The Orion team did a fantastic job, this was the second major up grade in 4 years. First was our flooring where we had the entire up & down stairs done. When there was issues Shane made sure we were taken care of, great service. Now just last week they finished our kitchen remodel. Unbelievable improvement from our prior. It's now in our opinion a show kitchen. I also wanted to thank his contractors Matt a great job demolishing and moving everything around to fit new layout. Matt also did great installing on all our new appliances. I also want to thank the cabinet team ran by Dave, great service and was very detailed making everything look good to our liking. As well the counter top team Antonio, these guys are supermen installing our quartzite. And just want to again thank Shane, he made multiple visits during project making sure all are wants were met. Worst company ever. Shane very rude and a liar. The installer did a horrible job. They tried to give me the wrong cabinets and I called him out in front of his boss, who is no better for allowing him to work. They just want to make money and do not care about the customer. Look how the top of the fridge box is not square with the floor. We had to cut a part of the top off to fit fridge in. This is one of many examples of the inferior work. I wanted to leave an excellent review for Orion Flooring. We just recently had most of the carpet removed from our home and had beautiful vinyl plank flooring installed. I had 3 companies come out to give quotes and Orion was in the middle, as far as cost. All 3 companies had mixed reviews, which concerned me because I wanted a company who would do an amazing job, stick to days it would take to complete, and a company who would stand by their word if anything was a concern after the job was completed. Orion did not disappoint! I chose them because Shane was super honest about workmanshjp, quality, and commitment. I spoke with Shane at Orion's store on Mariposa and he went over all the flooring they sold, as well as vinyl plank durability and ease of cleaning. He was more than willing to let me take home samples of colors to verify that the new flooring would go with our existing tile. David and his crew came into our home and got right to work, tearing out carpet and padding, and prepping the floor for the new vinyl flooring. What was very impressive was how clean this crew was. Yes, the floor needed to be completely clean without anything, not even a pebble, on it! The crew was here for 4 days and left our home immaculate each time they left. Yes, equipment was left, they had covered furnishings with plastic because one area of our flooring needed to be ground down due to a crack (and they considered the mess it would have made if they didn't cover furniture), however all equipment was piled neatly without any trash or water bottles lying around. I cannot give feedback on concerns with planks because, so far, we have had no issues. So far, the new flooring is durable and holding up well. It is definitely an upgrade to our home and shows very well in both sunny rooms and rooms with no direct sunlight. Great job, Orion! read more

This review was nothing but a review for the service in my home and the mistreatment of the representative Shane and tile installer Anthony which to me it was nothing personal at all. His call was made by threats to stop workers finishing their job at my home, also calling me lazy "Mexican" which I took racially offensive and finally to tell me that I "will feel his wrath" and calling me a liar. Shane listened to all we wanted and needed and was able to walk us thru the process of choosing exactly what we wanted, with no pressure at all. We originally went in for stone counters, but ended up getting our flooring (both vinyl planks and carpet). They had a great supply, beautiful product, and fair pricing. I am so very pleased with the counter tops provided from quartzite stone....the color, the quality, and the design cut. Beautiful! The installer, Alberto, wanted everything perfect. Thank you Sebero!! I feel so bad I do not remember the name of the man and his wife who installed the carpet. But they were amazing they are so kind and you can tell they love what they do and they want to do the job right. They did three rooms in 3 1/2 hours! I was actually just starting to paint the master bedroom when they arrived and they said they would start the other two rooms and told me there was no rush they really emphasized to not worry to take my time.. thank you so much you made me feel comfortable in my own house I have had other installers do things around my house that made me feel like I can't walk around my house and do what I have to get done. On another note I'm so impressed! We have been here a few times and have only talked to sebero each time , to look at a few other things we were interested in while remodeling our house however we decided to just go with carpet. This carpet is incredible so we actually got a very good price quote back in August 2020 and we just delayed it a little for other reasons however this past weekend we decided it was time to finally put it in three of our bedrooms to finally finish the remodel in our house because that's all that was missing.. let me tell you I wish I would've done it when we first got the quote! This carpet is amazing it's one of his in stock carpets which is why he can give such a good deal on it. But just so you guys know this carpet is nylon and it has a face weight of 68 oz!! And he installed 1/2 in 8 LB Mohawk padding!!!! You can't go wrong with that this carpet is incredible I don't regret it not one bit it also was perfect because we are so into the color gray right now and this fit perfect in to our house! A great place of inspiration. With booth classic and modern products, making any sort of decision can be difficult! Thankfully, they are SO patient and accommodating and I finally made up my mind! If you are looking for a product that is higher end than Home Depot or Lowe's, then this is the place in the high desert. However the prices vary from "very very affordable" to "I wish I had a better job" lol But somewhere in between is the perfect flooring. We did out Master floors in a laminate. We are working in the rest of the house, doing tile. We've purchased all of the baseboards for our home here as well (they even cut it down for us, almost to size, so we could fit in truck) Cannot wait to do countertops. Installation overall was good. Although, after one year our cabinets started to fall apart, the installations where the cabinets were put up were not properly sealed and It looks like the measurements were not taken correctly. I think they offer a 1 year warranty because after 1 year everything's starts to fall apart or at-least starts to lose composure. We called to get serviced only to hear that It costs $250 to fix 1 cabinet, keep in mind we live about 5 minutes away from the Orion location. When the installers were here we had questioned them about the cabinets not being properly sealed, but they seemin a hurry and told us It would be no problem. read more

