If you're here then you are just like me, wondering if this review is a "bot" or purchased or…read morerepeated under several names. It's none of those and just like you I wanted to fix up my house with an improvement to my kitchen with some random picture I found on IG. I contacted several people; one company from Angie gave me some ridiculous $8k-$10k estimate based on a picture I sent (no measuring or on-site job walk). The other was Falcone who gave me an appointment time and never showed up. It got frustrating but I kept at it and saw all these reviews for Jayrock Tile. Jason from Jayrock Tile showed up early and I showed him my IG photo telling him, "I really want this". He helped me so much with educating me on what I now call "Tile 101". I learned a great deal, and I made a few changes with the new knowledge he helped me with. His crew arrived early and I already knew it was the beginning of what turned out to be the best decision I've made for my home improvement. The Jayrock Tile crew walked in, they set up outside and just began what looked like a focused nonstop task of knocking out my kitchen. I walked by to peak each time, and the two-man crew were just moving! In the few seconds I saw them go from left to right then inside & out. I know nothing of tile work, but I can tell you that they didn't skip a beat and were making progress each time I looked in to see how it was looking. I was rather impressed at their progress and speed. I heard the saw constantly cutting away at the tile and never realized how much was required to make each piece fit. I knew the picture I had showed a much larger backsplash and kept thinking "did I make a mistake", "will it even look the same"... After they finished, I walked in and saw my kitchen. It was beyond what I expected, and I couldn't stop thanking his crew. It's wild that I saw a picture, asked if it could be done and now, I have that same design in my house too! Sadly, I see other reviews here about "horrible customer service" and I wasn't there so I don't know why that encounter ended up that way? What I can tell you about my experience is that Jason is a super cool dude that's down to earth. He helped me with what I wanted and gave me so much information to make what I wanted look amazing. His crew which sadly I never got their names because they were just "Hi" and straight to work!! Those two guys were awesome!!! I am beyond happy with how everything turned out! I've heard of some companies where not everything turns out as great. I can tell you that the quotation was perfect and within my budget. The crew was amazing, they didn't break anything, they were professional (I have toddlers), and they did the most amazing level of work in my home. I hope that you find this review helpful and please know that its real, not paid for (I wish they paid me) or from some AI robot nonsense.

I spoke with Michael, who scheduled a time to come out and give me an estimate. He arrived on time, took measurements of my floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and both bathroom showers, and was very professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how detailed and patient he was. Since this was my first home remodel, I had a lot of questions, and Michael took the time to explain every step of the project from beginning to end. He also went over the materials in detail and helped me understand which products would be the best option for my home and budget. His quote was very competitive compared to two other companies I had received estimates from, but more importantly, he made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward with the project. That level of honesty and communication is what earned my business. The project was scheduled quickly, and Michael estimated it would take about 2-3 weeks to complete. He stayed true to his timeline, and the final results turned out beautiful. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the work that was done, and I would highly recommend Pacific Construction to anyone looking for reliable and professional remodeling services. I had a problem with the my other contractors part way through my shower remod so I needed to hire my own tile guy to finish the job. .. So I started calling to get quotes but no one would take the tile job... The problem is that the original shower waterproofing crew did an older style of waterproofing called " hot mop ". Well, none of the tile guys that I called knew how to tile over this kind of old style of waterproofing. Also they all said that the waterproofing guys had made some mistakes with the job and corrections would need to be made. I called so many places and finally found Juan who said he knows how to work with this older method of waterproofing and he was able to correct the mistakes of the waterproofing guys. I'm so grateful to have found him his work is so precise and he pays attention to detail and it shows! After the job was done I had more contractors at my house for another project and they were asking who did my tile because he did such beautiful work- (this is a huge compliment because usually contractors sh*t on other guys work if it's bad) He's very professional showed up on time every time he came and my tenants said he was a pleasure to have in the home because he's such a nice guy.

Based on Yelp reviews, I called this company for an estimate and inquired if they did tile repair. Jacqueline assisted me with setting up an appointment time (the very next day, by the way). She was empathetic, helpful, soft spoken and professional. David arrived on time and was very helpful in determining what work needed to be done to complete the repair. We set a date for repair and David and Louis arrived as scheduled and on time. They protected my entire kitchen area with plastic and began the work. Louis is very skilled and prepped the floor as needed. He was also pleasant and helpful and explained the repair process to us. Even though I knew the name/color of the original grout, David still brought a sample book just to be sure it was correct. It's about the quality of work - and who wants to get it wrong? Once the floor was prepped and the replacement tile installed, he said he would return in a few hours in order for everything to dry before he grouted the area. Both Louis and David returned in a few hours, as promised and completed the job. If you were not aware of where the repair originated on my kitchen floor, I challenge you to find the repair area. It's that good. David has an impeccable work ethic. If you are searching for a professional for tile repair, look no further. I would not hesitate to use and recommend A & A Flooring Specialist for all of your flooring needs. I'm only disappointed that I did not choose A & A Flooring when my original tile floor was installed - but now I know. Another easy feature is they emailed an invoice to me where I had the option of paying the invoice using a secure link they provided. They also accept checks if you prefer that option as well.

I just decided to move to the high desert and become an adult that wanted to give it a try at home ownership. I'm single mother doing the best i can to provide for my children and give us all what i felt in I would have liked growing up. We all know that sometimes a single women is a good target to take advantage of but from the time i spoke with Jacqueline i knew God sent me an angel. From our first meeting i never once had a feeling that i was going to have a problem with the process of finding a flooring and being charged an arm and a leg. (13 yrs of my line of work I'm a pretty good people reader) Jackie took the time to help me find a floor that she says is not a customary pick of most people from the high desert ( blame my mom for that) but once the floor was found the work began. I was kept abreast on every aspect of work that need to be done. Jackie is the type of person who like to speak with you eye to eye so there is no misunderstanding of what is being said. I found out that my island wasn't secure to the floor the foundation needed some TLC and the cabinets were seating on tile that has previously been layed. I wanted to cry because i saved up money but not enough for all the things that can come to light. Thankfully, all issues were taken care of within the company, her husband David is a mircale worker. The walk through and guidance of base boards and grout to pick out was trully appericated. I HATE TO SHOP, if it was up to me jackie could have picked everything, but with her patience she was able to get me to see things in another light. I can't express enough how gracious she was to me. By the end of the job I was in tears and overwhelmed with the sincerity and kindness affored to me by this company. I honestly don't feel i was taken advantage of or misguided. I will forever use A&A flooring for any upcoming work, which is a lot. I truly love my floors and the people i met.
