replace those downspouts, returning the next day to do so. I can only suggest to anyone don't bother calling anyone else. Initial consultation was great, price was great, and communication was great. Gutters were installed. Gutters look good but a couple weeks later I noticed water was collecting at random places. I am guessing the gutters were not sloped (angled) properly so the water ran to the downspout or we needed more downspouts. We contacted the company and they came out to put another downspout in and charged us an additional fee. I noticed the water was still pooling so I asked him to come back again but let him know I didn't want to pay every time there was a small problem to fix because I feel it should have all been done right after the first install. He graciously said he would come back out to fix it free of charge when he is in the area. This was November 8, 2024. I followed up with him in December but he did not reply until a month later in January apologizing. I followed up in February and said he still had nothing out my way. That was the last I heard from him until I texted him this month (August) and he replied he would put me on his "schedule" and keep me updated. I asked for any type of ETA but stated he lives in Hesperia and a free downspout is not possible unless he comes out that way for another job. Disappointing but will wait to see if this ever gets fixed and I will update this post. read more

We had a 35' section of the roof in the back of the house that never had a rain gutter. With last winter's major storms we noticed this part of the house would flood after every big storm so we decided to install a rain gutter to move this rain water away from the house. Just yesterday, around 5pm on a Sunday, I decided I would start the usually very annoying process of sourcing quotes from multiple companies to get my gutters repaired. After the recent snowfall, my gutters buckled under the weight of the snow and got damaged to the point where I needed brand new gutters. Freddy from QBE gutter responded back in 5 minutes from my initial Yelp request and we discussed options and pricing over text and then via phone. And then he was literally on his way to my home in the mountains in less than 30 minutes. I was a little concerned because I didn't think that he could finish the job before it got dark in 2 to 3 hours. He gets here within the hour with his coworker. They showed me the different gutter colors that we discussed, I chose the color, and they got to work and finished everything within 2 hours, before it got dark, and that includes the extra stuff I asked them to do and cleanup. They even spray painted some spots that were near the gutter to match and tucked my visible internet cable under the new gutter. They cut up my old gutter and disposed of it in their work van as well. The price was excellent and they put up beautiful looking gutters with no hassle.
