We opted for two layers of 40# underlayment and felt the price was reasonable for the work to be done. (Middle price of the multiple bids received) A large crew arrived and quickly stripped the tiles and installed the underlayment in advance of predicted rain fall. The workers were skilled and efficient and worked well as a team. The crew worked very hard and were respectful of the property. Communication with Danial and his foreman Marcos was good and I always had a quick response to any questions during the work. Marcos even found hard to find replacement tile that closely matched my existing tile color. (Something a previous contractor said he could not do) Superiors carpenters did an incredible job replacing several sections of the facia with splices that are invisible to the eye. He explained to me how they are just too old and they really needed to be replaced. His price was so reasonable I could not pass it up. Freddie and his assistant Jeremy rolled in the next morning and replaced my gutters with the most efficiency I have ever seen. They did a beautiful job replacing my old gutters with 80 feet of new seamless gutters with leaf guards attached. I had told Freddie that my 90' downspout were OK but after testing the system, they leaked horribly. He gave me a very reasonable price again to replace those downspouts, returning the next day to do so. I can only suggest to anyone don't bother calling anyone else.
