Had my gutters installed about a year ago. Overall good work. Having an issue with one down spout and have been reaching out for assistance to resolve this it haven't had luck getting a call back. Edit: Freddy came out right away upon me posting this review. He explained the issues with Yelp communication, which I've run into working previously in a private business. He was quick to fix the problem and educated me on how to resolve it in the future should it come up again. Will continue to recommend! read more

Freddie and his team are the real deal! I had requested a quote to repair my Raingutters and sent Freddie pictures of my existing Raingutters. He explained to me how they are just too old and they really needed to be replaced. His price was so reasonable I could not pass it up. Freddie and his assistant Jeremy rolled in the next morning and replaced my gutters with the most efficiency I have ever seen. They did a beautiful job replacing my old gutters with 80 feet of new seamless gutters with leaf guards attached. I had told Freddie that my 90' downspout were OK but after testing the system, they leaked horribly. He gave me a very reasonable price again to replace those downspouts, returning the next day to do so. I can only suggest to anyone don't bother calling anyone else. The oththree that yelp had messaged to contact me never did. Thank you, QBE Gutters For a wonderful job. LET THE RAINS BEGIN in the winter of course. read more

Initial consultation was great, price was great, and communication was great. Gutters were installed. Gutters look good but a couple weeks later I noticed water was collecting at random places. I am guessing the gutters were not sloped (angled) properly so the water ran to the downspout or we needed more downspouts. We contacted the company and they came out to put another downspout in and charged us an additional fee. I noticed the water was still pooling so I asked him to come back again but let him know I didn't want to pay every time there was a small problem to fix because I feel it should have all been done right after the first install. He graciously said he would come back out to fix it free of charge when he is in the area. This was November 8, 2024. I followed up with him in December but he did not reply until a month later in January apologizing. I followed up in February and said he still had nothing out my way. That was the last I heard from him until I texted him this month (August) and he replied he would put me on his "schedule" and keep me updated. I asked for any type of ETA but stated he lives in Hesperia and a free downspout is not possible unless he comes out that way for another job. Disappointing but will wait to see if this ever gets fixed and I will update this post. read more

Freddie contacted us right away. Offered either virtual or in person estimate. Very communicate. Met with my husband within 12hrs of initial call. They agreed on a fair price. He and his partner, Adrian had all required materials in the work truck. Fabricated the gutters specifically for, and customized to our home. They were quick, expert and professional. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR WORK!! read more

Both Freddie and Adrian were amazing. I needed a gutter repaired on a second story. Every other company I contacted only worked on big expensive jobs. These guys were fast and reasonable. They took care of my gutter which not only was loose, but had a hole due to an old satellite dish. Before they left they removed it as well. Sometimes you have a big job and sometimes you don't. It's nice to have someone who can help with both. I'll definitely be calling them back for several other projects. read more

I totally recommend this company if you need gutters!! They're amazing. Quick response, don't have to wait weeks for the job to start or be finished. He sent me pictures of all his work and made sure I was happy with what he did. His prices were extremely fair! Don't even hesitate to hire this company.... Well, no... go ahead and get some other quotes. You'll see that I'm right. I got three quotes and he was the only one who could do the work right away. I thought to myself, "great, he's gonna do a crappy job" I was so wrong. He did a very professional job!! read more

Believe the positive reviews. Freddie came to my house, gave a quote, picked a color that matched perfectly, and finished the job, all in one day. The gutters look great and the price was reasonable. They even fixed a drainage problem on my roof. read more

Freddie did two of our neighbors' gutters (one a year ago, one a few days ago). When we called him for a quote he gave us one right away and performed exceptional work the very next day! The labor has a 5 year warranty and the material has a lifetime warranty. You can tell he takes pride in his craft. Happily recommending him to my mom and anyone else that needs gutters too... It's easy to ignore rain problems on a sunny day...but we all know that winter is coming ‍ read more

Fast and competitive pricing for new gutter installation -- best I'd found out of four quotes. Freddie first gave me a virtual quote based on a satellite image of my phone, and when he arrived, his realtime quote was accurate to that. He was prompt and responsive in our messages leading up to it, and the whole project was done in 2.5h on 1200 sq ft. 5y warranty on the work and lifetime warranty for the materials. Pretty great! As the work has just been done and the rains have just ended, I can't speak to the quality of it yet, but Freddie took many pictures to document the gutters and sent them to me so that I would be easily able to reference any problem areas in the future based on his photos when reaching back out to him. I feel pretty confident in the whole process. Thanks Freddie ! read more

