I initially called for a flooring quote. Greg was awesome on the phone. Great in person. Super nice guy. Didn't pressure us into signing anything or making a decision. Answered all our questions. Showed us endless samples. We ended up doing a complete kitchen remodel, removing popcorn ceilings, and replacing six doors in my home. Ariel, Jeff, and Fernando were the guys who came by and did everything the following weeks. All of them are awesome. Ariel is very communicative and answers all your questions. They respect your home while they're in it. At the end of the day it was quality work and Greg made sure we were happy with the product when it was done. Going the extra mile for us. Will be calling him when it's time to do our bathrooms. He also ended up remodeling my mother's house after this and that looks fantastic. read more

No comments..sounds so great as General contractor ..but he never did any estimates which he wrote THAT HE WAS A RESTAURATIONS COMPANY'S SPECIALIZED on insurance claims - FREE estimates AND IS NOT TRUE AFTER waisting 3 weeks of my time to ending up in changing all stories around TO FREE ESTIMATES FOR FLOORING and $72 x hour ?? So for me WAS not a good experience at all. read more

Greg and his crew redid the floors in about half my house. They took up the carpet, leveled the floors and installed some beautiful vinyl plank flooring. They were able to complete the job in only 2 days (Greg had estimated 3 days). His crew was polite and helpful moving some of my heavier furniture. I would recommend Quality Floors And More if you're ready to update the look of your home. read more

I believe that anyone choosing this team will not be disappointed. Plenty of other places will match the price but they will offer an inferior product. Plenty of places had salesmen who do the sales but have never touched a floor in their life. Plenty of people will sell for remodels because it's expensive (no way around that) but these guys are truly interested and passionate about floors and contacting. I know how that sounds, but you know how you talk to people and somehow whatever they are interested in wiggles into the conversation? That's how these guys are. They are expensive but is it worth it? I believe, based on the product and workmanship, yes. I had other bids on my remodel but they offered inferior product. My 'BS meter' or 'spider sense' wasn't tingling either. Did I mention they were courteous of my cats and worked in such a way not to let them out of my home? I recommend reading the other reviews and doing your homework. Chances are you'll come back to these guys when you're done and you'll be glad you did. read more

The review is in the name. Quality Floors for Less, is just that.........Quality Floors for Less. We have been in our home for a few years and decided it was time to upgrade the flooring. We started our search with companies that we were familiar with. We received quotes which seemed pretty steep and during estimate quote meetings we felt like we were just a number and not a valued customer in their eyes. Driving home from one of the meetings I recalled seeing a trailer near our house with "Quality Floors For Less" on it. A quick check on Yelp revealed they were a local company with plenty of 5 star reviews. We sent a request for a quote and they responded very quickly. Within days they were at our house at the agreed upon time. They showed us samples and explained pros and cons of the different flooring materials. The quote given was very reasonable and a lot less than what we were quoted from other companies. The quote they provided covered EVERYTHING!!! There were no hidden or surprise charges. They were able to start and finish the installation on schedule. The employees showed up promptly, cleaning up each evening when they left. We are very pleased with how our floors turned out. The customer service, pride and work ethic was apparent in each employee that came to our home. There is a benefit to staying local, Quality Floors For Less cares about their community and it's abundantly apparent. Eventually we will be upgrading the rest of our home, and there's only one option for us! Quality Floors For Less! read more

This company is very professional. Greg came to our home with samples and took measurements. He really knows his stuff, thank you and your team! We can't be more pleased with the outcome. They started off great but ended up being unresponsive and flakes. On February 23 they installed carpet in my back bedroom. Ruben did a great job installing the carpet. I wanted to install additional carpet, and Ariel took the measurements and said he would get back to me to see if the carpet was in stock. On March 26, I sent a text to Ariel about the additional carpet. On March 28, I received a text from him that he was in Helendale and if he could stop by the end of the week. I texted him back and said let me know when. This is July 3 and never received a text back. read more