Severo was helpful during my search for flooring. I initially wanted LVT but he suggested a better option with a thicker mill wear layer and allowed me to take three samples home. I made my decision but told him I would shop around for the price. He was understanding. I went back a few days later because the price I got I felt it was reasonable for the quality of the floor. Not only that, but Severo was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His no pressure attitude is what sold me. He was the first to take me serious as a shopper even though he knew I was "just looking". Other places would just walk away and not bother with me. I recommend this place. He gained my business and I purchased the floor on my third visit so I wouldn't just keep thinking about it. He held my order for a month after it arrived and even suggested a company I could rent a truck from. Once I got the truck he helped me load the flooring and secure the baseboards I also bought. Called this morning for an estimate. Spoke to a rude gentleman name Shayne. I asked for someone to come out and measure the area to get a quote. He told me I need to come in and pick the tile first then he would give me an estimate. I explained to him the size tile I wanted but I just wanted to get a rough estimate and that I knew that the price of the tile may vary. (But he didnt want to hear that. I think someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed or someone upset him before I called.) He then told me he could give me an estimate over the phone without even looking at the area. We had three bathroom counter tops replaced. Demo crew came in broke pipes and lost pieces to faucet handles. When I told Shane about it he said he would send a plumber out to see how much it would cost me to repair the damage. Wait, your going to charge me for damage caused by your crew. So now we're without three bathroom sinks until a plumber can come out to fix and repipe our sinks, it's been five days so far. At least the counters look decent. read more

I've been doing a couple of bathroom remodels and i went to Orion for some tile. I've been here once before and both times i met with Severo. He once again like the first time i met him gave me amazing customer service. He showed me around pretty much the entire store which by the way they have a HUGE selection. He was very patient and knew exactly the travertine tile i was looking for. He showed me some very beautiful tiles. I wasn't sure on how much tile i needed so I had to go do some measurements but he even gave me his personal cell number so i can text him the sqft i needed. Reasonable Pricing, Quality Materials, and Expert Installation My wife and I purchased a home in Spring Valley Lake last year. The house was built in 1980 and in need of "modernization". The kitchen, flooring, and some lighting. We shopped around looking for the right combination of pricing, selection and quality of materials, and a single source of getting the entire job done. We went into the showroom and met Shane. He was very professional, helpful, and responseful. We called him several times before we made our final decision and he found the answers to our questions quickly. One very important factor in deciding on Orion was that Shane told me that once the job started the Installer would not be assigned to any other jobs until ours was completed. I have heard of horror stories where contractors start a job to get you "locked in" and then leave you to start another job, and so on. Situations like that can greatly extend the length of the job. True to his word our installer was on our job every working day from start to finish. The installer assigned to our job was Raymond. The man is a craftsman. Severo was very helpful every time we went in, from helping us with the tile selections for our new master bathroom shower and floor tiles, to answering all our questions about the process and recommending a glass company for our shower doors. Jamison was great when he came out to hot mop the shower pan. We can't say enough about the great job Luis did - from putting in the original framing, to the mesh and concrete work to laying all the tiles in our shower, niches, bottom of shower, as well as laying the large 12x24 tiles we chose for the floors. Luis was not only friendly but he asked questions when necessary and made a couple of suggestions. Got a few estimates from local businesses. Went into Orion and noticed very large selection. Alot of their product is installed on their showroom floor to show you how it may look. We spoke to Shane, nice, honest, personable guy. I gave him an estimate of square foot (900 sf) approx. He was able to give me a ballpark figure which was a good and fair price. He came out that same day and got the exact square footage of the space. Later that day he was able to give me the price, I agreed and hired Orion Flooring for the job. The tile was imported from Italy, not from China. The installation crew showed up as scheduled and did a great meticulous job. Anthony the installer performed in a professional manner, and payed attention to detail (guy had alot of passion for the trade). The tile was a large wood plank which easily can have lips on the edges if your not careful. No lips, perfect job, can't complain. It took about a week and a half to complete. I would use Orion Flooring again because of the people (Good people) and quality workmanship. read more
