Scott is the service technician who showed up with 3 other men and they got right to work. He is very thorough, professional and very good a calming you down after a major mess! We had a pipe burst in our tankless water heater that is in the attic of our rental while it was unoccupied. Even though it was discovered within hours there was a lot of damage. Ins sent out a company immediately for drying however, we were having a hard time finding a demolition company to go forward with the reconstruction of the bathroom. I found Elementum and they came right out and took care of everything! They worked with my insurance company, explained the process moving forward to me and what to expect and was so patient with all my questions and answered them all. We have never been through anything like this before so we didn't even know where to begin. An employee named angel came to our rescue. Elementum Services is the company to go through. After our torrential rain storms here in the high desert (Oak Hills, CA), our house had some water damage in addition to mold under the carpet. Elementum came out immediately and took care of shop. They arrived with the humidifiers and fans and removed all of the damaged area. They were quick and efficient. They stayed late into the night to get the job done. The two guys working were very professional and polite. These guys were AMAZING. We had major damage in our kitchen from a water leak. They arrived within 1-2 hours of our call. They tore everything out, dried it, cleaned and hauled everything away and what was salvageable was placed out on our patio and completely wrapped in heavy plastic to protect it. They then walked us through the entire process of contacting our insurance. Thanks so much Tony, Joel and Gio! They were especially patient in waiting for our mortgage company (the slowest mortgage company ever) to release funds back to us so we could pay them. If you have any sort of water damage to your home and live in the High Desert, this is the outfit to call. We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the dining room ceiling and wall. After waiting 4 days for my homeowners insurance to send someone over, I called Elementum Services. I'm really glad I did, they came out that day. Tony and Lewis removed all the damaged tile and drywall the next day and set up equipment to dry everything out. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They billed the insurance and helped me to deal with the claims adjuster. They made a stressful situation much better and did a neat, professional job with no mess. They even recommended someone to repair the drywall and re-paint the downstairs. This company is fantastic! Anthony and his team were WONDERFUL!! I had a major water leak in the kitchen which flowed into the front hallway. Elementum Services did a magnificent job cleaning up the water. Unfortunately, they had to take everything out of the kitchen (including oven, refrigerator, drywall and cabinets) for the drying process. Anthony even contacted the insurance company for me, filed the claim and did a virtual walk-through/assessment with the insurance adjuster, making it less stressful for me. Great service. I had leaks in my roof so decide to get a new one. After calling around for a week or so. Luckily I gave Elementum a call and they put me in contact with Rob from "Robs roofing" he came and took a look at my existing roof. He told me what was wrong and what needed to be done, hopped on the roof took measurements and gave me a quote. I had called about 4 different roofers prior to talking with Rob, and he certainly gave me the best deal. He was very professional, helped with color coordination and decided we'd add some white flashing around the house. It came out perfect and looks amazing. Got a free estimate of water damage from Ramon. Ramon used his moisture meter & treated & scrubbed a small area of visible mold. (Drywall & insulation had been removed already for drying). Ramon said the area was dry & the mold remediated. He did not charge me. I thought he was doing me a favor & was very grateful, but yesterday I spoke with him & asked him for a written estimate to confirm my home's condition for my records. I offered to pay the fee they charge for that. He said he would soeak with his supervisor & get back to me in the afternoon. He did not get back to me. I guess he does not stand by his work & verbal assessment. Wow. Just got a response from Rosie, manager, thanking me for positive review. She needs to read my review again. read more