This is an update on the floors that were installed over a year ago. They are still as beautiful as the day that they were installed. They have been tested, on multiple occasions :~( my my pups Yoshi and Sparky. The floors are amazing. A quick clean up and no evidence of their accidents remain. I didn't include in my original review that Ariel, Joaquin, and Elmer were able to move my one year old carpet in the living room and hallway to two of my bedrooms. It had to be pieced together to make it work but you would never know. It also looks as good today as the day it was installed! Many thanks to Ariel, Joaquin and Elmer for outstanding workmanship! read more

I had a flood in my laundry room and kitchen that even warped the floor. I called and requested a quote. They came out the next morning, did an inspection, measured the area, including the entire area, had lots of samples, including more at showroom. I found just what I wanted at an excellent price. They were able to start right when I needed and did the entire job, leveling floors, beautiful baseboards etc. Workers were prompt, courteous, clean, cleaned up every day before leaving, even put things so I could use them in the evening. The floors are absolutely beautiful and I had NO stress. I won't use anyone else from now on. This really was an awesome experience. read more

Mario was great. He was very nice and having a ton of years of experience, fixed our carpet in no time. Thank you!

I have been looking for someone to do my flooring for a very long time. I have talked to a lot of people. Some were "handyman" types, others said they "do flooring", others said they were licensed, but really weren't. I contacted Quality Floors For Less based on a lot of good reviews. I also found it comforting and assuring that when Greg came to my home, he produced a valid license and insurance. This is important! If you are a homeowner, do not trust your most valued asset to someone who isn't qualified and licensed to do the work! Thank goodness I decided to got with Quality Floors for Less. My floors that I have wanted done for years, are now BEAUTIFUL! I am so proud of my home now. Huge difference! Greg, Ariel, and their crew did a great job. Nightmare I would never ever expect :/ We were saving for our bathroom remodel for a year. Rented the hotel near by for a time of renovation and this is what we end up with... this pictures are worth 1000 words ... Our tiles and other material wasted, half a night and morning My husband and I, we were taking down all the tiles and saving what ever we could., Scraping the walls and back of each tile, finding Drywall screws so my husband could level the wall !!!! Not to mention installer blocked water outlet so we have to cut the floor tiles, ...list is very long but who has a time to read it... not to mention NO MASKS in COVID times :/ Now there is nobody taking our phone calls and help us to fix this mess. Also it states on the Yelp page "verified license" - when I asked installer to show me his license he says - they don't have one ! Stay away and save yourself painful mess and lost Thousands of dollars... Response to Greg : I did contact You next day on Sunday but you hung up on me. If comes to lower price - you give us a price $4000 without even coming to see the job. Small bathroom floor and shower Previous contractors estimates were 2,500 but all of this guys were booked until December. We agreed on 3,500 since my husband is a carpenter and did all demolition and framing part. We only had your Yelp number and that's the only one we contacted +1 (442) 284-1239 so there is no way we could go with different person as you are saying... also how we end up with one of your installer at first place ? You give us his info and as a recommendation but as Your guy ... I have text msgs between you and my husband as a prof but unfortunately Yelp is keeping removing them. You have sent us Unresponsible people and now your are doing everything to not taking any blame for. You didn't do anything to help us fix the problem, read more

Let me start by saying I am so happy I chose this company and can not recommend them enough. I hired Quality Floors for Less to replace all the floors in my 2000 sq ft home. I had a combination of several floors types with mostly tile that needed to be removed. We were still living in the home at this time as well. The team that did all this work was extremely respectful of our home, our schedules, and was very accommodating. They worked quickly and did excellent work. They did all of this for a very fair price as well. I would recommend this company to anyone and would definitely hire them again for any future projects. read more

Don't bother with this company! It's been 6 weeks and still no quote. They claim to know how to work with homeowner insurance but can't even provide a broken down quote. I was given a "price" and when I sent that to my homeowners insurance they told me the quote had to be itemized (demo, materials, labor). When I asked for more detail on my quote, I was told that I have to go "under contract" to get an itemized quote. What!? Waste of time and stranger in my home for NO reason, not cool. read more

