When the rain came back , we continued to have leaks in the areas they worked on - Went through HOOPS of calling every roofer they had sent out in desperation to get someone to come check the work , because we were still under our year of "warranty." Well, two guys came back and stayed they're not with the company anymore , but that they'd contact the owner . They did so , and they came and put black plastic over the problems areas & never returned to fix anything , claiming that its additional work - but it's the SAME area they worked on. We pretty much paid them for a quick fix & they haven't held up to their "warranty." During this entire process , ZERO returned calls from their office , and ZERO calls from their receptionist Jessica - The workers were the only ones who returned our calls & although they claimed they didn't work for the company anymore , they came and scoped things out. So grateful for THEM- but for the integrity of the company & them returning calls ? Hell no . I'm highly disappointed & shocked that they did a complete turn around on us , when they were so excellent in the beginning . Very disappointed .