We had a 35' section of the roof in the back of the house that never had a rain gutter. With last winter's major storms we noticed this part of the house would flood after every big storm so we decided to install a rain gutter to move this rain water away from the house. We also needed a downspout in the front of the house elongated because it was dumping water right next to the house. Freddie was quick to respond to my request for a quote. His quote was reasonable and he was very thorough when planning the job ahead of his arrival. Freddie and his helper arrived on time and finished in an hour. He was about to leave until I asked him to test the gutter and that's when we noticed a small leak. He quickly fixed it and was on his way. I will definitely use Freddie again when I need help with my rain gutters. read more

Freddie is great at communication and let me know he was on his way, and when he would arrive during every step of the process. During his initial quote he brought up some concerns that I hadn't considered and recommended that I get approval from my HOA before installing anything to avoid the risk of having to remove the gutters or make modifications after they are installed. Freddie also knew that I lived in a high wind area and installed additional fasteners to make sure my rain gutters would never move. After getting HOA approval, Freddie came to do the installation and finished the job in less time than he had quoted. I'm grateful for the communication and amazing customer service. I highly recommend you hire Freddie and QBE Gutters. read more

Did a great job! Worked on a holiday and was prompt and friendly and did a great job!

Freddie saw my yelp inquiry and sent me a message. He was very responsive, accommodating with his schedule, and actually ended up coming two days sooner than originally planned. Gave us an estimate that was very competitive and had the colors that matched our home on his truck. He told us if we wanted to go ahead with the work he could get the job done same day. We were not only happy to have them done so quickly but also so professionally. Highly recommend Freddie and QBE Gutters! read more

Freddy from QBE gutters is very professional and timely. Just yesterday, around 5pm on a Sunday, I decided I would start the usually very annoying process of sourcing quotes from multiple companies to get my gutters repaired. After the recent snowfall, my gutters buckled under the weight of the snow and got damaged to the point where I needed brand new gutters. Freddy from QBE gutter responded back in 5 minutes from my initial Yelp request and we discussed options and pricing over text and then via phone. And then he was literally on his way to my home in the mountains in less than 30 minutes. I was a little concerned because I didn't think that he could finish the job before it got dark in 2 to 3 hours. He gets here within the hour with his coworker. They showed me the different gutter colors that we discussed, I chose the color, and they got to work and finished everything within 2 hours, before it got dark, and that includes the extra stuff I asked them to do and cleanup. They even spray painted some spots that were near the gutter to match and tucked my visible internet cable under the new gutter. They cut up my old gutter and disposed of it in their work van as well. The price was excellent and they put up beautiful looking gutters with no hassle. I was shocked at how efficient and professional they were. Would recommend them to anyone. Give them a call! read more

Freddie is professional and responded to my request very promptly. I am happy with the quality and speed of the job done.

Awesome gutter installation !!! We had a couple days of strong rainfall and my backyard was a mess. I was doing research for gutter installation along with the average cost and the best material to go with. I asked 4 different companies and none of them were able to beat QBE GUTTERS, Freddy who is the business owner sent his coworker to come and do an estimate and gave me knowledgeable information and different options. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work that was done to my home. read more

I called Freddie to get a quote on 3 downspouts I needed installed at a home in Hancock Park. we discussed the job and he said he could come out the next day (a number of others I called said it would be at least a week to get an estimate that could be done through photos). Freddie arrived promptly the next day and completed the job quickly and professionally; he charged a fair price (a couple of the quotes I received were for 2.5x the amount he charged) and completed the work to our satisfaction. Very grateful to have found Freddie! Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

Freddie is very easy to get ahold of and talk to on the phone. The day after we talked he came to the house to see the job. He had some good recommendations that helped. Price quote was the best we had received. He came to install the next morning. His workmanship and material are excellent (aluminum, not vinyl). Plus a great warranty. Color matched the trim perfectly. Would absolutely use again. read more
