Showed us endless samples. We ended up doing a complete kitchen remodel, removing popcorn ceilings, and replacing six doors in my home. I believe that anyone choosing this team will not be disappointed. Plenty of other places will match the price but they will offer an inferior product. Plenty of places had salesmen who do the sales but have never touched a floor in their life. Plenty of people will sell for remodels because it's expensive (no way around that) but these guys are truly interested and passionate about floors and contacting. The review is in the name. Quality Floors for Less, is just that.........Quality Floors for Less. We have been in our home for a few years and decided it was time to upgrade the flooring. We started our search with companies that we were familiar with. We received quotes which seemed pretty steep and during estimate quote meetings we felt like we were just a number and not a valued customer in their eyes. Driving home from one of the meetings I recalled seeing a trailer near our house with "Quality Floors For Less" on it. A quick check on Yelp revealed they were a local company with plenty of 5 star reviews. We sent a request for a quote and they responded very quickly. Within days they were at our house at the agreed upon time. They showed us samples and explained pros and cons of the different flooring materials. The quote given was very reasonable and a lot less than what we were quoted from other companies. The quote they provided covered EVERYTHING!!! There were no hidden or surprise charges. They were able to start and finish the installation on schedule. The employees showed up promptly, cleaning up each evening when they left. We are very pleased with how our floors turned out. They started off great but ended up being unresponsive and flakes. On February 23 they installed carpet in my back bedroom. Ruben did a great job installing the carpet. I wanted to install additional carpet, and Ariel took the measurements and said he would get back to me to see if the carpet was in stock. On March 26, I sent a text to Ariel about the additional carpet. On March 28, I received a text from him that he was in Helendale and if he could stop by the end of the week. I had a flood in my laundry room and kitchen that even warped the floor. I called and requested a quote. They came out the next morning, did an inspection, measured the area, including the entire area, had lots of samples, including more at showroom. I found just what I wanted at an excellent price. They were able to start right when I needed and did the entire job, leveling floors, beautiful baseboards etc. Workers were prompt, courteous, clean, cleaned up every day before leaving, even put things so I could use them in the evening. This is an update on the floors that were installed over a year ago. They are still as beautiful as the day that they were installed. They have been tested, on multiple occasions :~( my my pups Yoshi and Sparky. The floors are amazing. A quick clean up and no evidence of their accidents remain. I didn't include in my original review that Ariel, Joaquin, and Elmer were able to move my one year old carpet in the living room and hallway to two of my bedrooms. It had to be pieced together to make it work but you would never know. It also looks as good today as the day it was installed! Nightmare I would never ever expect :/ We were saving for our bathroom remodel for a year. Rented the hotel near by for a time of renovation and this is what we end up with... this pictures are worth 1000 words ... I had a combination of several floors types with mostly tile that needed to be removed. We were still living in the home at this time as well. Don't bother with this company! It's been 6 weeks and still no quote. They claim to know how to work with homeowner insurance but can't even provide a broken down quote. I was given a "price" and when I sent that to my homeowners insurance they told me the quote had to be itemized (demo, materials, labor). We were in need of new flooring due to aging pet stained carpet. After looking around and ordering a plethora of samples, I decided to go with a local business instead of getting a subbed out job by a big box company. Quality showed us some laminates, but we were looking for an engineered hardwood. Greg was helpful and ordered samples that met our expectations. He was very patient with my difficulty deciding and gave me time and space without pressure to come to a decision. The installation was on time and there were no surprise fees or issues with the quality of the install. The installers were friendly and hardworking. This is a nightmare. I spoke to Ariel who gave me a price without even coming to see it. He finally sent his "installer" to see the job in person. Elmer was supposed to come on specific day between 8-9am. I finally got him on the phone around 10:30 just to hear that he's Not coming because he's working on another job. So they sent another "installer". I gave them 1500$ deposit. First day they showed up at 11:30. All day I've heard laughing and screaming. Both on the phone a whole day. Next day only 1 guy showed up because another job came up. The "installer" didn't use a level or shims. 9 pm when I saw this I stopped it and started to rip everything off while my wife was crying. Walls 2 INCHES OFF LEVEL. Destroyed 1300$ of my tile. I've seen bad jobs in my lifetime but this is beyond anything. I contacted Ariel and suddenly it turns out that he's installers are no longer his installers and he's not responsible for anything. Really???? You will be better off hiring a blind person for the job. This poor excuse for a company is a skid mark on the underpants of real contractors. Hire literally anybody off the street and I guarantee that they can do better than Ariel and his crew. 2800$ down the drain and demo of all tile that I have to do. They installed new carpeting throughout my house accommodating my timetable which was quite screwy as I awaited the contractor to finish my kitchen prior to putting in the carpet. They were so professional updating me as things went along and made this a process a breeze. I struggled with the kitchen remodel waiting 5 months for it to be completed after 2 months of mold remediation. Working with Greg and George was a real treat after that. I felt totally taken care of and did not have to worry about anything. I gave them the name and numbers of the carpet I chose and they did the rest. They arrived in the early morning, helped us move the larger objects out of the house as we are older and finished the entire job by that evening. I am using them again as recently a pipe burst in my laundry room flooding the laundry room and damaging the flooring in the bathroom next to it.