Greg & his team should be voted Best in the Desert! When it was time to remodel our Master Bathroom, I asked him if he could do the tile for us & refer us to someone that does vanity, etc. To our surprise, Greg said he can do the entire Master Bathroom & at a fraction of the cost other contractors were quoting me. I was already familiar with his work ethic & communication since he had done flooring in our living room 3 months prior. I made no hesitation to get my master bath remodeled by Greg & his team. I showed Greg pintrest pictures of my ideal bathroom & he showed us samples that resemble the look I was looking for. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Greg not just for flooring, but home remodeling as well. read more

I cannot speak more highly of Quality Floors for Less! They were professional, on time, had great communication, and did such a great job on our new floors. We had some pretty bad water damage (as pictured) which was so bad the floors squished when you'd walk on them. Now, it seems like house is brand new. I am so so happy with our fresh new look and the Quality Floors team! I feel that their rates were reasonable and that they were honest, hard workers. This is a nightmare. I spoke to Ariel who gave me a price without even coming to see it. He finally sent his "installer" to see the job in person. Elmer was supposed to come on specific day between 8-9am. I finally got him on the phone around 10:30 just to hear that he's Not coming because he's working on another job. So they sent another "installer". I gave them 1500$ deposit. First day they showed up at 11:30. All day I've heard laughing and screaming. Both on the phone a whole day. Next day only 1 guy showed up because another job came up. The "installer" didn't use a level or shims. 9 pm when I saw this I stopped it and started to rip everything off while my wife was crying. Walls 2 INCHES OFF LEVEL. Destroyed 1300$ of my tile. I've seen bad jobs in my lifetime but this is beyond anything. I contacted Ariel and suddenly it turns out that he's installers are no longer his installers and he's not responsible for anything. Really???? You will be better off hiring a blind person for the job. This poor excuse for a company is a skid mark on the underpants of real contractors. Hire literally anybody off the street and I guarantee that they can do better than Ariel and his crew. 2800$ down the drain and demo of all tile that I have to do. Please remover yourself from tile installation section before somebody else gets ripped off like we did. NIGHTMARE! read more

We were in need of new flooring due to aging pet stained carpet. After looking around and ordering a plethora of samples, I decided to go with a local business instead of getting a subbed out job by a big box company. Quality showed us some laminates, but we were looking for an engineered hardwood. Greg was helpful and ordered samples that met our expectations. He was very patient with my difficulty deciding and gave me time and space without pressure to come to a decision. The installation was on time and there were no surprise fees or issues with the quality of the install. The installers were friendly and hardworking. The process was detail oriented, down to the molding and trim. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to family getting flooring done. read more

We are extremely satisfied with the work Ariel and his team completed with the flooring of our living room and hallway. Fairly large project was completed in one day. Overall great work and we would highly recommend them anyone looking for quality and timely workmanship. read more

They installed new carpeting throughout my house accommodating my timetable which was quite screwy as I awaited the contractor to finish my kitchen prior to putting in the carpet. They were so professional updating me as things went along and made this a process a breeze. I struggled with the kitchen remodel waiting 5 months for it to be completed after 2 months of mold remediation. Working with Greg and George was a real treat after that. I felt totally taken care of and did not have to worry about anything. I gave them the name and numbers of the carpet I chose and they did the rest. They arrived in the early morning, helped us move the larger objects out of the house as we are older and finished the entire job by that evening. I am using them again as recently a pipe burst in my laundry room flooding the laundry room and damaging the flooring in the bathroom next to it. The first thing I thought of was, "call QF" to do the job. I knew it would be done professionally, they would help me choose the right type of flooring especially within a tight budget of insurance reimbursement with a $1000 deductible. I know the work will be done right and the cost will not be exorbitant. I highly recommend Quality Flooring and I found them because of all the other wonderful reviews here! read more
