I gave Wall 2 Wall a call for a few bathroom issues we were having. My children are heathens and managed to pull the shower knob away from the wall, their bathroom toilet rocked back and fourth and side to side. I was concerned that their hulk like nature had caused possible water damage behind the prefab insert. Mark sent Reuben out for the job and not only was he totally awesome but he fixed all our minor issues and checked for water damage. He even replaced the hot/cold indicator because it was failing. I had some trouble with this company. They were not at all timely with returning my calls for an initial estimate. When I finally did get a call back, colin seemed to want the job but then forgot to pick up his deposit for the materials so he was late. He told me almost 2 week's later that the materials were in and being prepped for installation. We set-up a time for the job to get done and he was a no-show. He sent me an e-mail saying that it wasn't quite ready to install and asked if he could come later in the day. I didn't see the e-mail so I texted him and told him his guy never showed up. He then texted me back that the materials never came in after all and I wouldn't get the job completed until the following week. My home is in escrow and is scheduled to sell. He doesn't seem to be bothered that my home sale may be delayed or fall through because the work is not complete. Both realtors, the buyers, my husband and myself all made plans to do the final walk through and had to reschedule it because of this. UPDATE: After this review, he quit completely and had the order for my materials canceled. I don't know how he canceled an order that was supposedly already in transit and paid for but he did. I can only assume that he will use it for another customer. The only decent thing out of this was that I got a full refund. I wouldn't use this company. read more

They originally told me they were booked out weeks, but managed to fit me in between jobs, the whole job was finished within 7 days of signing the contract. the owner Colin is very responsive to messages, very well spoken, and was much easier to deal with then other guys who bid on the job. they did such a good job on my garage that i decided to get them to fix a couple other smaller things around the house. we had a small misunderstanding about how something was going to turn out, but not a problem because itll be fixed before the end of the week. read more

So I need to start off by saying I usually don't write reviews online. I'm selfish in that I use them but never write them, until today. I am a real person, and didn't have any association with Wall 2 Wall prior to their job at my home. At beginning of year had supply line burst in kitchen of my home causing extensive water damage. What followed was the headache of home owner's insurance, water mitigation companies tearing apart home, and my mortgage company to clear and process the check received from the insurance company. Dining room laminate, molding, quarter edging, t-molding, and toe kicks were either damaged or completely destroyed. Anyone who has had this happen knows it sucks. Once claim was approved had to find a licensed contractor to do the job. I used Yelp to search contractors in High Desert area and was introduced to Wall 2 Wall. Wall 2 Wall, and Colin its owner, are awesome. Professional all the way, fully licensed and insured, and super responsive via text and email. Any email I sent to Wall 2 Wall got a response almost immediately. The longest response I got was 24 hours later I think because I emailed on a Sunday. My response was first thing Monday morning. Wall 2 Wall did the job on time and under budget which was huge for me and wife. My home looks 100% better than it did before, and I am very pleased with the job Wall 2 Wall did. TL;DR - I highly recommend Wall 2 Wall for anyone who needs a licensed contractor to do the job right, professionally, on time, and on or under budget. I checked the few I had interest in on the Better Business Bureau web site. Wall to Wall came out in the top spot! I called and requested an estimate for a slab leak remodel. We scheduled a day and time and guess what?? They were on time! I instantly had a good feeling about them. Of course they were selected for the job and they did not disappoint! They provided a fair estimate! Several thousand dollars less than the other company I had out to cost the job. They were more than willing to work around my hectic schedule and that was great for me! Their crews were scheduled in advance! No one showed up unannounced. Their staff are professional, courteous and immaculate. They were respectful of my home by performing journey level repairs. My partner and I used Wall 2 Wall Services for what we initially hoped would be a simple full interior paint job. Once we had access to our newly purchased home, we realized that there was significantly more work to be done than we had anticipated. We ended up getting several quotes for the work, which included removal of layers of wallpaper which had been painted over, replacing old baseboards which had been poorly installed by the previous owner, installation of several lights throughout the house, and a myriad of other small additions to the project, plus the original painting project we planned for. Wall 2 Wall not only came in with the best price by far, they also did the work right, and were able to accommodate our ridiculously tight schedule. Because we only expected to paint, we were suddenly in a rush to get the extra work done. I come from a family of craftsmen. I am incredibly particular about details. Even though the work was done quickly, they did not sacrifice quality in any way. In fact, I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the drywall repair and new texture on the walls.
